About: I've had my own dogs and cats for most of my life ranging from easy going to skittish and temperamental. I've been a go to pet carer for family, friends, and for hire since I was a teenager. I have experience with pets with complex dietary needs, medication regiments, very shy animals who don't deal well with being apart from their families, and high energy critters who need lots of stimulation. I treat them all with the patience and kindness they deserve while they are apart from their owners. I'm not living with a pet for the first time in a long time and miss I am working part time, which leaves me very flexible to care for your pets on your schedule as needed for drop in care or longer stays with your pet in their own home including nights, weekends, and overnights. I have a spacious hatchback that I can use to transport your pets. I cannot care for pets in my own home due to a highly allergic roommate, but I can fetch pets and take them wherever they need to be.

About: What makes me different is that I don’t treat pet sitting like a checklist. I pay attention to the small things routines, moods, habits and adjust how I care for each pet based on what they actually need. Whether it’s a high energy dog or a cat that prefers quiet company, I show up in a way that keeps them comfortable and keeps their world feeling familiar. I am available monday through friday at any time of the day right now. I am willing to work anytime just let me know when the best time fits your schedule. Taking care of pets at home is really about consistency, attention, and understanding what makes each one feel safe. Keeping a steady routine for feeding, fresh water, and cleaning their space helps them feel secure, while daily attention whether it’s walks and play for dogs or litter box care and short play sessions for cats keeps them healthy and happy. It’s also about noticing the small things, like changes in mood, appetite, or energy, because pets can’t tell you when something’s off. Most of all, it’s about showing up for them in a calm, reliable way so their everyday life feels stable and comfortable.

About: I've had dogs all my life and have always had a household full. My home is very dog friendly where they can come in and out of the house through a pet door to a big back yard and they basically have the run of the house. I treat them like family (I have 2 small dogs of my own). I've been taking care of the same dogs on and off since 2010 and the owner absolutely loves the care I give her two Schnauzers. I volunteered at the local humane society for six years before becoming a pet sitter. When in my care, dog owners need not worry about anything. They are in a home environment and get the loving care they are accustom to. I am assisted by my husband and adult son who lives with us in caring for the dogs. Dogs in my care make themselves at home very quickly. If a dog needs special care/treatment that is not a problem. I have experience in administering medication, injections and am a great teeth brusher! Most of all, the dogs in my care get the same love my own dogs get and they can sense this very quickly. I am very fortunate to live walking distance to a state-of-the-art dog park where dogs can run and play freely in a safe environment. I'm retired so I have a lot of time so being a dog sitter is ideal for my lifestyle. My canine guests have the run of the house as do my own dogs. I treat my canine guests life family. I sleep in the same room with them and am with them all the time since I'm retired.

About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was in my teens. I have had 3 generations of Smooth Fox Terriers plus a senior Pit Bull. I have a way with dogs. I'm very good with nervous and high strung dogs. All the dogs I have owned and cared for have different traits and personalities. I take extra care to ask the owner about specifics about the dog. Fears, dislikes, likes. I take time to learn commands that are familiar to the dog so that they feel at ease with me. When dogs get my scent they know I'm a good man and they trust me. I have a mini van that is set up to transport dogs. It's full of dog beds and blankets. I like to take dogs to new places so they can have new experiences. I adore dogs and can't imagine life without them. I'm a fitness trainer with a flexible schedule. I can move clients around in order to fit in my pet care. I only have a few exceptions a week when I'm not available. I have a very safe fenced yard and my two dogs are very passive and welcome visitors. I have a small two small parks across the street from me that are great for dogs walks. Dogs are welcome in my home.

I had 4 dogs at one time and just recently lost my last one, my 17 year old poodle, Max. I've decided to hold off on getting another dog for now, but I miss having a dog in my life. About: I’ve had my first pet since I was 8 and I’ve loved animals ever since I could remember. I had my first dog walking job in my early 20s when I was in college and my first dog bestfriend was a Shiba Inu. I literally loved him like he was my own. I took him everywhere and anywhere that I went. I helped raised and trained him since he was 6 months old up until he was 7. Unfortunately, our journey had to come into an end when I had to move states for my first career out of college. Now that I’m back home in Cali, I’ve been yearning for another dog best friend or few. Sadly, where I currently live doesn’t allow for dogs on the premises so I’d be happy to go wherever to take care of your furry loved one! My experience includes basic obedience skills such as training and leash manners. **I am also extremely protective of your animals so I won’t take them where I know they could potentially be in danger or in harm.** *I am very communicative and will send pics when you’re away! I am available on the weekends, evenings, and holidays! I am sometimes free during mid afternoons. I am also available to board if when it is requested. I like to make sure that I am in constant communication with every pet’s owners. My preference is that I am provided with a list of do’s and don’ts. Otherwise I like to maintain a clean environment and make sure all animals are fed based on the schedule and amount that the owner provides. I like to be in constant observance of all animal’s habits in case for any changes of health or behaviors and I make sure to maintain a healthy amount of affection based on each animal’s needs.

I have personally owned rodents, cats, dogs, and aquatics. Hi there! I am an HR Professional and animal lover! I have the ability to perform midday, local pet check-ins and walks. I love sharing photos and updates with pet owners so they trust their fury baby is in safe hands. My pets are my family. They are welcome on furniture and beds. My yard is enclosed with a lawn, so plenty of space for play. I do NOT have a doggy door and dogs are allowed outside only with supervision. Dogs will not be left outside if/when no one is home. Also, bully sticks and other similar chews are NOT given to my own dogs without supervision due to the possibility of a choking hazard. Chews are not kept out in my home, and only given as special treats for a short amount of time. However, I do provide licky mats with yogurt and banana and peanut butter for a fun treat for in-come care.
