“Ona was excellent she took great care of our cat who needs a puppy 2x a day. She sent pictures daily and reports. All was well when we got home and she even scooped the litter and brought in our mail!”

“Im so grateful for Nicole!!! She's a heaven sent! My pup was supposed to go for boarding but she got the cough so i cant check her in. I work nights and my husband is still admitted in the hospital so no one's available to take her potty before bed.. im so happy we found her 😁”

About: Animals have always been a big part of my life. Since I was born, my family has had dogs of all breeds and sizes, as well as a small farm. I believe pets deserve the love and care that make them feel like true members of the family. With seven years of experience working in healthcare, I know how to provide attentive care, affection, and the right support in any situation that may arise. I’m an active person who enjoys running, cycling, and racing sailboats, so long walks and playtime are never a problem. I believe in keeping pets engaged, comfortable, and happy—because a healthy, stimulated pet is one that enjoys a longer, fuller life. A little about me: I graduated from St. John Fisher and, while I don’t currently have pets of my own, that simply means I can give your furry friend my full, undivided attention. I would love the opportunity to work with you and get to know the four-legged members of your family. I’m currently seeking my next employment opportunity, which means I have plenty of time to spend with your furry friend. Whether it’s an overnight stay, a drop-in visit, or just a quick walk around the block, I’m here to help. With my background caring for both household pets and farm animals, I am confident in my ability to look after your beloved family member. While I do not currently have pets of my own or the facilities to board them, I am well-acquainted with local dog parks and experienced in safely managing animals, including keeping them separated if any agitation arises

About: I have had dogs in my life since I was born really my father always and still has 2 dogs which I help with as well still, I have dog sat numerous times two Boston terriers and two cats for a lovely family I currently have complete open availability that includes weekends as well. Taking some time off from work and sitting home doing gets boring really quick and I couldn’t think of a better way to spend my time then to hangout with some animals 🤗 My house wouldn’t be suitable for housing pets due to having my own and it’s a shared house with my sister and her children as well
About: I’ve had pets all my life and I’m always the first person my friends call when they need someone to watch their pets. I have experience in walking, feeding, administering oral medicine, litter boxes, and lots of play time! I currently have a part-time job, so I’m available afternoons and evening as well as most mornings depending on my work schedule. Pet care will be my schedule priority though. For dog walks making sure they get all the time they need outside to play and plenty of water. For visits making sure pets have the appropriate amount of food and cleaning litter boxes/ yards if needed. If your pets are active I’m down to play with them or just chill and keep them company if not.
About: I love dogs! I've had dogs since I was a kid, so basically have been around them and taking care of them for my whole life. I am good with nail trims and baths as well! My schedule is pretty open. I have a car as well, so getting there wont be an issue. I work at wegmans part time, so i have plenty of free time! I have a little dog and a bearded dragon. Both house trained (yes the dragon poops in the yard lol) i usually walk dogs 3-5 times a day depending on how often they wanna go. I keep nails trimmed and stuff myself as well.

About: Dog sitting was my first job as a teenager. My mom actually gave me the idea to start because she never wanted to have a pet, so this was such a fun compromise! Since then I’ve dog sat for small, medium and large dogs! I myself am an active person and love to be active with a furry friend! It’s nice to have company on a walk run or even someone to explore new parks with! I work full time but my schedule is fairly flexible! I am a therapist and have ability to work from home at times as long as I am not in a session or scheduled to run group therapy! I am happy to stay at your home and care for your pet with the instructions you give! I am happy to walk, play, pet, feed and clean up after your dog.

I’ve been babysitting kids of all ages and loving it for 10 years, and believe it or not I’m even more passionate about pets. I have a full time job, and cannot guarantee a lunchtime let-out! However, I would love to watch your pet during the week if they do well with a longer day, and I’ll happily give them plenty of my of activity and attention after 5 to make up for it. I also have plenty of time on the weekends! I respect whatever boundaries you communicate to me, while acting in the best interest of your pet to make sure everyone is happy, healthy, and enjoying time away with complete peace of mind! I’m grateful you’re welcoming me into your home and trusting me with a member of your family - just tell me what you need. And if they’re staying with me, I’m excited to host them and happy to keep things up and away to keep your pet safe.

Rochester dog parents share their Rover experiences
HUGE thank you to MacKenzie for doing this one-off semi last-minute visit with my pups and her continued patience with my one dog who is a little more nervous and difficult. She is a blessing and I will always be grateful for her love and care she gives my pups while I am away.

Saoirse came for a meet and greet and a 1 hour drop-in ahead of a planned longer stay. She was fantastic with my dog right off the bat, and very thorough when we went over Isla’s needs. She is super communicative and sent great pics, even during such a short stay. Isla had a great time hanging out with Saoirse, and we can’t wait to have her again!

Baela was great with my dog Simba! She is friendly and clearly has a natural way with animals. My dog is very anxious around new people, Baela was patient with him and he warmed up to her after their time together. I appreciated her communication and the updates she sent during the visit. Would definitely book her again!
