“Lifesaver. Not only was our flight delayed for 2 days and Loretta was awesome and so understanding and flexible about it…but she had to evacuate with our dogs due to the recent fires/winds. Their fenced in backyard and house are set up for entertaining new dogs with comfort and safety. They were able to get our puppy to eat his meals even though he's teething and sometimes unmotivated. He loved playing with Ellie and he was so relaxed after I picked him up because he had a great night with Ana & Mitchell.”

“Jing took such good care of our corgi!! She provided frequent updates and responded to our requests very promptly! Overall making the process very worry free. We also added a bath request for an additional fee, and she came home smelling cleaning and Jing even made sure she brush out all her knots!! Idk how she managed this because we tried and she isn’t the most cooperative when it comes to getting rid of her knots..major kudos to Jing!! We’re grateful to have found Janice through Rover. We’ve never used this app before. We have two small dogs: a blind Maltese Poodle (10 y.o.) and an 8-year-old Maltese Terrier. They stayed with Janice and her family for five days. Pet care has never been an issue for us, but we needed a solution for our dogs during this trip. We explored pet hotels in the area but we knew it wasn’t a good idea for our senior dogs, especially the blind one. We met and greeted 3 other Rover service providers, but we felt most comfortable with Janice. She was attentive, asked about our dogs’ needs, and offered updates and photos during their stay. The best part was that Janice and her kids treated our pets as if they were their own. If you’re looking for pet care in the Pasadena, Altadena, or Arcadia area, I highly recommend Janice.
I highly recommend Denise! She took excellent care of my fur baby and made me feel completely at ease while I was away. She was very attentive, took the time to ask about my dog's specific needs and routines, and made sure everything was handled properly. It's clear that she genuinely cares about the pets she looks after. I would definitely trust her with my fur baby again!🐶😁

Wanyi was absolutely amazing, and I can’t recommend her highly enough! From the very start, communication was prompt, friendly, and professional, and she was incredibly flexible with timing. Throughout the stay, Wayni sent tons of pictures and updates that made it easy to relax knowing my dog was happy, comfortable, and in great hands, and the photos really showed how much care and attention he was getting. Most importantly, my dog clearly loved being there and came home relaxed, happy, and well cared for. It’s obvious she genuinely cares about the dogs she watches and goes above and beyond to make both pets and owners feel comfortable, and I would book with her again without hesitation!
