“Joey is amazing with all my animals. My Cane Corso takes special introducing and not everyone I introduce him to takes the job. He liked Joey from the first day. I actually have a little farmstead with several types of animals, including a horse, a goat, an emu, over 50 chickens and other types of fowl. I even feed some of the wildlife! Joey does all of it. I get great pics and I'm always so happy with the detailed list he leaves of all the chores and extras that he does. He even remembers things that I forget to mention sometimes! Number one call for me all the time is Joey. Besides, he gave me a very reasonable farmstead rate. I highly recommend this sitter, especially if you have animals not listed on Rover!”

About: I have had animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up with always having a dog in the house and then about 3 years ago I adopted 2 cats. I have 1 year old dog and 2 cats in my home. I often dog sit my friends elderly pup along with my parents coworker trusting me to look after her cats while shes away. I am very trustworthy and reliable. I work full time and am typically available anytime after 3 on Mondays, anytime Wednesday, and after 5pm Thursdays/Fridays. I have every other weekend off, so some weekends may vary with times available. When it comes to dog walking or drop ins, I am also available to stay at your home for some extra socializing and playtime for your pet. At home my dog is on his leash outside as I don’t have a fenced in yard. My cats are also free roam throughout the house with two liter boxes spread out that I clean daily. I am comfortable with both types of animals and both on leash and off leash dogs.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was a kid. We have always had at least one dog in the house if not more. In the past 6 years I have helped my parents to puppy train twice. I love dogs unconditionally, but I am not afraid to show a little tough love when needed. I’m currently going back to school and attend a lot of local sporting events but I still make it a priority to take my dog for a walk daily. Whether we fit in a walk before I leave in the morning or in-between class and a game, I know how much she loves her walks. I also make sure to give her ample play time when I am home. I make sure that whether the pet is in a fenced in yard or not I am always keeping an eye on them when outside. I always respect the clients wishes regarding their animal being on furniture, in what rooms, and such on.

I just moved up here and was a little worried about being away from the new place/state and leaving the dogs up here in the meantime. However, MacKenzie just seemed trustworthy, cool, and kind, and I was right! Not only did she want to make sure she did a good job and followed their schedules and everything to a T, she also just loved and cared about them instantly. What really sold MacKenzie as just being a rockstar was her willingness to work with my one dog who has major stranger danger and takes a bit to trust especially with females. MacKenzie did what she could and spent a lot of time focusing on his comfortability and building his trust with her while still ensuring my other dog got her attention and love as well. Throughout the visits, MacKenzie gave me numerous photos and videos as well as updates from all her visits. About: I own a Husky mix named Prisma who is turning 3 this year. She is quite energic and also epileptic. She is my daily experience. However I have sat for dog a bit bigger and much smaller! That includes Shihztus, Rottweilers, Golden Retrievers, Corgis, and Border Collies. I'm patient and responsible. My goal in any work field, but especially with your loved ones and possessions, is being reliable and communicating. This is what I find in my experience to be key for providing the best care and peace of mind. I work full time as a receptionist Mon - Fri, 8 to 4:30. This provides a lot of morning visits and overnight potential. Evening walks would works great as well. For specific requests, I can even dip into PTO to make the right situation work if a mid day visit is required during the work week. My Saturdays and Sundays are fully open at this time. I'm very patient and observant when interacting with pets of different personalities. Once informed on how you'd like your loved one to be cared for, I will do so in that manner. An obvious statement, but you'd be surprised how important that is to be said. If unsure or uncertain of care, we can brainstorm together as well to make sure I'm the correct sitter for the job.
About: I am a lifelong animal lover with a strong work ethic and a drive to airways continue learning. Most of my animal experience lies with horses, BUT I also have prior experience working at an animal hospital that provided boarding services for many smaller animals! I'm currently working Saturday-Monday 7-7 so my schedule stays pretty flexible on my days off (Tuesday-Friday). Tuesdays I can offer limited availability (7am-1:30pm) Wednesday-Friday I can make just about anything work as long as it leaves time during the day to visit my horse :) Any time I'm caring for a family dog or any pet, I'll freshen their water, make sure they've been fed (and that they ate all their food) and that their behavior is normal. If I Iet them out to use the bathroom I'll keep an eye out to make sure everything looks normal and healthy and that they're not acting unwell. If they're interested, we'll play a little bit before I leave. Same routine for cats, except instead of taking them out to go potty I'll clean their litter box.
