About: I’ve been dog-sitting for 3 years, and honestly, I just really love dogs! 🐶 I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and personalities, with most of my experience being with bigger dogs. I’ve looked after two Huskies at once, a Standard Poodle, Chihuahua, Pomeranian, and senior dogs. I grew up with a Lhasa Apso and was lucky enough to care for him myself during his senior years, so I understand how much extra patience, love, and attention older pups can need. I’m also very active and genuinely love going for walks. I average at least 10,000 steps a day, so if your dog loves a good walk, we’re probably going to be best friends! I’m very comfortable staying in other people’s homes and actually enjoy helping dogs stay in the environment they know and love. My goal is to keep your pup happy, comfortable, and on their normal routine while you’re away. I’ll give them plenty of attention, exercise, cuddles, and, of course, lots of love! I work part time remotely with lots of flexibility and can bring my laptop anywhere. I don’t not have a partner or children so I can dedicated the proper time to looking after your pet! I will ensure that gates and doors are locked. The dog is on leash whenever we leave and to avoid other dogs and people if necessary. I will stick to your wishes on how you want your pet looked after.

About: From a young age I learned how to feed, groom, understanding behaviors, and of course providing all the love and cuddles for furry friends. I’ve always been active so I love going on long walks, runs, and hikes, especially with pets in on the fun. I take pride in being a responsible, attentive and compassionate pet owner. I’d love to be your pet’s next best human friend! I’m currently working part time so I have tons of time to help out with your lovely pet(s). My availability is very flexible, day or night I’ve got you! I’m available before ~8 a.m. then after 6 pm M, W, F and depending on location, can make a quick stop between 12:30 and 1 p.m. I am almost always available all day on Tue, Th, Sat and Sun (shoot me a message to double check!) About: I've been taking care of pets since I was in the 5th grade. The first love of my life was an orange guinea pig called Romeo, who was the pet of my afterschool program. I would take care of him every day, and ended up adopting him when he "retired". After that, my family adopted three other guinea pigs, two hamsters, a gecko, and a senior cat over the years, all of whom we loved for their unique, funny, expressive little personalities. One of the teachers from my afterschool program sometimes also brought in her rabbits and ferrets. All the animals that I was allowed to take care of, I did. I learned how to feed them, hold and play with them, cut their nails, clean their habitat, give them medicine. As an adult, I've lived with and taken care of (separately) a corgi, a petite old lady cat, two tabby sibling kittens, a chatty black cat, and a mom & daughter duo. Overall, throughout the years, I've gotten very proficient in caring for most kinds pets, value helping pet parents keep their home the best place for their pet, and love making new furry friends! I am very flexible right now and can accommodate most schedules. Generally, the earliest drop-in I can do is 8am, and the latest 8pm, though I am happy to make exceptions if needed. I will 100% defer to the pet parents to tell me what is best for their fur baby. I am a calm, quiet, patient person who will respect a shy cat's space, and can be energetic and playful for a dog or cat (or other critter) who wants enrichment and playtime. I pay attention to a pet's cues and mold my interactions with them to their terms. I have a good sense of how to physically handle animals safely without hurting them. My favorite thing about getting to know a new pet is earning their trust by respectfully entering their home.

