About: I have never lived in a pet-free household. Since I was 8 years old I have always cared for at least one dog and currently dog/house sit for my friends and family whenever it is needed. I have little experience with cats. I currently work part-time with a fluctuating schedule but never work more than 30 hours a week so I have plenty of free time. I am almost always available all day on Saturdays. I let the dog I'm currently sitting out on his lead in the back yard every 2-4 hours for the bathroom but will take him out for either a play time or walk at least once a day as well as of course playing inside the home whenever he's in his goofy mood. I feed him twice a day as per his owner's request.

“Brittany is fantastic. We contacted Brittany to house sit our 14 week old puppy, Mila. She was quick to respond and more than happy to come by the day before to walk through everything together. I explained that we are trying to work through some separation anxiety and alerted her to a recent incident where Mila unexpectedly pooped in her crate after being in there for only 15 minutes. She assured me she would be up to the task should that happen again. Unfortunately, Mila decided trial by fire was the best approach. After checking on Mila via her puppy cam, we alerted Brittany that she had a situation waiting for her and took it upon herself to arrive earlier than scheduled. She managed to give Mila a bath and cleaned out the crate while sending my wife and I updates. Brittany did an amazing job and quickly put us at ease during the whole ordeal. I would certainly recommend Brittany and plan to use her services again in the future.”

Sharpie has Addison's disease and as a result can easily "get out of whack" if she gets out of her routine or becomes uncomfortable. It's seldom that I leave her in others' care for this reason but I knew Michela would give her all the love and care that I could, and she did. I can't tell you how big a relief it is knowing that your best friend is being cared for, and I'm thankful that Michela could make the arrangements she did to help me out. I couldn't have been happier and I'm very grateful for her kindness to both of us.”

About: I originally started working at a vet in 2020 and since then I have done it all from walks to overnights! I love any animal! I have experience with small and large animals (cats, dogs, birds, etc. ) I feel comfortable with any challenge! I’m pretty open with my availability since I am off college for the summer. I just need usually a week notice and then I can work with what you need. I treat them as if they’re my own. I am very attentive to animals needs and almost always put them before myself. Keeping and gaining animal trust is important to me as they should feel comfortable in my care.

“Rubie has a passion for animals. She has been around animals since she was little. She has worked at a dog daycare. Rubie is kind and has good communication skills. She cares for our house pets. Rubie helps groom, takes them for walks, cleans their ears and has alot of patience. She has their best interest at heart!”
