She consistently goes above and beyond both with my dogs (even hand feeds my spoiled little one when she's being stubborn) and my house (there was a leak Kathleen went out of her way to try and diagnose, she keeps my plants alive and happy, and my house spotless). “Amazing ..I have a very difficult crew of pets- 3 dogs and a cat. One of which is a very high maintenance boarder collie. I was worried for Namie as I know how hard it is to keep my crew happy. Namie did it all! Took them to the park every day, and followed through on every task. She took such amazing care of my pets I knew they were so happy..Namie sent photos and updates daily. We were blessed to find such an amazing pet sitter she also took great care of our house…which was also difficult - the dogs she’d like crazy - so daily shedding on dark wood floors can be a pain ..the house was spotless…the roses alive and thriving in hot weather..Namie went above and beyond in every way! We can’t recommend Ira highly enough! She took incredible care of our cat, Siri, while we were away on our honeymoon. We’re always nervous to leave Siri because of her medical needs, but we were completely at ease knowing she was in such good hands. Ira was attentive, thoughtful, and communicative throughout our trip, sending us daily updates and photos that made us feel connected even from afar. She administered both transdermal and oral medications with ease and showed Siri so much love and patience. She also stayed overnight and left our home in perfect condition. Another lovely housesit from Celest, who answered a last minute request to care for our pup (Nebula) while we were out of town for 4 days! Celest is communicative, collaborative on feedback, and has a warm, trusting personality that was the ideal fit for Nebula! Celest’s patience and kindness was much appreciated given that Nebula can be a bit anxious. Victoria was wonderful with our two senior doggies. She was extremely patient despite their non-stop barking when she first arrived (my girl dog has separation anxiety and my boy doggo is just nervous in general). Victoria did all she could to comfort them and was soon curled up with my pup Lucy on the couch. We highly recommend Victoria!
We are incredibly grateful to Briana for taking such wonderful care of our 23-year-old cat, Mickey, while we were away for five weeks. Mickey is elderly and very much set in his ways, but Briana was patient, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire time. What stood out most was how she went above and beyond—volunteering to stay longer than scheduled just to ensure Mickey felt comfortable, secure, and loved in our absence. Nicole was terrific! Prior to booking, we did a meet and greet and then one day before actually starting, she came to the house to go over logistics of how to get into the house, how much to feed Lucy, learn more about Lucy's quirks, etc. While we were away, Nicole sent a couple of update texts (including photos) each day (which allowed us to just relax and know that Lucy was in good hands!)
