About: I have been a dog owner myself for the last 15 years, cats for 13 years and birds a few years. I have three shelties currently. One senior boy with arthritis, so I am well versed in taking care of senior dogs, and dogs of any age. My boys are all very well mannered and submissive. I have volunteered at Lollypop farm in the past, and have a true passion for animals. I have fostered dogs and adopted as well. My husband and I work from home for the majority of the week, so we have plenty of flexibility to help love and care for your pet! I have fenced in backyard and three fur babies to keep your doggo company. We have agility equipment as well. I would be happy to do what works best for your family.

About: I’ve taken care of my family’s dogs since I was a pre-teen. My siblings rely on me for their dog-care when they go out of town. I love taking mine and my siblings’s dogs on walks whenever I can! I have experience from puppies to older dogs. I’m currently working part-time while I’m in grad school, so I have plenty availability most afternoons. I love to walk my own dogs as a nice study break and would love to include your fur babies! I have a fenced in yard that ensures the safety of your pets and allows them plenty of space to run sdound! My parents and I have two medium-sized dogs that love to play with others!

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was a kid. We have always had at least one dog in the house if not more. In the past 6 years I have helped my parents to puppy train twice. I love dogs unconditionally, but I am not afraid to show a little tough love when needed. I’m currently going back to school and attend a lot of local sporting events but I still make it a priority to take my dog for a walk daily. Whether we fit in a walk before I leave in the morning or in-between class and a game, I know how much she loves her walks. I also make sure to give her ample play time when I am home. I make sure that whether the pet is in a fenced in yard or not I am always keeping an eye on them when outside. I always respect the clients wishes regarding their animal being on furniture, in what rooms, and such on.

About: i have experience with big, medium, small and mini size dogs. i have stayed at multiple clients houses overnight, cared for dogs in my home and have experience handling dogs of all ages and energy levels. i enjoy taking pictures of your pups and providing an extra sense of security while you’re away! i work locally and have flexibility to take care of your pups throughout the day as well as taking walks, giving baths, play time etc. i have experience providing medications to all sized dogs as well as accommodating their needs based on age and energy levels. i have also stayed in client’s houses and have adapted to different schedules based on what the dog is used to. i do have a 1 and a half year old lab and bernese mix but he is very friendly and loves to play with other pups!!

About: I love dogs. I’ve always had dogs growing up. And currently have a 4 yr old lab. I’ve helped take care of neighbors dogs with needs in older age and who doesn’t love a puppy?! Not only will walking your dog keep them healthy it helps me keep healthy too! Win win! I am a full time teacher so dog walking and pet care is just a fun summer time thing. About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 10 years old. I was responsible for walking the family dog when I was younger, volunteered at a shelter walking dogs every Saturday morning for 5 years, and have owned a dog myself for the last 20 years. My current dog, Bruce, and I are a registered therapy dog team, which required a lot of training and building of trust between us. He's a border collie (though he's slowed down in his old age) that needs his daily walks and play time. I understand how stressful it can be to leave your pets with someone. You need to be able to trust them and I promise to take care of your dog with as much love and care as I take care of my own. I have 4 cats, so you pup MUST be good with cats. I work from home everyday so I am able to take care of potty breaks as needed and provide attention and playtime throughout the day. Building trust with an animal is etremely important. I am careful to keep an eye on body language so that I know when an animal wants more or less attention, needs to go for a walk, or needs to play. My own dog has been trained to walk on a loose leash by my side and does not pull. I've had plenty of experience walking shelter dogs who had no training though, so I can handle quite a bit. I regularly interact with my cats depending upon what type of interaction they want. I have two cats who love to play with toys on strings, and two other cats who prefer to be showered with pets. I am a believer that if you pay attention the animal will let you know what it's boundaries are.

About: New to Rover! I have 20+ years, like most of you, taking care of dogs (all ages & size) walking, training & loving. Raised in Rochester & know all the best parks & trails. I have an SUV and don’t mind taking the dogs places if requested. Night shift worker during the week, I make lots of time for my puppy at home and would love to make time for your dog during the day. I’m available all days of the week, unfortunately that doesn’t mean I’m available all the time but can make time each day of the week if necessary. Just reach out, your odds are high that I can help I know how important pets are to everyone’s family and will treat yours like you do at home, or better :) Learning your dogs behavior is a key to success, the more information the better (behavior around dogs, people, children, chewing, barking) to know if they are acting different in any way. I get excited each time I meet new parents of dogs, i wouldn’t trust some nobody with my dog unless I got to know them first, I am in my mid twenties and have lived in pittsford/penfield for most of life, I do not drink if that matters to you, I’d say based off appearance I look pretty clean unless it’s cold out then you may only be seeing what’s visible under my hood or hat. I’m well educated in the do’s and don’ts on what is safe and unsafe for dogs and puppies to accidentally eat. Coming from a family that has dealt with Lyme Disease I take precaution in where my dogs are roaming, and always checking my puppy and past dogs constantly for ticks
