About: I have the sweetest red Golden retriever since August 2023, and had a family Beagle growing up. Now between my parents and sister and myself, there are four Golden retrievers, so I've been around the sweet breed for a few years. In the past few years, I've had multiple roommates with multiple dogs of different breeds that I would walk and petsit. I have a fairly flexible schedule, so I'm typically available for morning, lunch, and evening walks, and also will be available on most weekend afternoons. “Five stars, no hesitation. Luz came out to the curb to meet us at drop-off, which was such a thoughtful touch. There’s always that awkward moment as a first-time visitor where you’re not sure whether to knock or ring the doorbell, and she just took that off the table entirely. She followed all my care instructions carefully and, most impressively, rolled with a last-minute curveball: our younger dog ended up needing his neuter surgery earlier than expected, so she had to take on a whole set of post-op instructions with very little notice. She handled it without missing a beat. Her own dog was an absolute gem, calm, gentle, not a barker. That matters more than it might sound. I always worry about my dogs picking up bad habits from an anxious or reactive dog, and that was just never a concern here. Both of my dogs are Chihuahua mix puppies, which is exactly as much energy as it sounds like. She had nothing but kind things to say about them at pick-up, which honestly I appreciated, because I can barely say that about them on a high-energy day. Most telling: they were asleep within 60 seconds of getting in the car. That’s always my gold standard for a good stay. She was also wonderfully communicative throughout, sending pictures and videos regularly. I don’t always need that from a sitter, but with someone new, it means everything to know they’re being attentive. Luz absolutely was. I’ve used a number of sitters in the Roseville and Rocklin area over the years and honestly never walked away from a drop-off feeling truly at ease. This was the first time. I felt confident the whole time that my dogs were in the best possible hands. Highly recommend, especially if you have puppies or dogs with special needs.”

About: Hi, my name is Jena. I am a life long pet owner and animal lover. I became a rover sitter after unexpectedly losing our family dog. I wasn’t ready for another puppy, but I missed having a dog at home. The experience has been so rewarding! Our entire family - from my husband and my father-in-law to our two kiddos - enjoys it. We are available for drop in visits, doggy daycare and boarding. And because there are 3 adults around, pets who stay with us are rarely, if ever, home alone. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 14 and love it every time I do, I focus on making pets feel calm and happy. I am not currently working so I am available at any time, I don’t have a crazy busy schedule. I am currently only able to provide pet care in the client’s home and am not able to host pets in my own home. I will give them a loving environment and make sure that they get the attention they deserve and if the client needs me to do any special things for the dog I will.
About: I’ve provided a loving home for non human kids for over 20 years. I treat mine and those trusted to me with love, attention, respect, and care. Andrea works from home and Ryan is a stay-at-home parent, so someone is home almost all the time to care for your boarded pet(s) at our home. About: I’ve had cats and dogs my whole life, and have trained several of my own dogs myself. I don’t currently have a doggo, but I do have cats and have been missing having them around! I frequently take care of my mom’s senior dog who requires several meals and medications per day, as well as my dad’s dog who is 5 and on medication as well! My entire childhood I helped dog/cat sit, and since I work remotely from home, I figured I could get started again. (: I’m a full time mental health therapist/social worker, that works from home! I have sessions that last 50 minutes each, with 10 minute breaks in between throughout the whole day, as well as an hour or two lunch break. Because of my frequent breaks, I’m able to give frequent potty breaks, as well as walks throughout the day! I live in a downstairs two bed, two bath apartment, with plenty of space for your pets! All pets are allowed on furniture and have free access to roam, or have space to be separated from my cats if that makes you feel more comfortable. I will work to create a space that makes you and your pet feel the most comfortable possible!

About: I’ve provided a loving home for non human kids for over 20 years. I treat mine and those trusted to me with love, attention, respect, and care. I work from home so I am always available and very hands on. I currently work from home with a flexible schedule so I can tend to the furry kids. I have time for play, walks and rubs. I have a doggy door and very secure fencing for free roaming. I can offer 15 minute walks as often as necessary or 45 minute walks every 5 hours.

“We left Peppa with Gregory for 5 night, and I think she had the best time of her life with him! He took her to regular walks and sent us very detailed regular updates, which we appreciated a lot! He also made sure to give her her meds on time and took care of her hygiene. Totally recommend him for your pet, he's very knowledgeable and resourceful sitter! We would definitely love to have him petsit our dog next time we need a sitter. :)”
