I’m comfortable giving medications, customizing exercise routines, and making sure each pet feels safe, seen, and genuinely cared for while their people are away. I’ve worked with animals of all breeds, ages, and personalities, from playful puppies to senior cats with special needs. I always tailor my care to what each pet needs to thrive. I’ve even been flown across the country to care for some very special furry clients!

Lavinia was great for drop-in visits for our cat Taro Bun. She was a prompt and thorough communicator from the initial meet-up and through every visit after. She sent photo updates and prepared our cat's food and meds as instructed. Lavinia is very reliable and responsible and I was glad we could trust Taro to her care while we were out this holiday weekend.
I first booked with Lavinia last year and she was AMAZING. So I had booked her again this year for a week to come drop by and check on my 2 cats twice a day while I was on vacation. We met up a couple days before I was to leave, so she could meet my new cat and get the keys to my place. Sadly, the day before I was supposed to leave, I unfortunately had to cancel the entire booking as one of my cats became very sick and I needed to stay behind to take care of him. I felt awful for cancelling so last minute, but Lavinia was very kind and understanding. She even went out of her way to bring my keys by for me even though I wasn’t home - and left the cutest and coolest watercolor painting of my little guy for me. And followed up with me a week or so later to see how he was doing. She is definitely my go-to when I am out of town and need care for my babies, and I’m sad when she’s booked!
Lavinia took excellent care of our 2 cats! Our usually nervous cat even came out to get some attention. Highly recommend!
Take it from someone who does not do well away from her fur babies, BOOK LAVINIA. She communicates well, asks all the right questions, loves on your kitties like they’re her own and truly took all of the anxiety I had about leaving them, away! She genuinely cares about animals, and it shows. Seeing dozens of pictures of my cats every day truly made my vacation and I can’t wait to book her again!

Programa
My housesitting rate encompasses loving care from 5pm to 9am. Outside of a three mile radius, my rate increases to include compensation for gas and mileage. Please inquire for further detail!
