About: I love dogs… of all kinds! That’s an understatement. My boy is Sailor, the Siberian Husky you see in my profile. The other two dogs—Bokee & Penny—are my friend’s dogs that I dog-sit for whenever I’m needed. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, and I’m comfortable with any breed. Your furry friend will love hanging out with Auntie Tamara. I work for myself so I’ll have plenty of time for your fur babies. From feeding to walking to bathing to chilling, your pup and I will be the best of friends. In terms of my house, I have a yard with high walls so Sailor doesn’t even try to go anywhere unless it’s with me. When taking care of my friend’s dogs, they entrust me with their house key so I can come over and watch over the pups (even when they’re older, they’re always puppies in my eyes). When you ask me to dog-sit for you in your home, you can trust me to treat your space with the utmost respect. Same goes for the fur babies. They’re always in good hands with Auntie Tamara.

About: We are a husband-and-wife team who have lived with and loved dogs for over 20 years. This is not a high-volume job for us; we do this for the joy of being around animals and to stay active. Because we have a 14-year-old Standard Poodle of our own, we are very patient and observant with every pet we meet. We only take on a few dogs at a time so we can provide focused, high-quality care. My husband loves his morning walks and looks forward to keeping your dog company and getting them some fresh air. Since we already provide specialized care for our senior dog at home, we prefer to walk dogs that are generally healthy and mobile. While we are non-native English speakers, my wife is very comfortable using translation apps and earbuds to communicate clearly in person. Our daughter also helps us manage the app and scheduling to make sure everything goes smoothly. We are very dependable and will treat your pet like a member of our family. We are retired, so our schedule is very flexible and revolves around staying active and caring for our own dog. Paul enjoys a consistent morning walk and would love to have your pet join him for some fresh air and exercise to start the day. Because we only take on a few clients at a time, we can easily work around your specific timing needs for drop-offs, visits, or walks. Since we are home most of the time, your pet will rarely be left alone and will receive plenty of companionship throughout the day. Safety is our top priority. We live in a quiet residential area in West Hills with a secure, fenced yard where dogs can safely stretch their legs. We are very experienced with home maintenance and safety, recently completing a full home renovation, so we are mindful of keeping a clean and hazard-free environment. Whether in our home or yours, we are patient and observant caretakers. We understand the importance of following your specific instructions for feeding and routine to keep your dog feeling comfortable and secure.

About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was in my teens. I have had 3 generations of Smooth Fox Terriers plus a senior Pit Bull. I have a way with dogs. I'm very good with nervous and high strung dogs. All the dogs I have owned and cared for have different traits and personalities. I take extra care to ask the owner about specifics about the dog. I have a mini van that is set up to transport dogs. It's full of dog beds and blankets. I like to take dogs to new places so they can have new experiences. I only have a few exceptions a week when I'm not available. I have a very safe fenced yard and my two dogs are very passive and welcome visitors. I have a small two small parks across the street from me that are great for dogs walks. Dogs are welcome in my home.

My yard is enclosed with a lawn, so plenty of space for play. I do NOT have a doggy door and dogs are allowed outside only with supervision. Dogs will not be left outside if/when no one is home. Also, bully sticks and other similar chews are NOT given to my own dogs without supervision due to the possibility of a choking hazard. Chews are not kept out in my home, and only given as special treats for a short amount of time. However, I do provide licky mats with yogurt and banana and peanut butter for a fun treat for in-come care.

About: I’ve had my first pet since I was 8 and I’ve loved animals ever since I could remember. I had my first dog walking job in my early 20s when I was in college and my first dog bestfriend was a Shiba Inu. I literally loved him like he was my own. I took him everywhere and anywhere that I went. I helped raised and trained him since he was 6 months old up until he was 7. Unfortunately, our journey had to come into an end when I had to move states for my first career out of college. Now that I’m back home in Cali, I’ve been yearning for another dog best friend or few. Sadly, where I currently live doesn’t allow for dogs on the premises so I’d be happy to go wherever to take care of your furry loved one! My experience includes basic obedience skills such as training and leash manners. **I am also extremely protective of your animals so I won’t take them where I know they could potentially be in danger or in harm.** *I am very communicative and will send pics when you’re away! I am available on the weekends, evenings, and holidays! I am sometimes free during mid afternoons. I am also available to board if when it is requested. I like to make sure that I am in constant communication with every pet’s owners. My preference is that I am provided with a list of do’s and don’ts. About: I've had my own dogs and cats for most of my life ranging from easy going to skittish and temperamental. I've been a go to pet carer for family, friends, and for hire since I was a teenager. I have experience with pets with complex dietary needs, medication regiments, very shy animals who don't deal well with being apart from their families, and high energy critters who need lots of stimulation. I treat them all with the patience and kindness they deserve while they are apart from their owners. I'm not living with a pet for the first time in a long time and miss I am working part time, which leaves me very flexible to care for your pets on your schedule as needed for drop in care or longer stays with your pet in their own home including nights, weekends, and overnights. I have a spacious hatchback that I can use to transport your pets. I cannot care for pets in my own home due to a highly allergic roommate, but I can fetch pets and take them wherever they need to be.

About: I have had and cared for dogs since childhood. I have experience with a wide spectrum of breeds, from the larger, more protective (German Shepherd), to the smaller, more energetic breeds (Corgi). I currently have a 13.5YO male Corgi, and have experience caring for senior dogs that require more attentive care (I recently laid my sweet girl to rest at 14.5YO, after a year-and-a-half long battle with kidney failure). In his prime, my little potato and his late sister were quite the herders, so I am able to keep up with high energy dogs. I have less experience with cats, but my empathetic approach allows me to always find common language with my furry friends. I currently work freelance from home, so my schedule is flexible to accommodate your (and your fur baby’s) needs. Though, I might need to run errands during the day or take my elderly parents to doctor’s appointments. But I conduct most of my business in the San Gabriel Valley, rarely venturing over to the west side of town, so I am always nearby. My typical day with my senior, indoor corg includes going on a walk (or to the park) 1-2x daily, depending on his energy levels. I feed him 4 meals a day (versus 3) because he has a sensitive tum, and adding another meal later into the night ensures that he doesn’t wake up with an irritated stomach. I wash his food and water bowls daily with a mild soap to reduce exposure to harmful bacteria. When we go on walks, I make sure to give other people walking with dogs a wide berth, especially if they have a larger dog and are preoccupied looking at or talking on their phones. I always scan the ground for potentially harmful things careless people can leave behind, like chicken bones. I also allow my little guy to sniff to his heart’s content, because I read that for dogs, sniffing on walks provides enrichment akin to reading the daily paper.

About: I am a high energy , attentive animal lover who has aprox 1 year experience caring for a 2 y.o Aussie Shepard, Whom was very hyper active and loved snuggles and playing in the park aprox twice a day . I had this pup for the entire summer while his family was abroad , we FaceTimed with his family maybe 3 times a week . I am also highly skilled with cats of all age groups as well as I spent my summers on a farm with both cats dogs and horses . I have no issue going beyond the needs of the owner and taking the extra mile to make your pet build a level of comfortabilty with me and the space provided . I am an 1099 contract worker , I make my own schedules , from home , work out in between ( walks etc ) . I offer baording in my home and at the house sitter experience in my pet parent's home , whichever is more convenient for the care of the pets .

I have a fenced yard and large area for the dogs to play! I have a pool that is gated off and can either let them near the water, or keep them away; whatever you prefer! I do not have any pets of my own and only book one dog at a time, allowing your dog to feel safe and not have to worry about territorial issues.
