“Jenna is extremely reliable and responsive. She took amazing care of my senior cat, Kobe, who has many special needs (including administering a kitty asthma inhaler) and is a semi-disabled kitty. When she visited, I could see how much she cared about ensuring Kobe would have the best support while I was out. She sent me daily detailed updates (with his cutest photos), and I was fully relaxed knowing he was in great hands. All photos I received showed Kobe looking comfortable and relaxed (even cuddling up on the couch). She's very organized and I even returned to a cleaner apartment than I had left. Thank you, Jenna!”

They are older, somewhat grumpy dogs, but they cuddled with her throughout her stay which shows that she developed a trusting relationship with them. Being older dogs, they also have medication that needs to be administered regularly. Naomi was very attentive to their medical needs, and kept them happy and healthy while we were away! Lastly, since we have senior dogs that have a strict routine, we asked Naomi to stay at our house with them for the week we’re were out of town, and she did a great job taking care of the house as well. At the end of her stay she went above and beyond by washing the linens she used and even painted us a beautiful keychain with our dogs on it. We will certainly use her again in the future!”
