“Great experience. The meet and greet went well and I felt at ease when I brought my little rescue yorkie to meet Angelicas 2 dogs. They were playful and easy going. She was kind with a very positive and honest vibe that convinced me she was the right choice for this 3 day stay. Her daughter is not only a dog lover but treated her dogs and Oxford gently and with love. Those are the important things that any dog sitter should have especially with small breeds. Without me even mentioning it, she knew that she would feed Oxford in a calm and dog free environment so he could eat without distractions. “Ana and Mitchell were incredibly caring with Sophie. I needed a last-minute sitter for Sophie, who isn’t used to being home alone yet at 5 months, and they were amazing. What I love about them is that someone is always home and they only take one dog at a time. They were quick to schedule a meet-and-greet and were very welcoming. Sophie got to meet their dog, Ellie, and they got along instantly. Ana and Mitchell were flexible, accommodating, and asked thoughtful questions to make sure Sophie’s needs were met. We set up a short doggy date for a couple of hours, and it went perfectly- Sophie didn’t even notice we had left! Since leaving Sophie is new for us, we appreciated the frequent updates and their respect for her schedule. She came home happy and content, and it was clear she had a great time. Sophie will definitely be back soon. We even forgot a couple of things at their house and stopped by later, and Sophie was eager to go back inside to Ana and Mitchell’s home- showing just how comfortable she feels there.”

About: Update: I took 2 years off Rover due to moving to a new area and having a long commute to work. Now I live closer to work in Pasadena and am able to start providing care again :) Hi There! I've been caring for pets for almost my entire life. I've owned or cared for rabbits, lizards, frogs, fish, cats, birds, guinea pigs, horses, and my beloved two dogs! Being a high school science teacher, I have a lot of patience and animals are always better behaved than teenagers :-D I would love to get a chance to get to know your pet(s) and treat them just like I would my own! I had my own dogs for 15+ years (they recently passed due to old age/health conditions). I am especially well-versed in daily care for small dogs, but I am willing to learn and apply whatever is best for your pet. I am currently available for drop-in visits and walks. I am a high school teacher and on summer break so I am available pretty much any day/time at the moment, lots of scheduling flexibility. I take pet safety very seriously after having cared for my own two senior dogs. I always walk dogs on a leash regardless of the neighborhood/area for both their safety and mine. My dogs and any visiting dogs will never be left alone together in the same area (I have a large gated pen I can use to separate dogs when necessary). I always am very careful about following owner's instructions and will ask questions if I think I need assistance. I also send detailed Rover cards with information about everything that happened during your pet's stay/walk/drop-in.

Usually my neighbors will feed my cats while I’m on trips, but one of my cats crossed the rainbow bridge recently, and it gave me such peace of mind that Meru was not alone and had ample sweet and caring company with Yuhong and her husband. My yard is enclosed with a lawn, so plenty of space for play. I do NOT have a doggy door and dogs are allowed outside only with supervision. Dogs will not be left outside if/when no one is home. Also, bully sticks and other similar chews are NOT given to my own dogs without supervision due to the possibility of a choking hazard. Chews are not kept out in my home, and only given as special treats for a short amount of time. However, I do provide licky mats with yogurt and banana and peanut butter for a fun treat for in-come care.

About: I rescued my dog Gabbi 10 years ago, as she was surrendered from an overcrowded home. She is a 14 lb mixed breed who is the boss in this house. Since having her, I’ve dog sat for multiple friends, overnight, including a Samoyed, Pitbull, German Shepherd, and Rottweiler mix. My dog is around 13 years old and doesn’t enjoy playing with other dogs, but she’ll happily go on a long walk together! She also likes her personal space and can make it known, but she’s never had any major issues with other dogs. She resource guards, so I keep feeding time separate. I work from home full time M-F, between 9am-5pm. I have a generally flexible schedule, taking meetings throughout the day. I like to take the dogs out throughout my work day as a way to keep me awake! I live in a townhome style condo with a small fenced patio. I live in a very walkable neighborhood, making it easy to take the dogs out. I will happily adopt your dog’s usual schedule to keep them as regulated as possible.

She has a nice big gated yard with plenty or grass and sunbathing space, and she made sure I brought my doggo some toys and a blanket and feeding instructions to make sure Luna could adjust as it was her first time in a doggy daycare setting. David and Aisa each have 20+ years of experience caring for animals of all ages and sizes! We are the go-to couple for our family, friends, and loved ones’ pets, from Great Danes to kittens to reptiles to hamsters. We are experienced in walking, bathing, playing, special needs, administering medication, and anything else you may need from us. We also have experience caring for puppies and kittens, and will happily help with potty training, leash training, and obedience training. 🧸 We look forward to working with you!! Aisa and David both have flexible work/school schedules — so we are available throughout the day, and often during traditional work hours. It is possible that only one of us will be present for your booking, and we are always sure to communicate if that is the case! 😊 **Note — In the case that both Aisa and David are busy with work, for boarding and daycare specifically, we do best with pets that are able to be left alone for at least 2 hours. Our apartment is a great space for cats, especially those that will do well with our own kitty. In your home, we are happy to complete any requested services, from crating to medication to anything in between. We are also able to take care of any household chores (ex. trash, alarms, etc).

About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was in my teens. I have had 3 generations of Smooth Fox Terriers plus a senior Pit Bull. I have a way with dogs. About: Have had cats and dogs my entire life and have ample experience walking, training and overall taking care of pets keeping them active and healthy. I have afternoon and mid-day available for walking can also fit in some early morning routes. Mainly do this part time and love animals more specifically dogs so it’s a dream to decompress and be around my furry friends. About: I’ve had my first pet since I was 8 and I’ve loved animals ever since I could remember. I had my first dog walking job in my early 20s when I was in college and my first dog bestfriend was a Shiba Inu. I literally loved him like he was my own. I took him everywhere and anywhere that I went. I helped raised and trained him since he was 6 months old up until he was 7. Unfortunately, our journey had to come into an end when I had to move states for my first career out of college. Now that I’m back home in Cali, I’ve been yearning for another dog best friend or few. Sadly, where I currently live doesn’t allow for dogs on the premises so I’d be happy to go wherever to take care of your furry loved one! My experience includes basic obedience skills such as training and leash manners. **I am also extremely protective of your animals so I won’t take them where I know they could potentially be in danger or in harm.** *I am very communicative and will send pics when you’re away! I am available on the weekends, evenings, and holidays! I am sometimes free during mid afternoons. I am also available to board if when it is requested. I like to make sure that I am in constant communication with every pet’s owners. My preference is that I am provided with a list of do’s and don’ts. Otherwise I like to maintain a clean environment and make sure all animals are fed based on the schedule and amount that the owner provides. Also, bully sticks and other similar chews are NOT given to my own dogs without supervision due to the possibility of a choking hazard. Chews are not kept out in my home, and only given as special treats for a short amount of time. However, I do provide licky mats with yogurt and banana and peanut butter for a fun treat for in-come care.

Trey and Lola seemed to be fast friends and were "patrolling" the (gated) back yard together when I arrived to pick her up. We had to go on a family trip for 7 days and we were more than nervous since Chip was not neutered yet and he is still a young pup with tons of energy.
