Kim was wonderful with our dogs! She obviously takes her role very seriously. She was very prepared w whatever our girls needed. She sent pictures and updates throughout the stay. When we picked them up they were happy and playful. We rarely have them in someone else’s care but they were not all at all stressed by being in a new environment- which validates they were well taken care of. She really got to know each of their personality traits, which also means that she was truly paying attention to them. Would absolutely recommend!
We absolutely loved Patti and her family. They made our golden girl feel right at home and treated her like a member of their family. We appreciated the pictures and daily updates.
