About: I’ve been dog sitting for family, friends, and neighbors since i was 12. Ive had experience with puppies as well as older dogs that need more help with things daily. I will always play or run around with dogs if i’m not petting them. I am currently in CDL school Monday through Friday from 7-3. I am more than happy to make time to complete services before and after my class. My weekends are open and i can manage any time on those days. I’m very flexible and can move my personal schedule around as needed except for my hours of 7-3. I’ve learned how to deal with crating dogs if needed, as well as worrying about a dog jumping on me or barking. If an older dog ever needs any assistance and requires me to pick them up for help with stairs or a porch I’m willing to do so. I’ve given my dog at home medication orally for years and am completely comfortable doing so if needed.

About: Hello there! After recently saying goodbye to our beloved senior Chihuahua, Moe, our home feels far too quiet without any furry friends. Starting this new chapter in pet care is very exciting, and I'm looking forward to giving your pet a safe and fun place to stay. I am the primary sitter but will be assisted by my girlfriend Sam who lives with me. Your dog will benefit from a multi-person home with plenty of attention and companionship. We have no pets or children so your furry friend will be the king or queen of the house! Whether your pet needs a quiet spot to lounge or energetic play sessions and walks, I am flexible to their personality. My longtime girlfriend and I both work from home everyday! We have plenty of time to care for your pet. We can accommodate your pets schedule however needed. Our home is free roaming and pet friendly. Doggies are welcome in bed or on the couch if they desire. We also have a very large backyard and enjoy walks if that is your pets preference.

With my current schedule as a full-time online student, I have plenty of time to give pets the attention, care, and companionship they need. When caring for pets in my home, I keep my own Shih Tzu (8-year-old female) in her own room and take each dog out separately when needed. I ensure they get 2-3 walks a day, feed them as directed, play with them, and allow them to roam freely. I make sure all their needs are met. When taking care of pets in a client’s home, I follow the owner’s instructions, taking their pet out 2-3 times a day on a walk and feeding as directed.

About: I have cared for pets since I was 7 years old! I currently share my home with two kitties and three dogs. I also have some experience with smaller animals, I've had three Syrian hamsters in the past and have cared of guinea pigs and rabbits in a shelter setting. I've even cared for pigs, goats, and horses before! For my professional credentials, I've worked in animal care for a combined five years. I have cared for hundreds of animals in animal shelter and veterinary clinic settings. From shy and fearful dogs to feral cats, to kittens and puppies, to senior animals. I have cared for animals that need medications and/or special diets. I have experience with leash and barrier reactive dogs, exuberant canines, and leash biters. I have completed dog handling in a shelter and feral and fractious cat handling courses through Maddie's University. And I've assisted in moderating 10-15+ dogs in play groups before! Through these experiences I've become proficient in understanding animal body language, able to identify a variety of possible health issues, and learned how to best keep animals safe and happy. All in all I believe my varied experiences with animals professionally and personally will allow me to provide great care to your pet! This is my primary source of income at this time! “Diane came and watched our little girl Penelope for a day so my husband and I could get out of the house. Penelope was new to Chicago and having a tough time settling in - we wanted Penelope to have someone with her while we were out to ensure she was comfortable. Diane was absolutely phenomenal from the start - an excellent communicator and made us feel comfortable right away. You can tell she is extremely expert when it comes to the care of animals. Penelope can be very shy/anxious and tends to run away/hide when she is stressed. Diane got down on the floor with Penelope and patiently waited for her to come out when she was ready. Diane sent us photos throughout the day along with updates/messages which made me feel so much better and allowed me to relax while we were out. I was amazed at how quickly Penelope warmed to Diane and felt totally confident in Diane taking care of my baby. Diane is absolutely such a wonderful person, I would recommend her to anyone and will absolutely hope to have her back!”

About: Hi! My name is Kacey I have been dog sitting the last two years and recently started boarding within the last 8 months. I grew up with German shepherds and Rottweilers which helped me to be able to handle big dogs. When I’m not busy I like to volunteer at shelters and take one of their pups out even for a few hours and go on walks. In my professional life I am a CNA and I care for elderly people w/ dementia and some special needs children. I am about to start a dog training course and hopefully make that my career one day😊😊 My schedule is very flexible, since I do online classes I’m almost always home & my senior clients are 1-2 times a week. When I am not here my fiance will be here so your pup will always have someone to play with😊 In my home the dogs have their own bedroom connected to mine. It includes a queen sized bed, several dog beds and crates. I am constantly letting them outside since I have a 3 month old puppy and he needs potty breaks every couple of hours. Their days are filled with tons of walks, toys, treats and mostly cuddles 💕💕