About: Thanks for checking out my profile! Worried about your fur babies safety and care when your not home? Don’t worry I've been around dogs since I was a kid. I grew up around chihuahuas, huskies, pomeranian mixes, shiba inus, Korean Jindo dogs, cats, fishes, and more. Spending time with all of these breeds I have ample experience bathing, walking, and feeding our pets. Fun fact about me: I also graduated from UCSD with a B.S. in human biology and a minor in environmental systems. Two years ago, I adopted an adolescent 3 year old cat from a local shelter and have been caring for him ever since. He is a rambunctious kitty and I have learned fun and creative ways to get him to exercise and stay fairly fit. Just 7 months ago, I adopted my first personal dog, Luna a 1.5 year old puppy from Korea. Under my guidance and training, I've learned that she is incredibly talented and picks up tricks and skills so quickly. For example, I trained her to jump on rocks, benches, etc... on command, she can differentiate the differences between sit-pretty and stand on her hind legs. Basic commands like sit, down, stay, paw, spin, come, etc... I take her on multiple hour long walks every day, and would love the opportunity to spend time and dedicated care with your fur babies as well! I would love to dedicate my time to caring for your pets, either through long walks or pet check-ins, because they deserve to be well looked after while their parents are away from home. WHAT TO EXPECT: I will arrive 5-10 minutes early and get your dog ready for a walk. Your dog will get a full 30-minute (or 60-minute) walk. Then I'll drop your dog off at home, refill their water, and give any last-minute pets for 5 minutes. Rover cards and pictures will be shared once the walk is complete :D During the walk with your dog, I will always: 1. Ensure provided equipment and leashes are safe and secure to use (as well as bring my own in case of emergencies) 2. Ensure your dog's favorite treats are in my training pouch before the walk 3. Provide ample water for your pet during/after their walk 4. Scan and be observant of my surroundings to ensure your dog's safety 5. Cross the street to avoid any on-leash greetings or off-leash dogs During the pet (30-minute) check-ins with your pet, I will always: 1. Spend 5 minutes carefully entering your home and kindly greeting your pet with their favorite treat 2. Take them on a 10-minute potty break outside if needed 3. Spend 10 minutes playing with them inside your home 4. Spend the last 5 minutes giving any last-minute cuddles and love as I can More time will be spent loving your pet for a 60-minute check-in!

About: Initially, I started dog sitting in 2017 for mostly my friends who were dog moms and dads. Slowly, (w/ permission of course), my clientele started to grow as my friends were recommending me to other folks they knew. It worked out well since I didn’t have my own pup though I had always wanted to have my own pup. I haven’t made the step to fully commit to a long term furry partner of my own so instead (at least for the time being), I’ve committed to taking care of your pup with the utmost care and consideration. I work part time so I’m available and usually at home for a large part of my week. When I am at work, I’m away from home for five hours only. One day out of the week, I work an eight hour shift. Outside of work, I love grocery shopping, going to the park, hiking, visiting friends, & hanging out w/ my partner. Your pup would be involved in all activities. :) I have a fenced yard that only I and my neighbor have access to. I also live a five minute walk to a dog and kid friendly neighborhood park. I would walk your pup 2-3 times daily. I love taking walks so your pup will definitely get some exercise. Play time is a must. I have puzzle toys, chew toys and squeaky toys for your pup to enjoy. Your pup is allowed to be on furniture and my bed (as long as they’ve had a bath) otherwise most do prefer their own bed and space. Food and water are replenished daily and medication is given if needed. Once its bed time, I make sure that your pup is close and comfortable.

About: Back home in Atlanta, GA, I cared for our family's dogs that lived to ten and fifteen years old, with our youngest dog turning fourteen this year. From walks on the leash, to fenced yard time, to cleaning indoor accidents, every animal deserves the care needed to live a happy, healthy life. Now, residing in LA County, I'm on year two of taking care of my rescue kitty. She is friendly but can always be kept in a separate room for guests' comfort. I live in a quiet neighborhood with safe, walkable sidewalks and have an in-unit balcony for fresh air in between walks! As a professional actor & NBA dancer, my work schedule varies each week. I feel most grounded when I schedule daily walks or park time for myself and would love a furry companion to enjoy the fresh air with! In addition to the entertainment industry, I work a remote job that brings hip hop dance programming to youth in underserved communities. In my home, I have an in-unit balcony that allows dogs to get fresh air in between walks. The large windows and cat hammock overlooking the balcony make for a great view as well. The unit has plenty of open space with no fragile items/furniture accessible to pets. Just outside of my apartment building is a quiet, walkable sidewalk for leashed walks.

About: My wife Camila and I love animals and we have a big spacious home for your four legged family members!! I’ve personally taken care of over 50 dogs and cats over the past two years with my Roomate. This is our new personal account.
