About: Like many others, I am a dog lover and was raised taking care of family dogs. Unlike others, that passion led to training and classes, competing in dog sports, and now, competing in dog shows. I have experience with many breeds of all sizes, senior pet care, reactive dog care and training. I would love to help you with your pet care needs! I work from home, so my schedule is very flexible and I can accommodate most dogs’ needs. I currently have open availability for boarding, daycare, walks, and drop in visits. Dogs are treated like one of my own! I take your dog out for leashed potty breaks several times a day, according to their needs. While I am working, your dog can settle on the couch or one of the many dog beds, or relax and play with my dogs (a Golden Retriever and a Foxhound). If your dog likes the crate, I have an extra for them. When I run errands, your dog will be crated or gated in a separate room from my dogs for safety. I live on 4 acres next and next to a cemetery, so I can take your dog for relaxing walks in a peaceful environment.

About: I have worked with animals all of my life. I have two dogs of my own at home and everyday they get walks, treats, and playtime no matter what my schedule looks like. I am going to college and dog sitting is something that I find enjoying. I recently moved here from Michigan. I have an easy schedule so I am normally available. Please message me if you have any more questions! I am excited to hear from you! I also do long term or extended sitting as well. Unfortunately I do not board or sit at my home. I love all animals and I will make sure they get the love, care, and affection needed while your away! Right now I’m a stay at home worker. Who was time to take care of your pets. I will make sure they get let out or given lots of attention. Since I do not sit at my home, I will follow your direct instructions on how to let your pets out, feed them, administer medications, etc.

About: I always loved having pets growing up. I grew up in the country so we had a lot of space for animals to be able to run around and be outside. Dogs, cats, birds...practically every creature you can imagine. Currently I have a cat of my own, and a friend’s dog who I watch fairly regularly. It works out well because I’m a very active person who likes to get outside as much as possible—hiking when the weather permits and bringing him along with me. This is in part due to my ever-changing, flexible schedule. I have a few set shifts during the week, but for the most part I make my own hours and I have time to be available pretty much whenever I am needed!

About: I have experience caring for dogs for friends, family, and my own pet, including daily walks, feeding, playtime, and drop-in visits. I am patient, reliable, and attentive to each dog’s personality and comfort level. I am especially mindful of safety, leash handling, and reading dog body language to ensure positive experiences. He’s a classic bulldog — a bit stubborn at times, but also incredibly affectionate and a big cuddler with everyone in the house, including my kids. About: I’ve had pets all my life. I’m retired so I have time to give your pet the attention they deserve. I’ve worked with deaf dogs and administered meds for both young and older pets. All in all my theory is that pets just make one’s life all the better they are truly gifts to us. I am retired so I have a lot of flexibility to stay with your pet or have your pet with us in our home or walk your dog when needed. I have a fenced yard and two sweet dogs who get the run of the house along with your dog, including the furniture. It’s a happy home here.

About: I enjoy dogs so much and have no problem with any size. I own a border collie so energy is something I deal with constantly at home. I can walk almost anytime on Sundays, and most of the day on Tuesdays, 4:30pm and later mon-Fridays are my sports practice so I am unable to walk then. I am unable to pet sit, but i have no issue with walking any size dog, my last dog was 120lbs and i was able to walk her just fine.

About: I am currently a Senior nursing major at Keuka College. I grew up with 2 dogs and 2 cats in the house. I unfortunately don’t have any pets in the house currently. Most of my experience is from watching friends pets but I would love to meet some new fur babies!! I’m flexible to drive or to have pets at my house. I do have experience with senior dogs and giving them the medication and special attention needed. I am a Keuka College college student that’s works part time in Canandaigua. I am very flexible over the summer. Availability is posted on my page. I have grown up with pets and am used to taking care of them. About: Hi! I’m a passionate animal lover with hands-on experience caring for pets of all personalities and needs. I have been on Rover for several years and am starting up my business again. I LOVE being outdoors and am always happy to take dogs on walks, to the park, or even spend time by the lake. I have a 6-year-old chihuahua mix named Ghost, who I fostered before adopting. I completely understand how to support dogs who may be a little “sassy” and just need extra patience and love...because trust me, chihuahua's have BIG personalities! Ghost also has Addison’s Disease, which has given me several years of experience managing daily medications and have been trained by my veterinarian on how to administer his monthly injections. I’m confident and comfortable caring for pets with medical or special needs. I’m also a volunteer with Happy Tails (Ontario County Humane Society), where I continue to deepen my commitment to animal care. In addition to dogs, I have a cat of my own and am happy to care for cats too, whether that’s feeding, litter box maintenance, playtime, or just providing plenty of snuggles. Your pet’s comfort, safety, and happiness are always my top priority! I’m currently working from home with a flexible schedule and can work around your schedule! I’m happy to stop by whenever is convenient for you. I prefer at least a day notice in advance if possible. I will follow whatever instructions you provide. Does your pup need a walk? Does he/she need to play fetch in the backyard? Or does he/she just need cuddles? I’m happy to provide multiple levels of care because I care about your pup!

