“I made sure to Book Dean a few months before my scheduled vacation because Dean is hands-down, without a doubt the best cat sitter. I’ve had many cat sitters in the past and they were all very kind and I felt that my cats were safe with them but it’s different with Dean. When we come home after a long vacation, my cats feel different if they have been watched by Dean. We can tell that they were not only safe and well fed, but they felt loved. Dean brings over handmade cat toys and special treats and engages with them the entire time. We can tell just by the photos how much our cats love Dean. I’m generally a nervous person when it comes to my cats because they are my babies and when we get Rover cards from any other Rover, I immediately have nerves thinking “what if something went wrong”. With Dean, my husband and I have general excitement when we get the Rover card. We are always so excited to see what they have been up to. It’s such a blessing when you know your pets are safe with someone but it’s beyond wonderful when you know they feel loved.”

About: Growing up, I had two cats; I rescued them from the shelter; their names are Shy and Puppy. They live with my mom at her house. I currently have Mollie fish for my kids, 1 Beta fish, My son named him Blueberry, and 1 Dog; his name is Coffee. Currently going to school Mon-Thur I am available on the weekends and holidays. One week in advance notice is preferred; I have three kids to take care of during the week; after 6 pm, I can be available if you need me to walk the dog on Mon-Fri. I prefer to take care of your pet at your home since my home is pretty busy. I have one dog, but he's not neutered; the backyard is fenced.

I enjoy having a routine and getting out for walks, so spending time with pets is a perfect fit. I can give each pet the individual attention they need rather than rushing through a visit, and I’m happy to work with their usual feeding, walking, and care routines. When caring for pets in someone’s home, I treat both the pets and the home with the same care and respect I would want for my own. I follow each pet’s routine and instructions carefully, making sure they have fresh water, attention, exercise, and plenty of affection. I’m also respectful of your home, keeping things clean and secure and making sure everything is as you left it. I understand how important it is to have someone you can trust, and I take that responsibility seriously.

About: I regularly volunteer with cats at Kitten Rescue and Pasadena Petco, and have experience administering care, food and medicine to cats with disabilities and senior cats. I’ve been a lifelong cat lover and currently care for my own cat, so I understand how important it is to know your pet is safe, comfortable, and receiving plenty of attention while you’re away. Whether your cat is social and playful or prefers a quieter approach, I’ll work at their pace and make sure they receive the care, attention, fresh food and water, litter box maintenance, and companionship they need. My goal is to help your cat feel comfortable and give you peace of mind while you’re away. I treat every pet as if they were my own and understand that trust is the most important part of pet care. Available Monday through Friday for drop-in visits between 5 PM - 10 PM; M, W, Fri from 6:30 AM - 8 AM; 12-1 PM; 5-10 PM; Flexible schedule on M, W, FRI due to working from home. Available Saturday and Sunday all day for drop-in visits and house sitting. I like stocking my cat’s environment with blankets, beds and toys and offer lots of love and cuddling. I will follow my client’s instructions and preferences to keep their cat comfy and happy.
