“Joey is amazing with all my animals. My Cane Corso takes special introducing and not everyone I introduce him to takes the job. He liked Joey from the first day. I actually have a little farmstead with several types of animals, including a horse, a goat, an emu, over 50 chickens and other types of fowl. I even feed some of the wildlife! Joey does all of it. I get great pics and I'm always so happy with the detailed list he leaves of all the chores and extras that he does. He even remembers things that I forget to mention sometimes! Number one call for me all the time is Joey. Besides, he gave me a very reasonable farmstead rate. I highly recommend this sitter, especially if you have animals not listed on Rover!”

About: I’ve had a dog my entire life, so caring for dogs comes naturally to me. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes, though I’ve primarily grown up with small and medium breeds. I can handle daily routines, walks, playtime, and different personalities with patience and care. I’m open to caring for larger dogs as long as they are well-behaved and non-aggressive :). Clear communication about your dog’s temperament helps ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone. I treat every dog with love, respect Baths are available upon request for $15. About: I grew up on farms in the south, so I've been around animals my whole life. I moved to Rochester specifically because of how dog friendly it is. I think dogs deserve to be treated like family because they are our family! I work from home taking care of pets is my main job. If i could fill every hour of the week with animals, I would! I give every dog the time and attention they deserve. I have a fenced in back yard and a friendly dog of my own to keep yours company. I send pictures throughout the day to let you know how your pup is doing!

We've asked Rebecca and Justin to watch our cats for several years now, and they are truly the best. In addition to great care and great updates, the've gone above and beyond for us several times when the unexpected has cropped up. We're so grateful for their expert service, and their kindness and generosity.
Caroline was great! Had her come by twice a day for 4 days while I was out of state to check on my two cats, an almost 6 year old orange female and an almost 1 year old black male. She always provided really good updates and took some of my new favorite pictures of my babies. My orange female is a bit aloof and hissy with new people, but she even warmed up to Caroline after a couple days. My little guy loved playing with her and she said he was always super friendly and sweet and friendly and just wanted all the pets. There was even one day Caroline was going to be late for the PM visit due to an expected circumstance outside her control, and she communicated that promptly. Which I really appreciated. Would definitely book with her again!
Jenna was fantastic with drop-ins for our cats while we went on a two week getaway. Our oldest needs oral medicine twice per day and he can be quite finicky, as cats are, and she handled it with ease. It was great seeing her photo updates of playtime each visit and knowing that both of our cats took to her in short order (even the ultra shy one!). She was very communicative and reliable throughout. I would definitely recommend Jenna and we will happily be repeat customers for any future trips!
Steffan was absolutely wonderful! He was reliable, communicative, and clearly cared about doing a great job. What impressed me most, though, was how naturally he connected with one of my cats. This particular cat is extremely stranger-repulsed and usually wants nothing to do with unfamiliar people, yet he warmed up to Steffan in a way I honestly didn’t expect. I came home knowing my pets were safe, comfortable, and well cared for. We also had an unfortunate situation where our house keys were misplaced, and Steffan came to the rescue by safely securing the keys we had given him in a safe place for us to pick up when we arrived home. Steffan truly went above and beyond, and I would absolutely trust him with my pets and home again. Highly recommend!
Matthew was wonderful helping out with my pup. We went on a long camping trip, but since my dog is 13, we thought she'd be more comfortable at home. Matt came to walk and feed her a few times a day and to give pets and provide her company. Very thankful for his help - would definitely reach out to him again next vacation!
We are so grateful for Amber! We have 3 cats, 2 of which are rescues who had a very hard life for 3 years before we took them in. One of them was never seen, aside from a quick run-away, by a previous petsitter who took care of our cats for the past 3 years. But from her very first day, Amber gained all 3 kitties' trust and affection. She not only saw our "ghost kitty," she was able to pet her. No previous petsitter had won this kitty's trust before, and certainly not within a day! Amber sent us detailed updates and photos of our happy, calm cats. We were also blown away by how thoughtful and neat she was with everything. When we came home, all 3 cats immediately came out and were happy and peaceful. Usually, at least one would hide for a little while because they'd be stressed when we were away. Not this time. Amber is truly amazing.
Olivia did an excellent job watching our cat. She is clearly very good with animals and our anxious cat took to her immediately. she was communicative and on time every day and I appreciated how thoughtful she was cleaning around the litterbox. I would happily have her watch our cat again!
We are super thankful Matt was available to care for our anxious half fox/ half rabbit (chihuahua mix) and grey tabby and send us photos of our babies during our week long vacay out of state. Canelo quickly warmed up to Matt and was happy to make a new friend. Matt went the extra mile by cleaning up some unwanted ants, offering to take out the trash, and buying food when we ran low. I most definitely recommend him!
