About: A graduate of the Eastman School of Music, I'm currently a flutist with the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra! I've been missing my spunky dog Kora who lives back home and have always grown up with dogs, which is why I've been a sitter for Rover since I moved here in 2021. Since then, I have done dog sittings, cat sittings, and even bird sittings! I love going for walks/runs, just hanging out, or curling up in the couch at home-- hopefully your dog loves some of these too! I've been taking care of dogs in total for around 15 years now, so I'm used to taking them out fairly frequently, getting up early for a morning walk, and bathing them. I am more than happy to take your dogs on a walk, or drop in and make sure they're well-fed and happy. I'm most experienced in home-care and will happily take care of your furry friends and house in whatever capacity you need! I've raised my dog Kora from puppyhood and am very familiar with the training required for puppies and dogs with reactivity. I have also fostered a handful of dogs (small dogs and large dogs alike) over the last few years and have experienced shy dogs who take some time to come out of their shells :) As a musician, I have a few hours here and there scattered throughout my day that I can walk or stop by/watch your pup. I'm a very active person and love being outside! I am more than happy to be outside/in your home with them as well! I unfortunately cannot house your furry friends because of my housing situation.

I actually have a little farmstead with several types of animals, including a horse, a goat, an emu, over 50 chickens and other types of fowl. I even feed some of the wildlife! Joey does all of it. I get great pics and I'm always so happy with the detailed list he leaves of all the chores and extras that he does. He even remembers things that I forget to mention sometimes! About: Have a puppy? I’m well-versed in puppy pee pads and the fun game of find the poop. Have an older dog? A slow meander or a quick circle around the yard and sit on the front porch are just as enjoyable as a fast paced walk. How about a bully breed? I’m used to the house hippo slamming into you when you enter the door. We have one of our own. Ever had your knees taken out from under you because a chimpmunk ran by? I have. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family members. …and, yes, I always pick up the poo 🤓 I work from home with flexible hours, so I’m available during the days, in the evenings, and over the weekends. I am only able to take kid and pet friendly pets into my home, but am able to get to yours. It all depends on a pet’s need and the owner’s preferences. if they need exercise during the day or in the evenings we can take walks or play outside. If there is a mess, you can trust I’ll clean it up. Poop? I got it. Outside playtime? Absolutely. I can stop by once or several times a day depending on your pet’s needs.

I’m well educated in the do’s and don’ts on what is safe and unsafe for dogs and puppies to accidentally eat. Coming from a family that has dealt with Lyme Disease I take precaution in where my dogs are roaming, and always checking my puppy and past dogs constantly for ticks

They’re so good with my two cats. I was a bit shocked that my skittish one was open to coming up for treats and such after only my second booking with them! She normally never comes out for sitters. I think that a skittish cat willing to come out out when she HATES new people says a lot more review wise than anything I could say as an owner.
Kelsey is an absolute sweetheart and so kind. she always made sure to send photos and always kept us updated. she was able to take us kind of last minute and my kitty seemed to love here. even our leopard gecko ate for her. i will be using her again for future vacations and recommend her to anyone that needs a sitter!

Steffan was absolutely wonderful! He was reliable, communicative, and clearly cared about doing a great job. What impressed me most, though, was how naturally he connected with one of my cats. This particular cat is extremely stranger-repulsed and usually wants nothing to do with unfamiliar people, yet he warmed up to Steffan in a way I honestly didn’t expect. I came home knowing my pets were safe, comfortable, and well cared for. We also had an unfortunate situation where our house keys were misplaced, and Steffan came to the rescue by safely securing the keys we had given him in a safe place for us to pick up when we arrived home. Steffan truly went above and beyond, and I would absolutely trust him with my pets and home again. Highly recommend!
