About: Our family loves animals. It’s evident when you drive up to our house and see the goats, rabbits, chickens, ducks, cats and dogs. We have lots of experience with lots of animals, at all stages of life and with administering medications. Now that the kids are all in school. I have extra time to spend with my 4 legged babies and yours. We enjoy hiking, long and/or short walks around Canandaigua. I am a responsible and respectful professional. About: I grew up with dogs and cats from a young age and am currently have a dog which I adopted from Syracuse! He gets multiple daily walks and weekend adventures. Growing up, I had a dog with diabetes and I had to administer his insulin. I am well versed in animal care for dogs, cats, and some farm animals like sheep and horses. I am a high school social studies teacher currently home for summer break. Although I am teaching summer school, I am available for my services in the early morning before 6:30 and in the afternoons and evenings. My dog is treated to multiple walks per day in addition to weekend hikes and adventures! My fiancé and I are mindful of what treats and foods are healthy for dogs and take great care in making sure our dog has a good diet and overall health.

About: I’ve had a medium sized dog of my own for the past six years. I also have been asked by numerous friends and family members if I could watch their dogs for a few days to weeks at a time. I am currently working part time where I only work Tuesday, Fridays, and one Saturday in a month. I have a significant amount of time left to dedicate to taking care of your animals! I have a large yard with a crick running along the edge of it. I also have a fluffy 5 year old dog to keep your dog company

About: As a fur Momma myself to two dogs, I know how important it is to find a trustworthy sitter/dog walker. I have had dogs all my life. I went to Alfred State College and gained experience in veterinary technology and agriculture. I have worked as an animal care assistant in a veterinary hospital for six years. I then became the Animal Care Assistant Supervisor. I helped take care of all kinds of animals that came into the office. Big, little, young, old...dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, etc. I am very comfortable giving oral or injectable medications. I am a level 3 fear free certified professional. I know the signs of fear and anxiety in both cats and dogs. I am skilled and have techniques to help your pet during times of stress and anxiety. I can even give you some tips and tricks to try at home! I'm currently a stay at home mom of two young kids so I have plenty of time to care for your fur baby or fur babies. I will follow your very instructions. I can feed them whenever, give medications, and exercise them. I can crate them if need be as well.

About: I have been taking care of pets since I was a child. I grew up on a farm and had to care for the family pets. I have watched a plethora of dog breeds for a night, weekend, week, or just to check in. I have experience clipping nails, bathing, and administering medications. I love pet snuggles and giving treats as well as being very active with my pet friends!! We can be flexible with pet sitting needs and am able to provide services during the day, evenings and weekends. We provide boarding, sitting, drop in visits, and walking. We do not provide housesitting overnight at this time. We have a loving energetic 4 year old black lab mix who loves friends to play with and a 12 year old daughter who loves caring for pets. We have a cozy ranch-style home with a small fenced in yard for free play. We can easily crate if needed/preferred. We prefer you provide your own dog food, but we have pedigree high protein kibble if needed. We like to give training treats for a job well done. We always use positive reinforcement with our own pets and others!

About: Hi! I’m a passionate animal lover with hands-on experience caring for pets of all personalities and needs. I have been on Rover for several years and am starting up my business again. I LOVE being outdoors and am always happy to take dogs on walks, to the park, or even spend time by the lake. I have a 6-year-old chihuahua mix named Ghost, who I fostered before adopting. I completely understand how to support dogs who may be a little “sassy” and just need extra patience and love...because trust me, chihuahua's have BIG personalities! Ghost also has Addison’s Disease, which has given me several years of experience managing daily medications and have been trained by my veterinarian on how to administer his monthly injections. I’m confident and comfortable caring for pets with medical or special needs. I’m also a volunteer with Happy Tails (Ontario County Humane Society), where I continue to deepen my commitment to animal care. In addition to dogs, I have a cat of my own and am happy to care for cats too, whether that’s feeding, litter box maintenance, playtime, or just providing plenty of snuggles. Your pet’s comfort, safety, and happiness are always my top priority! I’m currently working from home with a flexible schedule and can work around your schedule! I’m happy to stop by whenever is convenient for you. I prefer at least a day notice in advance if possible. I will follow whatever instructions you provide. Does your pup need a walk? Does he/she need to play fetch in the backyard? Or does he/she just need cuddles? I’m happy to provide multiple levels of care because I care about your pup!
