About: I’m back! If you’re new here, I recently reactivated my profile. I've been the designated dog-sitter among friends and have taken care of family dogs most of my life, including two puppies. As an active person, I'm open to various energy levels. If your dog is laid back or has a little extra energy, I can spend the preferred time and attention needed. Whether it's going on a walk, run, outdoor activity, playing, bathing, or making sure the essentials are taken care of (food & water, bathroom breaks, etc.), I can step in as your dog's "temporary" best friend. I have a flexible schedule, which allows me to be open and available to work around a client's daily or weekly routine... and spend time with pups :) I can take care of your pet in the comfort of their own home/area or go for a quick drive to a nearby park, trail, etc.

About: I've owned cats my entire life. I've been around dogs for the majority of my life as well. I have dog and cat sat for many friends. I also had a recurring job as a dog sitter and daily dog walker for my high school principal. I currently have two cats of my own and my parents have a dog that I have also watched on many occasions. I've even been a cat sitter for a friend who fosters cats and that included taking care of 15 cats at once! I can also care for guinea pigs if need be. I've never watched bunnies, but with instruction from the owner, I can certainly care for them too. I can't care for snakes, sorry, they freak me out. I'm currently employed at a 9-5 job, but it's remote with flexible hours. I love playing with animals and am very good at tiring out energetic pups. If I'm pet sitting for you or walking your dog, you can trust that you'll get your money's worth and your pet will be cared for like it was my own fur-baby. Typically whoever I'm sitting for will let me know what kind of house "rules" or routines are done with their pets and I stick to those. Whether that's a specific walking route, only being allowed in certain rooms, not being allowed on the furniture, whatever. When it comes down to it, I want your pet to feel comfortable and happy even though they're favorite people (their family) aren't around.

About: Hi, my name is Amy. I’ve had pets my entire life ranging from goldfish to horses, chickens, cats, dogs, hamsters, chinchillas, reptiles, and ducks. I’ve now started caring for others in addition to my own. I have experience caring for dogs with special needs, all sizes and breeds. Any specific requests for them? Let me know! I allow them on my bed and couch, unless you prefer them not to. I always keep the water bowl full and pets happy and healthy. Allow me to meet y'all and lets play fetch! My 17 year old daughter is my best helper and an animal whisperer like mom. She enjoys baking our visitors homemade pup treats. Spoiled? Guilty! All dogs are separated at feeding times of 8 am and 4 pm, unless you feed more and have a slightly different schedule. I am used to serving regular dry, wet, mixtures, raw foods, and administering medications including injectables. I work remote part time so flexibility is a perk I've extended to clients. Daycare drop off and pickup hours are between 7 am and 7 pm and can also provide pickup/drop off transportation. Going away for an extended period? No problem, a generous discount is offered for your pets "staycation"! Our home is in a country setting with a large partially turfed fenced play yard. Got a dog that loves water? They’ll love our scheduled swim in our in-ground pool. All our boarders are like family, they interact and are engaged all day. No boredom here, only wagging tails. I am home full time and all boarders become part of the family while here. It's amazing how quickly everyone adapts and falls right in line with our routine by following the lead of our own pets. All pets are cared for equally the same as my own. Spoiled with outdoor play, treats, attention, and love. My more senior guys are offered a quiet space with a comfy bed, sometimes they'd rather stay inside than being out in the play yard. I follow their lead in what makes them most comfortable. Crates are used for those that are crate trained and prefer to be crated. My non craters are welcome to sleep in bed if that's their normal routine or they can sleep in a gated off designated doggy area on elevated beds.

About: I have been an animal lover my entire life. I grew up with a variety of pets, including goats, a horse, several dogs, and a hamster. From an early age I helped to care for them. The thing I enjoy most about animals is their unconditional love. I currently have a wonderful cat, Oscar, who I love with all my heart. I have cared for dogs of all sizes. I have past experience volunteering for the SPCA of Ulster County, NY, as a dog walker. More recently, I have gained experience in caring for cats, through having cats of my own, and through volunteering. I currently volunteer with Rescued Treasures Adoptions, caring for the cats at the Pet Supplies Plus stores. I absolutely love it. As a pet sitter, I will treat your pets like my own, making sure that their needs are met, that they are happy and safe. I look forward to meeting you! I currently work full time for a school district, so would be available early mornings, late afternoons, and evenings. I have a lot of availability on weekends and many holidays. I am available for walks, drop in care, and overnights in your home. While you are away, I will keep in communication with you, sending photos, updates, whatever is needed. About: I love pets of all sizes! I Have my own baby named S’mores who is just a little girl but have often helped out and dog-sat for my in-laws Rottweiler and my friend’s husky. I am a middle school teacher so my summers are free to take care and love your pets while you are not home! I am a middle school music teacher so I am open and available throughout the whole day to meet with your furry friend! Just let me know what you need! I am available to come over and walk, play, feed, or whatever else you may need! If your dog is friendly and good with other dogs and you would like a puppy play date I can bring over my baby S’mores!

About: Hi, I am a volunteer EMT and have a life long passion for dogs and all animals. On my spare time, my wife (Melinda) and I enjoy various aspects of the outdoors, no matter the season. We frequently pet sit for my brother-in law's German Shepard, who is full of energy, of which I have learned all the commands and public interaction techniques. This has been ongoing for approximately the past 4 years. * Melinda and I extensively clean and disinfect our house not only before and after each dog but also on a regular basis as well.
