“Deja provided in-home care for our beloved Ozzy during our last week long vacation. Ozzy is a 100 pound doodle for reference. Everything went so well! Deja provided us daily updates and pictures and was sure to ask for every last detail about Ozzy's daily care prior to our departure. It says a lot that he actually ate and played while we were away. In the past, he has gotten pretty down emotionally and doesn't always feel like eating until we return home. Reach out to Deja! You will be so happy that you did and so will your fur baby!”

A fur mom to 3 cats herself, and several dogs in her lifetime, she has always provided exceptional care to furry companions to ensure they live long, happy lives. She believes in veterinary care for all animals to increase any pets’ longevity, she educates herself on how to keep her pets healthy, and knows what to do in the event of a pet emergency. Her most recent dog, Aussie, an Australian Shepherd/Pitbull mix, was a senior dog (age 13) who recently passed from cancer. She was also born deaf, and gave Payton experience taking care of a pet with a disability. Payton ensured Aussie had the highest quality of life, even before she became sick and was becoming a senior dog. Payton also has rescued two of her current cats, one who she adopted through a shelter, and another kitten who was rescued after suffering a broken leg. She has experience caring for post-operative pet needs, administering medications, caring for senior pets, pet injuries, etc. I fully recommend Payton as a dog walker/care taker for Rover! I have first-hand experience watching her raise, rescue, love, and respect all animals, especially cats and dogs, and have full trust in her to take exceptional care of your furry companions.”

About: I have had a dog of my own since I was 12 and absolutely adore all animals. I did a decent amount of dogsitting over the 2022 summer and loved it :) I am a freshman and hamilton college but hoping to do more over the upcoming summer. I am honestly pretty open other than working 1-5 usually everyday. Besides that I am available to take care of your pup whenever it is needed :) Please just let me know what works best for you! I love to take dogs on walks and really just spend quality time with them. I really just enjoy the company and think they’re adorable :) I could play all day or watch a show on the couch with some pets depending on what they need from me!
