What I love about them is that someone is always home and they only take one dog at a time. They were quick to schedule a meet-and-greet and were very welcoming. Sophie got to meet their dog, Ellie, and they got along instantly. Ana and Mitchell were flexible, accommodating, and asked thoughtful questions to make sure Sophie’s needs were met. We set up a short doggy date for a couple of hours, and it went perfectly- Sophie didn’t even notice we had left! Since leaving Sophie is new for us, we appreciated the frequent updates and their respect for her schedule. She came home happy and content, and it was clear she had a great time. Sophie will definitely be back soon. We even forgot a couple of things at their house and stopped by later, and Sophie was eager to go back inside to Ana and Mitchell’s home- showing just how comfortable she feels there.”

She’s very calm and needs a low key environment. We spent much time reviewing sitters seeking a place where Pepi could live a similar lifestyle as she does at home. So lucky, we found Joyce! She has two small sweet dogs. After we met, I felt confident that Pepi would be in good hands along with good doggy company. During our trip, we received photos and videos daily, many times twice a day. I could see Pepi was happy and enjoyed the company of her two lovely dogs. The photos showed walks, Pepi eating well while enjoying the doggie company. She made friends. I could tell Pepi was happy and I made the right choice. I highly recommend Joyce. She provided excellent care. She shopped for additional food for Pepi’s diet and let me know she was doing well. When planning the next time away, I would not hesitate arranging my schedule first to be sure Joyce would be available to care for Pepi.
