About: Taking care of cats and dogs is something I love to do. Your pet‘s needs come first! I have been petsitting and walking dogs for many years. I believe that it is important to take each dog's individual personality and preferences into account when caring for them. Usually, I take only one dog at a time but emergencies happen and will be accommodated. I have attended several dog training classes and started working on my dog trainer credentials. I am experienced in lose-leash walking and crate training. I can administer medications as needed. My focus in dogs is to make them feel safe and overcome their anxiety when they stay with me. Having fun on long hikes and providing puzzles, wearing them out on a lead at the park, and other enrichment helps me to keep them occupied. Cats will have a blast in my house and usually adjust to boarding within the first 12-48 hours, see cat care details. While boarding cats, there will be no guest dog in the house. I’m working from home most days and am an early riser. I am walking my dog guests several times a day. Depending on their abilities, I take them on regular hikes, mostly early in the morning. I can accommodate small bladders and seniors with special needs. If your dog has special needs that are time consuming like cancer or GI care, please use the grooming feature to add additional services and let me know. We can always adjust the fees during or after a meet and greet. As devoted caregiver for both cats and dogs, safety and wellbeing of pets comes first. At your home, I will provide them with the care and attention needed while your are away and keep them entertained and well fed. I try to create a comfortable and stress-free environment. This includes that I only have one pet guest in my house at a time. My home is in a quiet neighborhood with parks close by. The patio offers safe space to play for your dog. For cat guests, the house with its staircase provides them with an giant build-in cat tree.

“Kyle is a great dog walker. He provided photos and updates on my pup. I trusted him to give my pup the best care, always looking out for his best interest. I highly recommend Kyle.”

“Jackeline did a great job taking care my dog. She was very communicative throughout the walk. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dog walker.”

About: I have been caring for cats and dogs my entire life, so I know that each animal has a unique personality and unique needs! Working with elementary school students for many years has also done a lot to prepare me for thinking on my feet while still prioritizing care and compassion. My recent degree from Emerson College represents a lot of hard work, time management, dedication, and attention to detail. I love animals, and I have experience walking dogs of all sizes, and playing with dogs and cats at all levels of enthusiasm. I’ve had my own pets with special dietary and medical needs, so my first priority will always be to follow the instructions you leave so I can guarantee your pet’s health and safety. I will always put 100% into my visits and care of your pet, and I hope to meet them soon! I have recently finished my tutoring gig for the summer, so, right now, I am able to make your pet my first priority! Before moving out of my parents’ house on the east coast, caring for my cats all day, and feeding them and cleaning their litter box at night was a shared routine we followed every day. I recently boarded a dog at my home for three weeks, and followed his owner’s instructions of morning and evening feedings and three walks a day. In short, pet care fits into my daily and weekly routine however works best with the animal I’m responsible for. I have always been proud of my time management skills, and I can easily adjust to the rhythm of new requirements. My first priority is to follow your instructions and respect any rules you communicate to me. I like to know exactly where any food, toys, or other care items are, so I can go directly to them and not bother any of your personal possessions. Your privacy and trust are very important to me! I will check on your pet and walk or play with them at whatever level you and they are comfortable with (even if they just need to sit in the same room with someone for a few minutes:) ). I’m always happy to send pictures and other updates on your animal. I am dedicated and detail oriented in every aspect of my life. This care will always extend to your pet, and any codes or keys I’m given in order to access your home. I respect the privacy and security of your home as I would my own.

“Haijin and Victor are AMAZING to work with. I’m always at ease when they walk and care for Tofu. For being an anxious pup, he’s been so comfortable with them from the start. I love that they are always on top of communication and you can tell they have a lot of experience working with dogs. I’m very grateful for them!”

About: I’ve taken care of lots of animals, dogs, cats, horses, goats, chickens, but I have a good understanding about dogs and their body language that I feel very comfortable handling any type of dog big or small. I am currently working part time so I have plenty of time to exercise your furry pup and I’m available some weekdays and weekends at the moment I have an apartment so I make sure that they get enough exercise so that they can be happy and have their toys, food, and favorite snacks

About: I've raised three dogs from puppyhood until their golden years. I currently have a spoiled pandemic toddler who taught me LOTS of patients. I constantly dog-sit my family member's dogs and treat them with as much love and respect as I do my own fur baby. I work full-time, leaving plenty of time to take care of your pets after work and during the weekends to take care of your pups. I will treat your dog respectfully and allow them to interact with me at their comfort level. Not all dogs are created equal, if your child likes their space, I will respond accordingly. On the other hand, if they want a cuddle buddy, I am all for being the big spoon. :)

“Silvia was perfect ! My dogs loved her and she has the perfect personality and dog expertise for anyone with more than one dog or for someone with one dog that loves to be a problem child on the walk. Silvia is just a wonderful person who loves dogs and takes her job very professionally,”

