About: My love for pet care started about 8 years ago when I began raising and training future guide dogs. Since then, I’ve raised two dogs from puppyhood, giving me lots of hands on experience with puppy training, socialization, routines, basic commands, and caring for dogs through different stages of life. Over the years, I’ve also dog sat and house sat countless times for friends, family, and others. I’m comfortable caring for dogs with all different personalities, energy levels, and routines. Whether your dog loves long walks and playtime or prefers relaxing and getting lots of attention, I’m happy to adjust to what makes them most comfortable. Most importantly, I know how much trust goes into leaving your dog and home in someone else’s care. I’ll treat your pup like they’re my own and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away! I work four days a week, but I’m available for lunch hour check ins and walks for pets located in the Webster area. I’m also available before and after work on those days. Wednesdays and weekends offer me more flexibility for walks, drop-ins, house sitting, and spending extra time with your pets. I’m always happy to work with you to find a schedule that fits your pet’s normal routine and keeps them comfortable while you’re away! I provide all pet care in my clients’ homes, where pets can stay comfortable in their own familiar environment. I do my best to follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, potty breaks, playtime, medications if needed, and of course plenty of attention and love! I understand that every pet has their own personality and needs, so I’m happy to adjust my care accordingly, whether that means lots of walks and playtime, cuddles on the couch, or simply giving a more independent pet their space. About: I’ve had various pets since I was about 4 or 5 years old. Early on it was a variety of cats and then in 2003 we brought home JJ, our beloved long haired dachshund who lived for 17 long years. Throughout JJ’s life I encountered the full spectrum of pet care. Everything from the daily routine of feeding, bathroom breaks, playtime etc to more challenging health issues involving his mobility. After JJ passed in 2020, I did not have a pet of my own but tangentially helped with our friend’s cats, ferrets, rats, and birds. In 2022 we brought home my current pet, a tiny Tortishell cat named Nyx who is the sweetest creature to ever exist. I also often pet sit for our friend who has an elderly dachshund and a large cat. I work full time Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5pm but I am more than able and willing to make time before work or after work to help take care of the wonderful critters we call our pets! I also am more than happy to set time aside on the weekend as long as my schedule allows for it and I have enough notice. As of now my main goal is to take care of pets either at a client’s home or designated area that they wish (park, backyard, etc). But I am incredibly respectful of other people’s space as I would want the same from someone entering my home. I also believe strongly in respecting any animal’s boundaries, personal space, and personalities and will do everything in my power to make sure they receive the best care possible and leave the space/area as clean as it was when I arrived. The animals deserve just as much respect as the humans involved!

About: I am willing to take your pups on walks, hikes and adventures. We will play with his or her favorite toys. I will give your dogs time to use the bathroom when dog sitting. I will give your dog all the attention in the world because I know they are deserving of it. This job will help me in my future as a dog trainer because I will be able to work with all breeds and temperaments. I will get the necessary variety needed to exceed in my field. “Joey is amazing with all my animals. My Cane Corso takes special introducing and not everyone I introduce him to takes the job. He liked Joey from the first day. I actually have a little farmstead with several types of animals, including a horse, a goat, an emu, over 50 chickens and other types of fowl. I even feed some of the wildlife! Joey does all of it. I get great pics and I'm always so happy with the detailed list he leaves of all the chores and extras that he does. He even remembers things that I forget to mention sometimes! Number one call for me all the time is Joey. Besides, he gave me a very reasonable farmstead rate. I highly recommend this sitter, especially if you have animals not listed on Rover!”

About: I am a lifelong animal lover with a strong work ethic and a drive to airways continue learning. Most of my animal experience lies with horses, BUT I also have prior experience working at an animal hospital that provided boarding services for many smaller animals! (Dogs, cats, even some reptiles and bunnies) I primarily took care of boarders and assisted staff with handling and restraining patients for treatment. I handled scheduled play times, feedings, potty breaks, patient check-ins, etc. I have hands on experience with giving oral medications to dogs and cats, some experience in reptile care as well. Lots of special needs and senior dogs that needed a lot of care and medications. As long as there's a detailed note to follow, I can get it done. I am very cautious and take my job as an animal caretaker very seriously. As a horse and cat owner, I understand how nerve-wracking it can be to leave your fur-family in the care of someone else! I will always make sure to do the best I can to leave your fur-babies safe, happy, and comfortable. Animal behavior and training is something I've always been interested in, so I'm always looking to learn more about up to date training methods as well as the best ways to take care of my pets and the ones in my care! I'm currently working Saturday-Monday 7-7 so my schedule stays pretty flexible on my days off (Tuesday-Friday). Tuesdays I can offer limited availability (7am-1:30pm) Wednesday-Friday I can make just about anything work as long as it leaves time during the day to visit my horse :) Any time I'm caring for a family dog or any pet, I'll freshen their water, make sure they've been fed (and that they ate all their food) and that their behavior is normal. If I Iet them out to use the bathroom I'll keep an eye out to make sure everything looks normal and healthy and that they're not acting unwell. If they're interested, we'll play a little bit before I leave. Same routine for cats, except instead of taking them out to go potty I'll clean their litter box.

About: I grew up with dogs and cats from a young age and am currently have a dog which I adopted from Syracuse! He gets multiple daily walks and weekend adventures. Growing up, I had a dog with diabetes and I had to administer his insulin. I am well versed in animal care for dogs, cats, and some farm animals like sheep and horses. I am a high school social studies teacher currently home for summer break. Although I am teaching summer school, I am available for my services in the early morning before 6:30 and in the afternoons and evenings. My dog is treated to multiple walks per day in addition to weekend hikes and adventures! My fiancé and I are mindful of what treats and foods are healthy for dogs and take great care in making sure our dog has a good diet and overall health.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs my entire life. What even is life without a furry friend? Me and Archie are looking to make some new furends! We love to Netflix and chill but are open to going for longer walks & have tons of toys to play with! I work a normal 9-5 so I prioritize my mornings and afternoons for the furry friends. Just like we need our coffee, they need their morning walk and breakfast! I have a small but clean space, with a decent sized yard for playing & pooping! My space is pretty quiet too! No complaints from Archie.

About: I've had several dogs in my life, smaller and larger dogs. I had a cocker spaniel mix when I was a kid, a collie when my kids were young, and most recently a German shepherd. Each had their own personality and I have special memories of each one of them. I have taken care of older dogs and younger dogs. I can handle the energy of younger dogs and the needs of older ones. We have always seen our pets as members of the family and I hope you will allow me to see your dog in the same way. I have friends that I have stayed at their house for a couple of weeks to spend time with their dog while they were on vacation. We went for walks twice a day and had a lot of time playing together. I work remotely in my job so I am happy to work from wherever is needed to take care of your pet. My schedule is flexible and I will work hard to accommodate the schedule of you pet. If you just need someone to come to walk your dog or just spend time with your cat, I have the flexibility in my day to do that. My first goal is to make your dog or cat comfortable with my visit. If I'm staying in your home, I will follow the routine you have set to do just that.
