“Ana and Mitchell were incredibly caring with Sophie. I needed a last-minute sitter for Sophie, who isn’t used to being home alone yet at 5 months, and they were amazing. What I love about them is that someone is always home and they only take one dog at a time. They were quick to schedule a meet-and-greet and were very welcoming. Sophie got to meet their dog, Ellie, and they got along instantly. Ana and Mitchell were flexible, accommodating, and asked thoughtful questions to make sure Sophie’s needs were met. We set up a short doggy date for a couple of hours, and it went perfectly- Sophie didn’t even notice we had left! Since leaving Sophie is new for us, we appreciated the frequent updates and their respect for her schedule. She came home happy and content, and it was clear she had a great time. Sophie will definitely be back soon. We even forgot a couple of things at their house and stopped by later, and Sophie was eager to go back inside to Ana and Mitchell’s home- showing just how comfortable she feels there.”

“My husband and I booked a pet friendly hotel in Pasadena and planned on going to the 626 night market last weekend. At the time of booking, we didn't realize pets weren't allowed to be left unattended at the hotel at any time. Desperate to figure out where to leave my 10 month old pup Emma for a couple of hours, I learned about Rover and (around 9:30pm) began to message everyone and anyone I could in hopes of finding a last minute pet sitter. Angelica was quick to respond and very eager to help me with my situation. Upon dropping my pup off, her personality was very welcoming and her sons also looked very excited to spend time with my Emma. Although my pick up time was anticipated to be pretty late (around midnight or 1am!), she didn't seemed bothered by it at all. She truly is a pet lover! This review just isn't enough to show my appreciation for people like Angelica. I highly recommend using her (and her family) for your dog needs!”

“To put it plain and simple, I could not have possibly had a better dog sitter. In my eyes, she could be the best in the world, and here's why... I went to SLO to wine taste with my girlfriends family. On Sat morning I got a text from Tina with a pic of my girl and she had a bloody nose. She had gotten stung by something and scratched her nose up so bad she was bleeding. Obviously this is a stressful situation for me because I'm away from my poor self destructive child. But Tina made me feel comfortable about the situation. She gave me extensive updates, pictures, and documented the whole Vet hospital experience. I felt so extremely confident in the way she handled the situation. Tina is professional and compassionate and great at communicating. My goal was to leave her the best review anyone has ever received on the Internet. I wish I could give her 10 stars, she deserves it. ”

“It’s always been very hard for us to leave our dog, but Catherine and Albert have made it so much easier for us to travel without worry! They truly go above and beyond to make him feel like he’s just part of their family. Our dog loves playing in their amazing backyard and walking in their beautiful and safe neighborhood! They also put a lot of thought and time into making sure the pack is a good fit so everyone has fun and is comfortable! Beyond being wonderful and caring with him, they were so kind when our flight was delayed this past trip. They stepped in to watch him for an extra night without a second thought, which was such a huge relief during a stressful travel day. Yuhong is the best! She does as she says and provided the best care for our English Bulldog during a weekend getaway. Katheryn was so great with Biscuit! Super sweet and took good care of him. She has lots of space for dogs to roam around and play. Her dog is also very sweet and relaxed. She sent me pictures through my time away from Biscuit, which made me really comfortable. We even had a play date to make sure Biscuit would be a good fit. Hadia was amazing, taking care of our Annabelle for 2 weeks while we were out of town. We could not have found a more caring, attentive sitter. She sent over many photos and updates, took her on multiple walks everyday, and was very easy to communicate with. Annabelle came home healthy, well-rested, calm, and even better on leash! Rika was so incredible with Shaka and gave updates and pictures everyday. We recently lost our usual sitter, so going with someone new was a bit scary, but she made me feel at easy everyday my dog was with her. Very responsive and communicative and made my little guy feel like a king! Can’t wait to work with Rika again soon. ❤️
Noemi took such good care of Oden! I was away for almost 3 weeks which was the longest I've ever been away from my baby. She calmed any nerves I had and sent me photos almost everyday. I chose Noemi because I knew Oden would love to be with a toddler and other dog buddies and knew he would get tons of snuggles and love because not only is Noemi a stay at home mom, but there are other dog loving and doting family members there! Oden loved watching Bluey with Noemi's daughter and playing with Bonnie. I wouldn't hesitate to book Noemi again and give her dog services an A+++++
My family went away on a trip and this was the first time we've ever used Rover. Junyao left such a great first impression during the meet and greet that my dog didn't want to leave her house.
