About: Growing up in an animal household, I’ve always taken care of animals. I’ve dog sat for multiple family members, family friends, and coworkers. I’m going to school for my associates of applied sciences to become a veterinary technician. I’m very passionate about making sure animals are safe and comfortable while they’re owners are away and I also have completed credited hours of fear free education as well. I currently am in school and work part time. I am flexible to an extent. I work overnights to go to school during the days. I live with my roommate in an apartment that allows small animals. She’s also a vet tech student and we have three cats and a rabbit!

She responded promptly to my texts and came over that evening to meet my dogs and me. I thought she was very pleasant and she seemed eager to take care of my dogs. I am usually a worried fur baby mom, but with Erin I felt comfortable on vacation with her staying with my 2 labs. She answered all of my texts promptly and communicated with me how they were doing. I have lived with animals all my life ranging from Chihuahua's to Great Danes, parakeets, cats, and hamsters. I have 2 dogs of my own who are pitbull mixes, 1 shephard and 1 boxer mix, Bogey and Kane, whom are both rescues. My dogs are considered family, not pets, and I will treat your fur babies the same. I fostered dogs through A Caring Place Rescue and Magnificent Mutts Rescue before adopting my last foster. I have been actively dog walking on this app for 7 years and have 4 consistent clients currently whom I can use at references if needed. I previously was a medical assistant working for a family medicine physician before becoming a stay at home parent. It's definitely unsettling having someone enter your home at first, so a meet and greet is usually scheduled prior to starting so I can meet you and "my client," haha. I am also experienced with medication adminstration so that won't deter me. I'm super flexible so whatever is needed I can work with! I'm in and out of my house daily due to dog walking, so I can easily stop by for potty breaks when I'm house sitting. I can be flexible as my day to day isn't always set, but I am loyal to my current clients whose times take priority. I pride myself on my dependability and being honest. I'm the person who shows up 10 minutes early because I'm afraid to be late, and will rarely cancel a commitment without giving a few days notice. I also have 2 children, a 9 year old girl and an 12 year old boy, who will go on their usual school breaks so they may have to come with me periodically. I will try and keep your routine as similar as possible whether that be walking the same route, or doing the same activities in the backyard. It can be stressful to not have their owner there so I want to make sure they're relaxed in their environment, and most importantly, having fun, getting outside, and getting those potty breaks in!
