“Charlie has stayed with Nikki and Noah three times now and every time it has been a wonderful experience. Charlie can be a bit timid and is very careful about who she trusts and who she doesn't. For her first visit, Nikki understood that Charlie was adjusting and sent me pictures, explaining how she was doing and how she was trying to adjust to this new environment and learning to trust. The next visit was shorter and she did great. For this last visit...what was really telling to me was when I dropped her off, she ran right up to Nikki, really excited to see her. I also love all of the pictures and the updates as well. Really happy that we found Nikki and Noah to take care of our girl.”

“Highly recommend! Jeffery watched our two dogs while we were away, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. He is very friendly and responsive, sent us daily updates with pictures and even made his own homemade dog treats. Our dogs got a ton of outside time and exercise while they got to play with other animals all week. It was clear they received lots of love and attention, and we will definitely be asking Jeffery to watch the pups again next time we're away.”

“Penny had such a good time with Elliot and Dominique! We were and they were perfect for Penny. We were a bit apprehensive, since this was the first time we had left our 8-month-old puppy at someone else's house, but we were impressed with their set-up when they invited us to check them out, and they were perfect for Penny! We got an update and pictures on Rover every day (they even realized that she'd never seen snow before and sent a photo of her the day Rochester got its first snow of the year). All-in-all a great experience and we have already booked another stay!”

“Lourdes is AWESOME!!! Teddy stayed with her for 3 nights and I think he wants to go back. lol. When I went to drop Teddy off, she gave me a tour of her house to let me know what kind of environment/setup she has. She also let me meet some of her family members who are also very sweet. While Teddy was staying with her, I got 22 pictures and multiple videos through out the stay to let me know Teddy is doing just fine. She also sent me texts throughout the stay just to let me know how Teddy is doing. During the night, she even put a little sweater on Teddy to make sure he doesn’t get cold. My family and I were going to Canada and I was super nervous because I was going so far away, but Lourdes definitely made me at ease and my family enjoyed every single pictures and vidoes she sent us. She is going to be on the top of my very short list of people and places that I can trust Teddy with.”
