About: My grandparents and mom were professional boarders, breeders, and handlers. I literally grew up on an ex-pen. Once my grandparents retired my mom opened a shop in 2006 and I joined as her certified bather and brusher in 2012. We have had our business ever since.. Taking care of dogs are literlly is in my DNA. I've also worked at a different grooming salon where I was also a bather and brusher. They loved me there because I always made their dogs feel warmed and welcomed by singing to them or giving them a nickname. I personally understand dogs better than humans. It would be my main gig as a job and take priority. I would be available everyday if need be. This is something that I love. Warm and welcomed. Treated as kings and queens who think they're in charge of the house. In or at a client's home respectful of their boundaries they have with their owner and the transition of the separation as they are handed off for their walk. Consoling and compassionate as well.
About: I’ve had a medium sized dog of my own for the past six years. I also have been asked by numerous friends and family members if I could watch their dogs for a few days to weeks at a time. About: I grew up with dogs and cats from a young age and am currently have a dog which I adopted from Syracuse! He gets multiple daily walks and weekend adventures. Growing up, I had a dog with diabetes and I had to administer his insulin. I am well versed in animal care for dogs, cats, and some farm animals like sheep and horses. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
