Having met them a few weeks prior to the extended Rover visit, it was clear that they are really great people, whose positive qualities directly translated into the great amount of care they provided for Mr. Chips during his stay. The amount of updates and open communication they were willing to provide throughout the stay also made a world of difference. Seeing chips having tons of fun totally removed any sense of the worry I would have had leaving him for the 11 days. On drop-off day, Iman went above and beyond. she even had a personalized welcome sign for Buddy, which meant so much. Like the first day of preschool, Buddy was a little hesitant at first, but he quickly adjusted under her care. Iman didn’t just watch Buddy—she created an experience for him. From puppy painting to a full photo shoot, it was clear he was not only cared for but truly engaged and loved. She kept us updated throughout the stay, which gave us great peace of mind.
