Cat Sitting in Webster

About: I worked for a veterinarian throughout high school, undergrad and grad school. Had cats of my own (not currently). Have watched friends dogs over the years. I'm a hiker, so I walk often. I have the summers off. Able to watch/walk/visit your pets most weekends throughout the year. I can walk/play with your dog as early as 4 pm during the week I have a 20 x 20 fenced in patio with pea gravel and acres of green space in my development. There is a high school across the street and I often hike in Webster parks.

“Emily is AMAZING!!! Not only do our pups love her, but so do we!!! I can't so enough positive things about Emily, her updates made us laugh, and helped us to not miss our pups as much. She was also very proactive in alerting us to a ground bee nest, and was ready just in case one of the dogs was stung. I felt very comfortable leaving our pups in her care for the week, and plan to use her again in December!”

About: I’ve always had pets growing up and say I would be a vet if I wasn’t so squeamish. I’ve always dreamt of having a farm filled with animals when I grow up, or working with them in any capacity I can. This is one stepping stone for me to get there, and I find so much joy in caring for animals. I had a cat of my own in college who probably got far much more care and attention than she wanted. I have special experience in cats with severe anxiety and car sickness, and can administer oral medication for them. I am going to be working 8:30-4:30 on weekdays this summer, but I have so much flexibility outside of that! Whether you need me to care for your pets after a long day, or during a weekend while you head out, I am there! I love to play with my dogs at home and I run them ragged the second I step in the door. I also make sure they are fed, taken out, and have water whenever I need.

About: I have been an animal lover my entire life. I grew up with a variety of pets, including goats, a horse, several dogs, and a hamster. From an early age I helped to care for them. The thing I enjoy most about animals is their unconditional love. I currently have a wonderful cat, Oscar, who I love with all my heart. I have cared for dogs of all sizes. I have past experience volunteering for the SPCA of Ulster County, NY, as a dog walker. More recently, I have gained experience in caring for cats, through having cats of my own, and through volunteering. About: I’m back! If you’re new here, I recently reactivated my profile. I've been the designated dog-sitter among friends and have taken care of family dogs most of my life, including two puppies. As an active person, I'm open to various energy levels. If your dog is laid back or has a little extra energy, I can spend the preferred time and attention needed. Whether it's going on a walk, run, outdoor activity, playing, bathing, or making sure the essentials are taken care of (food & water, bathroom breaks, etc.), I can step in as your dog's "temporary" best friend. I have a flexible schedule, which allows me to be open and available to work around a client's daily or weekly routine... and spend time with pups :) I can take care of your pet in the comfort of their own home/area or go for a quick drive to a nearby park, trail, etc.

About: Since I was a young kid I've had many pets in my life. Mainly dogs and cats, of all sizes, many large dogs though! I love going for walks or playing outside, or playing inside with smaller animals. If you need someone to watch, hang out with, walk, play with, or to let out or feed your pets I'd love to help I babysit from 11:30am to 3:30pm from Tuesday through Friday. So, if we can work around that scedule I'd be happy to help you out! I treat them with respect and love. Love to play and get to know them. Pick up after them inside and outside. And watch for signs of strange behaviors and keep them safe.

About: PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL ANIMALS ARE KID FRIENDLY. I HAVE TWO CHILDREN AGES 9 AND 11 ! My name is Alexandra and am currently located in Rochester/Irondequoit area. I have grown up around all types of animals from cats to dogs, birds, reptiles and fish, even raising a puppy. The main animals I grew up around were both cats and dogs. In my past I have worked at an animal store and had some experience as a pet sitter also. I live with my daughter who is well behaved and also an animal lover. I presently only have two small caged cockatiel birds and am able to move them anywhere in the house if needed to provide more space or comfort for your pets. I am willing to work with other certain types of animals if interested please don’t hesitate to ask. I look forward to working together and meeting all of your animals! I am available Monday to Sunday and some holidays morning to night time (flexible schedule) and willing to work with you for extended times or days I provide a calm and quiet environment. My neighborhood is also quiet and calm when taken outside for walks or to go to the bathroom. I make sure they do not interact with other animals outside of my home and the animals I do have in my home are small and caged in a separate room where the door is always closed. I do not have any other dogs or cats and I do not board from different people at the same time.

About: I've owned cats my entire life. I've been around dogs for the majority of my life as well. I have dog and cat sat for many friends. I also had a recurring job as a dog sitter and daily dog walker for my high school principal. I currently have two cats of my own and my parents have a dog that I have also watched on many occasions. I've even been a cat sitter for a friend who fosters cats and that included taking care of 15 cats at once! I can also care for guinea pigs if need be. I've never watched bunnies, but with instruction from the owner, I can certainly care for them too. I can't care for snakes, sorry, they freak me out. I'm currently employed at a 9-5 job, but it's remote with flexible hours. I love playing with animals and am very good at tiring out energetic pups. If I'm pet sitting for you or walking your dog, you can trust that you'll get your money's worth and your pet will be cared for like it was my own fur-baby. Typically whoever I'm sitting for will let me know what kind of house "rules" or routines are done with their pets and I stick to those. Whether that's a specific walking route, only being allowed in certain rooms, not being allowed on the furniture, whatever. When it comes down to it, I want your pet to feel comfortable and happy even though they're favorite people (their family) aren't around.
