She was very communicative, sent us pictures regularly throughout the stay, and it was clear from the first meet and greet that she was very attentive and caring with the dogs she took care of (Laika immediately took to her and Phoebe, her dog). Phoebe is such a sweet dog as well and seemed to have gotten along really well with Laika. Would definitely leave Laika in their care again in the future!”

“Lifesaver. Not only was our flight delayed for 2 days and Loretta was awesome and so understanding and flexible about it…but she had to evacuate with our dogs due to the recent fires/winds. She took care of our dogs like they were her own and updated us regularly. I can’t express how grateful I am. It was such a difficult situation and we didn’t have to worry at all about our dogs. Their fenced in backyard and house are set up for entertaining new dogs with comfort and safety. They were able to get our puppy to eat his meals even though he's teething and sometimes unmotivated. He loved playing with Ellie and he was so relaxed after I picked him up because he had a great night with Ana & Mitchell.”

He has a large space with a backhouse where the dogs stay inside when it's hot outside. Noodle stayed for 2 nights. Sevan sent updates, photos, and videos multiple times per day. Sevan made us feel at ease. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about dog safety and wellbeing. Highly recommend!”
“Soejong was so sweet with Jamie. He is very nervous and thus was his first boarding experience. We had to have repairs done in the apartment and so I had to board him. She sent me lots of photos and he was being very brave exploring at night which I thought was a good sign that he liked her (otherwise he would have stayed hidden). She had experience with dogs, she has no dogs, she takes one client at a time plus dogs are allowed on the bed. PERFECT 👌 Yulia knew how hard it was for me to leave Taco. His first time. She sent photos right away! She let me know how he was feeling and how he did throughout the day and night. We had awesome communication during his stay plus photos and videos. They truly helped me. He went on long walks and received a lot of loving from both Julia and her husband. Mr. Taco also learned a new trick!! She taught him to lay down! Chanell was very responsive and gave us lots of updates and photos of Buddy, even through the busy holidays. She took great care of him and I would definitely board with her again! I also really appreciate her transparency as Buddy sustained a small scrape towards the end of his boarding but she took great care of him and was very upfront about it.
Molly was a godsend! We found her last minute because my family planned a weekend trip impromptu. Molly was very responsive and accommodating for our fur dog, who can be a little timid when meeting new people and in unfamiliar surroundings. She immediately felt comfortable with her two pups and her kitty. She had an amazing time and we got just the right amount of updates for reassurance that she was in good hands.
