This past week, we had our first ever experience using Rover. I’ll admit, we were hesitant to have, for lack of better terms, a stranger staying in our home taking care of our two dogs. As soon as we met Robin at the meet and greet, the hesitancy fell away. She stayed in our home for four nights and the way she communicated, how she very clearly loved on our babies, and the care, attention, and commitment she showed to the job was evident from moment one. Robin sent countless photos and videos while we were away and each one only showed how much she cared. Not to mention, our boys looked as happy and as comfortable as could be. Robin spoke to us like we have been friends for ages and she immediately picked up on the quirks of our dogs while not holding it against them. When we arrived home, we were greeted with the most adorable, hilarious, and detailed report of how our boys did while we were away. We have already asked Robin to come back for our next planned trip and would highly recommend her to watch your fur babies. Thank you, Robin, for going above and beyond! We can tell the boys already miss you.

Robin did a fantastic job checking-in and walking my dogs while I was out of town. She sent pictures of the pets while she was at the house and gave a summary of her visit once she left. I will definitely use her services in the future and recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and dependable person to look after their pets.
