About: What started as regularly pet sitting an incredible pup named Disco for my friend during work travel, has grown into a passion for pet care and community. I understand that training your dog is not only beneficial for the owner, but helps keep your pup safe too. Building trust and a strong relationship with your dog is an honor and there is no other love that can compare. Your dog is not just a pet, but a part of your family and they deserve to be treated as such. Just like with human kids, I would engage and talk with your pup on walks and trips because they would want you to! The more you genuinely interact with a dog, the more that dog will trust you. While I specialize in cats, I love dogs to pieces and the bigger the baby, the more hugs I can deliver! I currently work part time at a pet food store and am used to interacting with dogs all day. The more notice I have for visits and care, the better. Important!: I do not have a car and use an escooter to get around. If there is a place you'd prefer me park that scooter around your home, please include that info. I will not transport your animal on that scooter for safety reasons but am willing to walk to local parks and dog runs to exercise your animal. For emergencies I am willling to call a rideshare. If your cat is trained for harness/backpack trips, I am very willing to take them out! If your pup lives within a mile of a dog wash, I'm happy to bathe them for you. I understand that as a caregiver to animals, that person should respect that animal's boundaries. If a pup/cat wants to cuddle and play immediately, I will happily do so. If a dog is more cautious, I will do my best to earn the trust needed at that pup's own pace. I use positive reinforcement for training (and keeping up your own training) while gently discouraging unwanted behavior. I am patient and mindful especially for any dog/cat with disabilities. I am a quiet and low-key person which cats and shy dogs tend to appreciate but can also play and engage with high energy animals too!

“Excellent choice! Kate is super professional. She’s communicative, reliable, on time and my dog warmed to her immediately. If I could give more stars I would.”

“Did a walk through of the house and took good care of my pup on her walk! Would definitely book again!”

About: Hi! I’m Gabrielle, a business student at USC Marshall with a lifelong love for animals. Growing up, I cared for fish, hamsters, cats, dogs, and parakeets (I almost had a gecko too!). Beyond loving pets, I’m a responsible, reliable sitter who treats every animal with kindness, patience, and respect. Whether your pet loves cuddles or high energy play, I adapt to their needs to make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved. I’m happy to follow any care instructions you have, no matter how specific and if your pup’s up for it, I’d love to take them for a jog too! I’m currently on summer vacation and working a part-time job, so I have plenty of time to care for your pets. I also have a cat named Lucy, so pet care is already a part of my daily routine feeding, playtime, cuddles, and making sure she’s living her best life! When caring for pets, I’ll most likely be coming to your home, where I’ll always respect your space and follow any house rules you provide. I believe in maintaining a calm, loving environment and being fully attentive to your pet’s needs whether that’s feeding, playtime, medication, or just keeping them company. My goal is to make your pet feel safe and cared for while giving you peace of mind.

“I have a Great Dane who is very reactive to people and moving objects. I needed a walker in an emergency and contacted rover and choose Julien to walk him 2 times a day. I was worried at first however after our meet and greet I felt confident with my choice. Julien was perfect! He handled my precious dog with ease and confidence. Even when my dog did a few naughty things in my house he kindly took action and handled the problem as well as notified me and help correct the issue. Moving forward I would choose Julian for all of my needs walking Siren.”

About: Hello! I'm angel. I've loved animals since I was a child, especially dogs and cats. I have more than 10 years of experience in taking care of pets. Whether it is an energetic puppy or an older cat that needs special care, I will treat every furry child with patience, love and professionalism. I work from home now and have a lot of time to spend with pets I can provide plenty of time to walk the dogs and spend time with the animals, I love to take photos and videos of the pets so I will share with you the status of your baby in real time while I am working. I live in a quiet and safe community. My home is neat and clean, and there are no other pets. It is suitable for quiet rest or play. If you need foster care, dog walking or door-to-door care, we can arrange it flexibly according to the needs of you and your pet.

About: When I was 12 on a farm in Ohio I’ve taken care of two amazing border collies making sure they were healthy & happy. Mang sure that had plenty of exercise, healthy diet, making sure they worked together as a team Currently I’m on summer break from my usual job working with kids. Hopefully I can work both jobs parti time, working someday with pets mostly weekends & working with kids during the week. I constantly monitor my cat, seeing if she’s hungry or bored, I’d do the same with dogs. Checking in or just monitoring them. Writing off a list of things they need. Monitoring their food intake. & sometimes per want to be alone, they need space as well.

About: I have been dog sitting for more than 10 years. I also have 3 pets of my own and I've been a veterinary technician for more than 3 years. My experience includes various aspects of pet care, such as feeding, grooming, exercise, and administering medications when needed. I understand the importance of maintaining a consistent routine to ensure the well-being and happiness of each animal in my care. Safety is of utmost importance to me. I am trained in pet first aid and CPR, prepared to handle any unforeseen situations with calmness and efficiency. I'm also experienced in recognizing signs of discomfort, illness, or distress in pets, ensuring prompt attention and appropriate measures. Pet care is not just a job for me; it's a passion. I find joy in building trusting relationships with animals and their owners, serving as a reliable and responsible caregiver. I pride myself on my strong communication skills, regularly updating pet owners with detailed reports and photos, so they can have peace of mind while they are away. I have a network of satisfied pet owners who can vouch for the quality of my services. Their testimonials reflect my dedication, reliability, and the bond I establish with their dogs. I'm currently working part time at a dog park, which makes it very flexible for my own furry creatures as well as other clients. My life revolves around pet care. My top priority is to familiarize myself with the pet's environment, health, routine, and hygiene. Sticking to the established schedule for feeding, walking, and other daily activities to maintain familiarity and minimize disruption. Keeping the pet's living area clean by regularly cleaning, removing waste from the living space, and maintaining a hygienic environment. Provide updates on the pet's well-being, including photos and detailed reports, to keep the owner informed and reassured.

About: I've always had a special connection with animals. My dogs and cats have been rescued, not from a pound but have come to me either from the streets or random place. Had a mixed Rottweiler pup who followed me one rainy night, named him Lucky. Another rainy night years later a kitten followed me to my door, named her Pandora. Rescued a cat from inside a car hood once. Found an injured red cheeked parrot on the sidewalk, who I brought back to health and released back with its flock. They say you can't teach an old dog new tricks, I say with a little patience and lots of love you can teach any animal something new. I have had parents who's dog isn't so social walk up to me, sniff and ask to be pet. The parent telling me they don't EVER do that. Wouldn't mind a crazy active dog, love to stay active by walking around our beautiful parks. My week is pretty flexible I have a lot of free time on my paws. So your children will be very well looked after, they might get annoyed with having me around so much. Have a small yard that has a very small brick wall. I know the importance of safety and always having dog on leash. In-home in or out of crate is fine. And home visits whatever the owner is comfortable with.
