About: I've shared my home with two to four dogs since coming to LA 15 years ago. Because I work from home, your pup gets a calm, dog-savvy human nearby all day — frequent yard breaks, play, and belly rubs instead of hours alone. I'm comfortable with puppies, seniors, medications, and high-energy dogs. I feel time together and attention is what bonds both humans and dogs, and seeing them go from anxious and confused to a happy member of "the pack" is one of the more rewarding parts of taking care of them, so I prefer stays long or frequent enough for your pup to feel at home with me and in my home, but I'm also always willing to cover a tight spot or step in for a day of daycare. I work from home on a flexible schedule, so your dog has company and supervision for the entire day — regular walks, play, and potty breaks, not long stretches alone. I offer boarding and daycare and take only up to three dogs at a time, and mostly for medium to long term boarding, so it's a calm environment without a ton of new dogs coming and going. I'm glad to keep your dog's normal routine for meals, walks, naps, and bedtime. I always mark as unavailable any days I have travel or major time commitments that will keep me away from home for more than an hour or two, so they will have constant care while they're here. Your dog will have free range of my 3 bedroom home, detached studio, and very large, securely fenced backyard full of fruit trees. I don't have pets of my own right now, so your pup gets the whole space and my full attention. I'm happy to crate or set up a quiet separate area if that's what your dog is used to, and I keep things calm and low-stress. My space is easily partitioned to allow dogs to eat, nap, or hang out alone in peace if that's what they prefer. I have a doggy door for dogs who like to let themselves in/out at their leisure. (it's about 50/50 whether they figure it out and make use of it lol) I converted our detached 2 car garage into a recording studio, where I work, so we have the quietest place in town in the event we have to make it through fireworks or if your pet prefers quiet or isolation. Both the house and studio have their own separate HVAC systems, so they'll definitely stay comfortable. I don't generally use kennels or crates, but if your dog prefers or is used to using one, by all means bring it along. I have always slept with my own dogs, so happy to co-sleep with yours if that's what they're used to, but also glad to maintain whatever rules you generally set for them in regard to being on beds/furniture. I have found even "reactive" and "solitary" dogs very quickly acclimate to a more social environment (it usually only takes 3-4 hours) and I never leave them together unsupervised until they're demonstrating clear friendliness to each other. Many dog parents bring their pups over just for this kind of socialization, and it's great to watch a dog that "hates all other dogs" running and playing in the yard with the group after snarling at everyone just a few hours before.

About: Hello neighbors! I'm a dog lover who's had the pleasure of living with three different furry friends through my adulthood. I've also doggy-sat different pups for friends over the years. I am a lover of fitness and the outdoors, and I'd love to take care of your pup when you're not able to - by dropping in for visits or taking them for a nice walk in the neighborhood. I am affectionate but can also be stern and follow more rigid obedience protocols, and I am confident I can handle big dogs as well. I create my own schedule and have lots of flexibility to accommodate your pets' care amongst my daily obligations. I live in Pasadena and can get around easily via my own transportation. Safety matters, and I have a keen eye for things which may put your dog at harm. At home, I have two medium-sized dogs myself - one who loves to eat everything and anything, so being mindful of food that's laying around is absolutely key.

About: I’ve cared for the dogs and cats of many friends and family, including my own 16 year old deaf & blind yorkie. I love all animals, and am experienced in caring for disabled pets, anxious pets, and those with lots and lots of energy. I’m currently a student in medical school, so I spend lots of time studying - perfect for home visits where I can run through my flashcards in the company of a furry friend! I also love walking around the neighborhood and going on hikes with the pets I care for! I am experienced in working with prescription diets, special needs animals, and pets of all ages. About: From exotic to domesticated animals, I have been loving and taking care of them. Always and forever will have space in our hearts and home. I am available most days since I work from home and have time to watch and care for your fur babies. I enjoy walking and play time outside. The yard is fenced and we have a shed at the back that can be a safe space for pets and they are welcome to explore the space.

About: I grew up with 5 big dogs, two German Shepards and three Dobermans. I love dogs. I actually love all animals. I just think they deserve all the best love and care we can give them. So that's the goal. Through out my life I have rescued, fostered and adopted many dogs and even had a wolf. Now, I only have one little hopeless romantic of a dog (small and very friendly, kind and respectful), and that there's plenty of room in the house and the backyard. I would like extend an invitation to any lucky dog or dogs that want love, good food and top notch attention and care I'm your guy. I'm home all day, most of the week. My schedule prioritizes the dogs. I don't like to leave animals unattended. That's about it. I have a spacious backyard that's safe and perfect for frolicking, playing or bathroom brakes. They have access to the house and the yard, I don't believe in keeping dogs off the furniture. So they'll pretty much do as much as you'll let me let them. I don't mind messes, but I like to keep it very clean. Water and food is always available, and if they make any request I'm keen on appeasing them.

About: Hi there! I have long loved being a dog mom and thought to start sitting to give myself and my own dog some extra company and fun times. I can usually take up to two additional dogs to my own. If I am able to sit for your dog, I will be working from home. However, I am not available everyday. This is why I recommend planning in advance for my availability. I have a single family home with a fenced in dog run and patio for them to play in. They are free to be in the house and not be restricted in movements. However, I do not let pets on the furniture or beds. However doggy beds are available.
