She came beforehand for a meet and greet where she was very friendly, professional, and great with our pets. I wrote detailed instructions regarding their care and Natalia followed all of their regular routines! “We couldn't have asked for a better dog sitter than Paul. It was our first time leaving the dogs and we were a little nervous. Paul met with us before the stay to familiarize the dogs and get to know us. During the stay he walked the dogs frequently, entertained them, and went out of his way to provide each of them with individual and joint love and attention. He also looked after our house and left it in excellent shape. When we came home, the dogs were calm and happy, even though they often get anxious. Paul sent us numerous photos and updates during the stay which reassured us and made us happy as we missed the dogs. Overall he was an excellent sitter, 12/10.”

After a few not-so-great experiences with boarding, I decided to use a sitter while we were gone on a 6 day vacation. BEST DECISION EVER. Jessica immediately bonded with my dogs, and I could see right away that she has the right level of experience, patience, and love to keep the dogs happy while we were away. J stayed with my two Bengals while I was out of town and did a great job caring for them. She followed medication instructions, cleaned up a couple of pee incidents (which is unfortunately part of life with my cats), and reached out whenever she had questions instead of making assumptions. It was obvious she genuinely liked my cats and paid attention to how they were doing. I appreciated that she noticed one of my cats allergies while I was away and texted to ask how she could help medicate if needed. Mari is fantastic and clearly a cat lover - and understands cats! When she came to meet Busy for the first time, she took all the time needed to bond with my kitty and ask all questions about her care. During her time with Busy, I received the cutest photos and videos showing my kitty super comfortable, getting all her play time, and cozying up for naps every day during her stay. Mari also maintained my apartment extremely well and I’m very thankful for that! I am so happy Mari is now in our lives and I wouldn’t think twice before booking her again!
