Our home is relaxed and low-key, so your dog will have a calm, comfortable environment rather than a hectic or overly busy one. I work from home, which gives me plenty of flexibility to be around throughout the day. That also means the dogs staying with us are rarely left alone and get lots of companionship, attention, and care. We’re also an active family who enjoys being outside, so exercise and outdoor time are a natural part of our day. About: PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL ANIMALS ARE KID FRIENDLY. I HAVE TWO CHILDREN AGES 9 AND 11 ! My name is Alexandra and am currently located in Rochester/Irondequoit area. I have grown up around all types of animals from cats to dogs, birds, reptiles and fish, even raising a puppy. The main animals I grew up around were both cats and dogs. In my past I have worked at an animal store and had some experience as a pet sitter also. I live with my daughter who is well behaved and also an animal lover. I presently only have two small caged cockatiel birds and am able to move them anywhere in the house if needed to provide more space or comfort for your pets. I am willing to work with other certain types of animals if interested please don’t hesitate to ask. I look forward to working together and meeting all of your animals! I am available Monday to Sunday and some holidays morning to night time (flexible schedule) and willing to work with you for extended times or days I provide a calm and quiet environment. My neighborhood is also quiet and calm when taken outside for walks or to go to the bathroom. I make sure they do not interact with other animals outside of my home and the animals I do have in my home are small and caged in a separate room where the door is always closed. I do not have any other dogs or cats and I do not board from different people at the same time.

About: I’ve always had a deep love for animals and would care for your furry family members as if they were my own. I grew up with both large and small dogs, from Shih Tzus to Rottweilers, and now have Huskies of my own. I’ve also grown up with cats and currently have a Maine Coon. My love for animals extends beyond dogs and cats—I also have a saltwater aquarium that brings me so much joy, and I’ve had a passion for wildlife and all kinds of animals from a young age. About: Some people say I’m obsessed with my dog and I would have to agree! I love all animals, dogs especially. I’ve had dogs my entire life and they have never been considered our pets they are apart of our family. Because dogs have been such a big part of my life, I have helped out running a doggy daycare and boarding facility. I have fostered multiple dogs and I grew up with 6 dogs! While I’m watching your pets I will treat and care for them the same way I would my own, with lots of love and attention. I have worked with dogs of all ages, sizes, and with various personalities and temperaments. Separation anxiety, food aggression, possessiveness, jealously, you name it! I’ll have plenty of time to care for your pets as I am working from home and have lots of free time. My schedule revolves around the dogs I’m watching. Depending on age and physical ability a typical day would look like: Typically I wake up around 7am and take your pets for a walk! After our walk we have breakfast (he’ll usually rest until 11:30/12) at that point we will go for another walk or play session for about an hour on my lunch break, after I am finished with work around 2:30/3 we go for a hike or to the dog park (depending on the dog), then we have dinner and get ready for bed! I give each and every animals the love and attention they deserve! If I am watching your pet you can be assured that they are getting the love and exercise they need. They will be spoiled with walks, hikes, play time, treats, and mentally stimulating toys such as kongs and lick mats!

About: Hi there! My name has since changed to *Romeo* as I am queer :) Ive had experience with all sorts of animals since I was a young! My heart however has always lied with dogs. Ive lived with, trained, and taken care of dogs from age 15. Professionally, I am currently a counselor at Camp Bow Wow! I’ve been working there for over a year now, learning and applying a wide range of skills. In this role I’ve learned some key skills on how to ensure companions are safe and happy: 1. Body language: I observe everything from your dog’s head to tail to minimize reactivity due to human- animal misunderstandings 2. Health indicators: although I’m not a vet, I was trained to recognize irregular symptoms a dog may be displaying such as stool texture and consistency, body temperature, excessive panting and drooling, gum color, etc. Anything your dog may be struggling with from itchy skin to something greater, I’ll notify you right away! 3. Communication: parents love hearing about their babies and seeing them happy and comfortable! By regular communication, this allows me to get clear instructions to follow, assess any changes needed in care or routine, and stay up to date in case of any rapid changes or emergencies. In addition, what sets me apart is my artistic attention to detail, which allows me to adapt to your dogs needs in a creative way. I like to challenge myself by finding ways to stimulate and enrich your dog while you are away! I’m very relaxed, quiet, and easygoing, but also spontaneous and go-with-the-flow should your dog get the zoomies! I’ll get mine out with him :) Lastly, I respect peoples spaces/ privacy and always clean up behind myself after using something in your space. I'd love to give your dog my unconditional love and undivided attention. Your baby is not just a pet, they are our best friends who depend on us. So Relax while you’re away, and leave the fun stuff to me! Looking for regular/ recurring clients :) I currently work part time on weekdays, twice a day for up to 7 hours. About: I have had animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up with always having a dog in the house and then about 3 years ago I adopted 2 cats. I have 1 year old dog and 2 cats in my home. I often dog sit my friends elderly pup along with my parents coworker trusting me to look after her cats while shes away. I am very trustworthy and reliable. I work full time and am typically available anytime after 3 on Mondays, anytime Wednesday, and after 5pm Thursdays/Fridays. I have every other weekend off, so some weekends may vary with times available. When it comes to dog walking or drop ins, I am also available to stay at your home for some extra socializing and playtime for your pet. At home my dog is on his leash outside as I don’t have a fenced in yard. My cats are also free roam throughout the house with two liter boxes spread out that I clean daily. I am comfortable with both types of animals and both on leash and off leash dogs.

About: Have a puppy? I’m well-versed in puppy pee pads and the fun game of find the poop. Have an older dog? A slow meander or a quick circle around the yard and sit on the front porch are just as enjoyable as a fast paced walk. How about a bully breed? I’m used to the house hippo slamming into you when you enter the door. We have one of our own. Ever had your knees taken out from under you because a chimpmunk ran by? I have. Ever wrestle a house hippo afraid of water into a tub? Yup. That’s me. Bad listener? We’ve got one of those. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family members. …and, yes, I always pick up the poo 🤓 I work from home with flexible hours, so I’m available during the days, in the evenings, and over the weekends. I am only able to take kid and pet friendly pets into my home, but am able to get to yours. It all depends on a pet’s need and the owner’s preferences. if they need exercise during the day or in the evenings we can take walks or play outside. If there is a mess, you can trust I’ll clean it up. Poop? I got it. Outside playtime? Absolutely. I can stop by once or several times a day depending on your pet’s needs.
