About: Maybe a bit more equipped than the average pet parent, my first job was helping care for hospitalized companion animals at a vet clinic at 14 years old. I’ve handled situations from normal med administration /cleanings/feeding to various emergencies for cats, dogs, wildlife and even farm animals. I was later a wildlife education specialist with a non profit and worked with and cared for exotic species (animal ambassadors) from all across the globe. I more recently worked at a popular chain pet store and have knowledge on nutrition, enrichment, supplements, training supplies, and more. I grew up with animals of all sorts and can’t wait to meet yours! I have two pups and two cats myself; and know what it takes to keep a pet happy-and on a schedule. I will be starting a job with the Finger Lakes Institute at the end of May 2024 when my availability may change; but as of now my schedule is VERY open. My own dogs are never off leash (unless on grandmas farm on vacay) and wear harnesses and collars when out and about. - When visiting our home your pup won’t hear the door handle move until after their leash is secured to their collar or harness; EVERY TIME. - When I visit your home you can expect guidelines to be followed to a T. Unless your yard is fenced (or buried electric) I prefer to go on leashed walks to bond with your buddy. - Treats/food will always be cleared with pet parent before being given. Any other questions? “Taylor and her hubby were great with our dog Rowan. She sent us pictures of him (Rowan, not hubby!) snoozing on the couch, with a pillow, and covered by a blanket. Rowan stayed there for 3 days (not overnight, we picked him up on our way back to our hotel every night), and on the last day, when we picked him up it was obvious he had fallen in love with his sitters. As we stood there and chatted, he first went over to Taylor and leaned up against her, then over to her hubby and leaned up against him. Awwww! You guys, thank you so much for taking such good care of Rowan! If we're ever back in that area, we'll let you know. I'm sure Rowan would love to spend more time with you. :)”

About: Animals love me (I probably have a whispering ability) I’m trustworthy and will always keep your animals best interest in mind. I grew up volunteering so I have tons of experience I have plenty of time to schedule in appointments, I enjoy making taking care of my animals part of my day and would love to meet them I am very careful and loving to each pet and treat them as though they’re my own! I am able to make them feel comfortable and have fun even with them missing their parents

About: I have 8 acres of playtime land I used to breed Australian shepherds I have a long history of taking care of animals of all sorts and lots of love and patience I am full-time so your dogs get around the clock love and attention and lots of check-ins with Mom and Dad where I go they go with permission or they go in the kennel for no more than 2 hours at a time you will be notified when that happens I am unable to be at other locations for right now but when in my home they are fed in the morning and as many times as you request let outside minimum of five times a day lots of toys and entertainment I have dog proof to everything to the best of my ability my dogs will be separated from your own if you request it 😁
