About: I run Compton Canine Care (check us out on facebook!) and have had experience with different size/age/breed of dogs for the last 14 years as my family absolutely loves animals. Family and friends have had me come over and petsit for them for the last 9 years and I love doing it 😁 I’m currently a computer science student and am free for the winter! I spend my days playing with lodging dogs and occasionally walking dogs in town! However you’d like me to handle at home visits- you got it! I can let them out, walk them, play with them, feed them. They’ll get to stretch their legs while you’re at work or on vacation!

“Brittany was a great help when we needed some flexible drop in visits for our dogs. She worked around our schedule, communicated clearly, sent pictures and even cleaned up the yard. Very friendly and reliable. We will definitely use Brittany in the future.”

“Very nice to have someone to come take care of our fur babies while we’re gone. Thanks for the help! So very much appreciated!”

About: I have a sweet 3 year old Bernedoodle of my own. I also grew up with a bunch of cats and two dogs between two different households. I've done a lot of cat drop-ins and dog walks over the last 8 years in the Chicago area, and I look forward to doing so here in New York! I have a flexible schedule so I can build my day around pet care. I can start and/or end my day with your pet(s) or even a midday stroll. I will provide the necessary feeding, a walk if requested, and of course snuggles. I make sure to communicate with owners to help keep consistency for your fur babies.

About: I will treat your dog with the love and care it deserves. I have training experience from training my personal dog and not to brag but i’m told he’s one the best behaved dogs people have met. Dogs make mistakes just like us so they need someone who is patient and kind. I work part time as a host at a restaurant i typically work 3-4 days a week so i have plenty of extra time to take care of your pets whenever you need. I always make sure to be respectful of the clients home and follow any guidelines or requests given to me for taking care of your pet.

“This was our first time using Rover and we are happy with our experience with Shaunna! Definitely going to rebook her the next time we need a dog sitter! She was so kind when we met her in person, my dog and my little daughters liked her. Shaunna was communicative throughout the whole week we were gone, she took pictures and went above and beyond. She brought Estee out to use the restroom, went on walks, gave medication, refilled her water bowl, and gave her lots of cuddles. We are very thankful for her taking care of our sheltie Estee!”

“First time meeting the kittens and learning their habits! I can tell the kitties definitely vibed with Maria. I don’t worry when I leave my pets in her care.”

“Joni is new to day visits for my 2 Dachshunds ages 12 & 18. Her first visit went smoothly and she went above and beyond caring for them. Her passion for animals comes through and I hope to be using her services well into the future. Thankyou Joni.”

“Deja was very knowledgeable, thorough and accommodating. It was obvious that she really cares about pets. She was punctual, polite and professional.”

“Fabulous! Pictures were sent and my dogs looked sooo happy to be taken care of by her.”

“Riley puts me at ease when I have to leave Spade (my 14 yr old Bombay male cat). She keeps me updated with photos and a narrative of what took place. She goes beyond and even cleans any mess he’s created. She is always punctual and attentive to his needs. I will recommend her with a glowing review and hope to book her on my next trip out of town. The best!”

“Hailly goes above and beyond to care for our pets. We accidentally locked the cat in a bedroom that was in a part of the house where Hailly didn't have to go. But she sensed something was wrong, heard the cat, and let him out. She cleaned up multiple messes left by our one very untrained dog. She communicated clearly and reassuringly. Totally honest, proactive, and trustworthy.”

17. Heather K.

“Heather willingly offered to watch our dogs Caverly and June after we ran out of sitter options. Our last resort would have been to leave them at the vet, but who wants to leave their dog in a cage for an entire weekend? She helped out so much by picking up the dogs from our house, and dropping them off home for us. Our dogs, even though they are pretty good can have their moments- they sometimes snip at each other when they are moody. One of our dogs is practically deaf and blind, so she's a hard nut to handle ...she will wonder off sniffing away the grounds, in her own little world, and when you call her back she can't hear you so you have to go chasing. Heather is very patient with our dogs, she had them outside playing and exercising the majority of the weekend. I could tell- besides her weekend report, the dogs were pleasantly exhausted when we returned home! I would recommend Heather as a dog sitter. She is an attentive animal lover. ”

18. Carla H.