About: I have had dogs in my home for my entire life. They are such an essential part of any family, as their unconditional love, joy, and cuddles are impossible to match. I have cared for mostly large breed dogs, from Rottweilers to pitties to mastiffs. I’ve fostered over 5 dogs for A Purposeful Rescue. I have experience training dogs to walk on leash, with many of my fosters being dog-reactive. Working with a professional trainer, I learned many skills for avoiding triggers, keeping the dog’s attention, and overall keeping control. I enjoy training dogs to do tricks. My favorites are shake, other paw, and roll-over. I think each dog has a unique personality, and I love getting to know them! Pet care work will supplement my current routine of computer science classes, yoga, applying to full-time jobs, and freelancing. I am flexible, but currently prefer to care for pets during regular business hours. In the client's home, I am respectful, cautious, and responsible. The pet is the priority, and if I need to spend quality time with a dog it will be by walking, training, or cuddling up with a book.

About: Dogs LOVE me! Almost as much as I love them! I wanted to be a vet when I was younger, then I realized that seeing animals hurting would break my heart too much. Now I just care for them as much as I can! I'm a very active person so I can run around with your dog(s) and make sure they get as much play time as possible! I can also teach your dog basic commands if needed. I'm a very persuasive teacher. No matter what, with me, your dog will be in very good hands. I'm proficient at belly rubs! And, I always keep a few toys and organic treats for your furry friend should they not have any. Your dog will never have a "ruff" day with me!

About: I go by Emmanuel/Elmer My house has always been the gather spot for all my family and all their pets! So I’ve definitely been exposed to multiple personalities and behaviors. I’ve been surrounded by dogs and cats since I was a kid, but the family dog was the first pet I ever got experience caring for on my own. Since the age of 9 till the passing of our beloved Oro, I’ve come to cherish every furry friend and learned to treat them with love and respect. I’m currently working full-time, but looking to fill my days off in the company of of some furry friends. I’m available Sundays and Mondays all day for your convenience! I live in a quiet neighborhood in an apartment in beautiful Pasadena! Although I’m in an apartment I have a large back patio that leads to a grassy field for your friends enjoyment. Along side me everywhere I go is my cute little mixed pup, Henny! I am able to accommodate your dogs in any way (if needed). If there is anything you may need from me feel free to ask! **Please note** although I do not have experience injecting/providing medications orally, I am open to learning how!

“Andi is WONDERFUL! She comes over and walks our dog when we are not home to do it ourselves. Not only is she absolutely cool, funny and just all around beautiful, but my dog Willie Nelson loves her. She is so knowledgeable about animals and their needs. She is phenomenal when it comes to constant communication and punctual when it comes to walks. I adore her and I'm happy we found her. She's a 10 guys. A legit 10.”

About: I have grown up with and owned pets for 18 years. I love both dogs and cats and I will always show them the utmost care and affection. I want to be your pet sitter because animals make me happy and I love making them happy in return! I have both formal pet care experience - when I was in college in NYC; being raised in a family with pets; and, in LA as a pet owner. I look forward to meeting you and your pets and gaining even more experience! I promise to play with your kitty and to take your dog out for long walks outside! I can also just relax with them too if you like. I hope to work with you soon! My schedule is currently flexible and I look forward to comparing our schedules. With good communication between us in advance, I will do everything I can to meet your pets' needs! My cat is incredibly well cared for, with different toys available to provide different stimuli, room to explore the environment, and with plenty of physical affection and treats available! I'm also warm and caring person. I communicate well and promise to do that with you as the pet parents so that you know your pet is safe and happy. So, please be assured that your pets will be safe in my care in the same way that my cat, Fleur is!

About: I love animals and want to keep your furry friends company while you are away! As a dog owner myself, I know how important yet stressful it can be to find a good and trustworthy sitter. I’ve had dogs all my life (and a family cat for 19 years) and have been pet sitting for friends and fostering since leaving home for college. I work from home the majority of the week with the entire summer off so I can stay home with your pet all day and make sure they are well taken care of! I live with my husband and our small 7 year old rescue dog named Taco. One thing of note is, Taco is still a bit shy and timid around new people and furry friends at first. However, Taco is very playful and loves everyone once she gets to know them! She gets along with both small and big dogs and cats too. I am happy to arrange a meet and greet to make sure your pets feel comfortable and are a good fit with Taco. I have a quiet walkway right outside my apartment so I can provide lots of walks and potty breaks throughout the day. I have many dog toys, dog beds, and a crate for small pets so you don’t have to bring your own (unless you want to). We also have pet stairs, a ramp, and a nice pet stroller in case your pet has mobility issues. I also only accept one pet at a time so your pet will have all of my (and Taco’s) undivided attention :) I work from home the majority of the week with summers off so I can stay at home with your pets all day!
