Jen asked in detail what Buttercup liked and what her schedule was. I appreciated this so much. Jen has a wonderful, big backyard which is so great for playing and Jen sent me the best photo of Buttercup running through the leaves. I made an error on the dates when I booked and panicked on the day I should be picking up but Jen was gracious and allowed Buttercup to stay another day. Buttercup and I highly recommend Jen. She’s a million stars and we hope to be seeing her again in the future.”
