Safety, trust & environment
I feel good with adapting to new environments and agree with the choice of keeping the pet where they are most comfortable, their home. My family and I did the same. I'm very particular and overly sensitive when it comes to people going through my stuff ( for example, like in a dorm room), so I respect people's homes and their belongings.
Information Robin H. would like to know about your pet
It would be helpful to know about any medication that needs to be administered, if they are sensitive/protective/aggressive with anything (toys, food, people), any issue that has been ongoing so I know what to keep in mind.
A typical day
I'm happy to adapt myself to your dog's energy level; whether it be walking, playing fetch or tug of war, or even snuggling. Whatever is in your dog's comfort zone to keep them happy and their tails wagging.

Experience in furry care
Pet care experience
I've worked at a dog daycare and boarding facility where I cleaned, fed, bathed, and medicated dogs of all kinds. Friends and family know that I'm their go-to pet/housesitter. I've had three dogs in my life, one after the other, so I've never been without a furry companion. I've even had strangers tell me that I have a welcoming and open aura when it comes to animals. I would love to meet your fur baby <3

Our biggest disappointment was the lack of communication. We hired our pet sitter to house sit and care for our pets, but she left the house for more than 24 hours without letting us know. We only discovered afterward that she had relied on our neighbor to help, even though our neighbor had agreed to step in only for emergencies. Had she simply communicated her plans, we could have discussed them and avoided any surprises. When we asked what was happening, the sitter got defensive and said that she had everything covered and under control! Communication throughout the week was minimal. During our seven-day trip, we received only two sets of photos, and both were sent only after we asked ( none of the dog the second time!). Regular updates and proactive communication are a basic expectation when trusting someone with our home and pets. Caring for pets is about more than feeding and letting them out—it’s also about providing the owners with confidence and peace of mind. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and transparency made this a disappointing experience, and we would not use this service again.

As always, Robin is great with Mochi and communicates daily with updates and pictures. Thank you for taking such good care of him!

This past week, we had our first ever experience using Rover. I’ll admit, we were hesitant to have, for lack of better terms, a stranger staying in our home taking care of our two dogs. As soon as we met Robin at the meet and greet, the hesitancy fell away. She stayed in our home for four nights and the way she communicated, how she very clearly loved on our babies, and the care, attention, and commitment she showed to the job was evident from moment one. Robin sent countless photos and videos while we were away and each one only showed how much she cared. Not to mention, our boys looked as happy and as comfortable as could be. Robin spoke to us like we have been friends for ages and she immediately picked up on the quirks of our dogs while not holding it against them. When we arrived home, we were greeted with the most adorable, hilarious, and detailed report of how our boys did while we were away. We have already asked Robin to come back for our next planned trip and would highly recommend her to watch your fur babies. Thank you, Robin, for going above and beyond! We can tell the boys already miss you.

Robin was very responsive and did an excellent job for us I would definitely call on Robin to watch my pet in the future
