“Ana and Mitchell were incredibly caring with Sophie. I needed a last-minute sitter for Sophie, who isn’t used to being home alone yet at 5 months, and they were amazing. What I love about them is that someone is always home and they only take one dog at a time. They were quick to schedule a meet-and-greet and were very welcoming. Sophie got to meet their dog, Ellie, and they got along instantly. Ana and Mitchell were flexible, accommodating, and asked thoughtful questions to make sure Sophie’s needs were met. We set up a short doggy date for a couple of hours, and it went perfectly- Sophie didn’t even notice we had left! Since leaving Sophie is new for us, we appreciated the frequent updates and their respect for her schedule. She came home happy and content, and it was clear she had a great time. Not only was he so excited when I packed up his gear to drop him off again at Wanyi’s (he knew where he was going this time!), he had a hard time saying goodbye to her when it was time to come home. A week later and he’s still smelling fresh and his fur is still so fluffy from the bath she gave him after getting dirty rolling around in the mud!! I need to get the brand of that shampoo! The cute photo updates were awesome and he was certainly right at home! I hate to travel but when I do, it’s great to know my furry friend is in great hands and so dearly loved!!! About: I have been an animal lover since I was a little kid, I have grown up with cats and dogs my entire life. I have a 6 year old goldador who is the best boy. We love to go on walks, go hiking, go to the beach, or go to the park. Haven’t been active as a sitter in Rover for awhile, but excited to get back into it. I currently work mostly from home, with a day or two at the office once a week to every other week. We go out 3-5 times a day with a morning walk, afternoon walk or quick potty break and long evening walk or go to the park. On the days I need to go to the office, your dog would need to be able to be ok at home anywhere from 3-6 hours. In my home with my dog, your dog will be taken care of like my own. Spoiled for sure with plenty of love and activity.

About: Hi there! I have long loved being a dog mom and thought to start sitting to give myself and my own dog some extra company and fun times. I can usually take up to two additional dogs to my own. If I am able to sit for your dog, I will be working from home. However, I am not available everyday. This is why I recommend planning in advance for my availability. I have a single family home with a fenced in dog run and patio for them to play in. They are free to be in the house and not be restricted in movements. However, I do not let pets on the furniture or beds. However doggy beds are available.

I have always slept with my own dogs, so happy to co-sleep with yours if that's what they're used to, but also glad to maintain whatever rules you generally set for them in regard to being on beds/furniture.

Over the years I’ve watched dogs, cats, turtles, birds, snakes, and just about anything else you can think of. I spent many years as a teacher, but recently made the decision to step into a slower pace of life. Now I’m available daily for pet visits or dogs walks. I love being able to give animals the calm, consistent attention they deserve. Right now I provide pet care (daily visits, walks etc) exclusively in my clients’ homes, allowing pets to stay comfortable in their familiar environment. I do not offer care in my own home.

Pet care fits very naturally into my routine, as I have a highly flexible schedule and can prioritize walks, exercise, feeding, and check-ins throughout the day and week. This allows me to be reliable with timing, adapt to pets’ needs, and accommodate both recurring care and last-minute requests. I care for pets in my home by following their routine closely so pets feel safe and comfortable in their own environment. I make sure they’re fed on schedule, have fresh water, get proper exercise and enrichment, and receive plenty of attention and affection. I keep the home clean, handle litter or waste, monitor behavior and health, and provide updates so owners feel confident their pets are well cared for while they’re away.
About: Hi there! My name is Becca and I've been caring for animals my entire life. I grew up with cats but have also spent a lot of time with dogs as a sitter and dog walker for most of my adult life. I also have tortoises and used to have a cockatiel when I was younger! Animals are my therapy, so I am always so excited to get to spend time with them. I'd be happy and honored to have to opportunity to look after your fur baby! I work part-time with flexible hours, so I'll have no problem providing your pet with good care and attention. I would make sure to fit your pet's needs into my schedule to make sure they get their walks, food, and attention on time. Usually my neighbors will feed my cats while I’m on trips, but one of my cats crossed the rainbow bridge recently, and it gave me such peace of mind that Meru was not alone and had ample sweet and caring company with Yuhong and her husband. Meru had never been away from our home so she (and I) was nervous at first, but warmed up to Yuhong quickly. Yuhong played with Meru twice a day to keep her spirits up. About: I've shared my home with two to four dogs since coming to LA 15 years ago. Because I work from home, your pup gets a calm, dog-savvy human nearby all day — frequent yard breaks, play, and belly rubs instead of hours alone. I'm comfortable with puppies, seniors, medications, and high-energy dogs, and I keep my numbers small so every dog gets real one-on-one attention. I work from home on a flexible schedule, so your dog has company and supervision for most of the day — regular walks, play, and potty breaks, not long stretches alone. I offer boarding and daycare and take just one family's dog or two at a time, and I'm glad to keep your dog's normal routine for meals, naps, and bedtime. I always mark as unavailable any days I have travel or major time commitments that will keep me away from home for more than an hour or two, so they will have constant care while they're here. Your dog will have free range of my 3 bedroom home, detached studio, and very large, securely fenced backyard full of fruit trees. I don't have pets of my own right now, so your pup gets the whole space and my full attention. I'm happy to crate or set up a quiet separate area if that's what your dog is used to, and I keep things calm and low-stress. I have a doggy door for dogs who prefer to let themselves in/out at their leisure. I converted our detached 2 car garage into a recording studio, where I work, so we have the quietest place in town in the event we have to make it through fireworks or if your pet prefers quiet or isolation. Both the house and studio have their own separate HVAC systems, so they'll definitely stay comfortable. I have always slept with my own dogs, so happy to co-sleep with yours if that's what they're used to, but also glad to maintain whatever rules you generally set for them in regard to being on beds/furniture.

“Yoko was absolutely amazing! We left our little guy, Boogey with her for an extended trip out of town, and it was his first boarding experience that was longer than 5 days. Boogey has some separation anxiety but Yoko put our minds to ease with her calm and warm demeanor! Yoko was able to maintain his walking schedule, feeding schedule and also sent photo/video updates during his stay that put our own separation anxiety at ease! This is why I can’t recommend Yoko enough; during Boogey’s stay, he had an allergic reaction (most likely a bug bite/bee sting from a walk) and Yoko calmly let us know what was happening, took him to the vet when we requested him to be brought there, and immediately got him the attention he needed, all while having an open line of communication with us. It’s every dog parent’s worst nightmare for something bad to happen while you’re away, but Yoko truly went above and beyond making sure he was well cared for in our absence. We can tell Boogey LOVED staying with Yoko, and we’ll be sure to have him stay with her for our next extended time out of town!”

“The best care of my dog (Mochi) during vacation. Mochi slept by himself in an individual room with his own blanket and food drink bowl. The house and backyard is clean and provide a lot of room for him to move around. He made friend with Eric’s little dog. Mochi does not like to be with a lot other dogs. Eric’s place is perfect for him. Eric walked him everyday and send video to us everyday. Price is very reasonable. We will surely use Eric’s service next time if he has slot for Mochi.”
