About: I own a Husky mix named Prisma who is turning 3 this year. She is quite energic and also epileptic. She is my daily experience. However I have sat for dog a bit bigger and much smaller! That includes Shihztus, Rottweilers, Golden Retrievers, Corgis, and Border Collies. I'm patient and responsible. My goal in any work field, but especially with your loved ones and possessions, is being reliable and communicating. This is what I find in my experience to be key for providing the best care and peace of mind. I work full time as a receptionist Mon - Fri, 8 to 4:30. This provides a lot of morning visits and overnight potential. Evening walks would works great as well. For specific requests, I can even dip into PTO to make the right situation work if a mid day visit is required during the work week. My Saturdays and Sundays are fully open at this time. I'm very patient and observant when interacting with pets of different personalities. Once informed on how you'd like your loved one to be cared for, I will do so in that manner. An obvious statement, but you'd be surprised how important that is to be said. If unsure or uncertain of care, we can brainstorm together as well to make sure I'm the correct sitter for the job.

“Joey is amazing with all my animals. My Cane Corso takes special introducing and not everyone I introduce him to takes the job. He liked Joey from the first day. I actually have a little farmstead with several types of animals, including a horse, a goat, an emu, over 50 chickens and other types of fowl. I even feed some of the wildlife! Joey does all of it. I get great pics and I'm always so happy with the detailed list he leaves of all the chores and extras that he does. He even remembers things that I forget to mention sometimes! Number one call for me all the time is Joey. Besides, he gave me a very reasonable farmstead rate. I highly recommend this sitter, especially if you have animals not listed on Rover!”

About: I’ve had a dog my entire life, so caring for dogs comes naturally to me. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes, though I’ve primarily grown up with small and medium breeds. About: I've helped care for dogs and cats of friends when they are out of town, including walking, feeding, and cleaning up after them (including puppies, which frequently had to be cleaned up after, which I have no problem with). I am capable of handling anything that comes my way and am not easily stressed. Animal care and owner communication are my first priorities. I will do whatever you need to care for your pets, such as letting them outside in a fenced yard or putting them in a crate at the end of the visit. As I work full time, my schedule typically is weekends. However, I can do early morning walks before 8 am or after 6 pm during weekdays. Pets will be monitored closely. I stick to instructions and will ask questions if I have them. Animals will be treated with patience and respect. If house-sitting, I always put things back in their proper place and avoid touching anything that isn't required for pet care. I myself don't enjoy when folks move my things around, so I keep my hands off!

About: A recent graduate of the Eastman School of Music, I'm currently playing with the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra as a flutist! I've been missing my spunky dog Kora who lives back home and have always grown up with dogs, which is why I've been a sitter for Rover since I moved here in 2021. I love going for walks/runs, just hanging out, or lying next to my fireplace at home-- hopefully your dog loves some of these too! I've been taking care of dogs in total for around 15 years now, so I'm used to taking them out fairly frequently, getting up early for a morning walk, and bathing them. I am more than happy to take your dogs on a walk or watch them in my apartment, and make sure they're well-fed, have time to play, and are happy while you can go about your day :) I've raised my dog Kora from puppyhood and am very familiar with the training required for puppies. I have also fostered a handful of dogs (small dogs and one large dog) over the last few years and have experienced shy dogs who take some time to come out of their shells :) As a musician, I have a few hours here and there scattered throughout my day that I can walk or stop by/watch your pup. I'm a very active person and love being outside! I am more than happy to be outside/in your home with them as well! I unfortunately cannot house your furry friends because of my housing situation.