About: Our family loves animals. It’s evident when you drive up to our house and see the goats, rabbits, chickens, ducks, cats and dogs. We have lots of experience with lots of animals, at all stages of life and with administering medications. Now that the kids are all in school. About: I have been house and pet sitting for friends and family for years now, and honestly it is my favorite vacation! Animals deserve all the love! College student by day, per diem patient care technician by night. It may sound busy, but the time your pet needs, I can attempt to deliver! In house pet sitting is my forte! I enjoy a morning to night routine with pets that ensures their quality care and happiness. To be transparent, I need to be away for maximum 3 hours for classes (M,T,TH,F), but I assure you that that is the most time they will spend alone!

About: Ive taken care of dogs and cats my whole life, I come from a big family of animal lovers, I have experience with feeding, walking, bathing, playtime, boarding, grooming and nail trimming. Im a fur baby momma to 3 handsome, well behaved, sweet boys who are my world. Im in vet assistant school. My biggest dream is to open up my own non kill animal rescue. I have such a big heart for all animals. I keep a bag of cat food in my car to feed all the stray kitties. Ive worked in doggy day care centers, and have fostering experience with the local animal shelter. Just know when youre away on vacation all your fur babies with be showered with love and affection and they will be treated as if they were my own. Im currently a stay at home momma, so your babies will have 24/7 love and attention, lots of play time, potty breaks, and walks. 🥰 I have 2 friendly cats, and a very calm, relaxed 1 year old dog who loves all other animals, and has done many temperament tests with other dog babies where I was working previously. I typically feed 2 times a day or per family request. I have given medications, and am trained in pet cpr/first aid for all cats and dogs. Im also a certified nursing assistant. So I have a lot of experience in the healthcare field as well. I have crates of all sizes if needed for your baby. I have experience with training and potty training as well.

About: Hi ! I have grown up with dogs and cats all my life and have always enjoyed their friendship. I would enjoy taking care of your pets at your house or mine. My family has two dogs and a cat. The cat keeps to himself and the dogs are neutered and friendly, but i could keep them apart if you prefer. I live near a few beautiful parks and Seneca Lake so the opportunities of walks and play are endless. I have younger siblings that are good with pets and love playing with them, but if your pet isn't comfortable around children my siblings will keep their distance. I am available Monday and Tuesday after 4 and all day during the rest of the week.

About: As a fur Momma myself to two dogs, I know how important it is to find a trustworthy sitter/dog walker. I have had dogs all my life. I went to Alfred State College and gained experience in veterinary technology and agriculture. I have worked as an animal care assistant in a veterinary hospital for six years. I then became the Animal Care Assistant Supervisor. I helped take care of all kinds of animals that came into the office. Big, little, young, old...dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, etc. I am very comfortable giving oral or injectable medications. I am a level 3 fear free certified professional. I know the signs of fear and anxiety in both cats and dogs. I am skilled and have techniques to help your pet during times of stress and anxiety. I can even give you some tips and tricks to try at home! I'm currently a stay at home mom of two young kids so I have plenty of time to care for your fur baby or fur babies. I will follow your very instructions. I can feed them whenever, give medications, and exercise them. I can crate them if need be as well.

About: I've always had such a deep love for animals of any kind, and I've been taking care of all kinds of creatures ever since I was 9 or 10 years old! I've been responsible for taking care of family pets, as well as more professional pet-sitting for family, neighbors, friends, etc. I've always prided myself on my ability to treat your pets as if they were my own. I'm a very gentle, non-threatening entity for many animals I've cared for, but I can also be very energetic for those that need a way to get all that canine energy out! I will always keep to whatever walking, feeding, sleeping, potty, and/or medication (if needed) schedule that your pet(s) are used to doing, so they can be the most comfortable they can be. I'm truly hoping that I can make animal care my career, and my heart is full of love towards your fur (and scaly) babies! I'm currently working part-time at a dog groomer, so I'm available from Saturdays-Tuesdays (I work 12-6 Wednesday-Friday). I can do a Friday evening or a Wednesday morning if it's really needed. I try to spend as much time with your pet as possible, so that's why I'd recommend booking on the full days I have off from work. I have a small dog, so there are plenty of toys and treats available! We also have a crate and a baby gate, so if anyone needed some alone time, we can make that available for them. Our apartment also has a big courtyard, so if your pup needs some outdoor time, there's plenty of space to run around! (On a leash, of course)
