House Sitting in New Lenox

About: I’ve always had dogs and other pets growing up so I obviously love them!! But I have also taken care of my sisters bad puppy multiple times so I know how to deal with dogs with sass 😂 I am a current student athlete at Roosevelt university downtown Chicago, but I am free during most weekdays after 2pm. In the summer I will be available basically whenever! I am living at my dorm so I would go to your house but I would just try to make the dog feel comfortable with me, provide them with the right care and love!!

About: Hi my name is Asia. I’m really excited to have extra income but I’m more in it for the loving animals. Animals are my life! I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in Pet Care is from having my own pets to care for. I have two bearded dragons, two cats, one dog, and one fish. In the mornings I go to the gym and after I’m pretty much open throughout the day until school starts, which is in the beginning of January. Feeding and watering animals,Playing with them and keeping them company, Walking the dogs, Grooming and brushing the animals' coats, Changing the cat's litter box, Providing health care if necessary. Giving them affection, so they don't feel abandoned after their owner leaves.

Im currently working part time at a retirement home so I have plenty of extra time to attended to your fur babies! Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday I will be unavailable from 3-8 I do not own my own home so any pet sitting will take place at the clients home. “This past week, we had our first ever experience using Rover. I’ll admit, we were hesitant to have, for lack of better terms, a stranger staying in our home taking care of our two dogs. As soon as we met Robin at the meet and greet, the hesitancy fell away. She stayed in our home for four nights and the way she communicated, how she very clearly loved on our babies, and the care, attention, and commitment she showed to the job was evident from moment one. Robin sent countless photos and videos while we were away and each one only showed how much she cared. Not to mention, our boys looked as happy and as comfortable as could be. Robin spoke to us like we have been friends for ages and she immediately picked up on the quirks of our dogs while not holding it against them. When we arrived home, we were greeted with the most adorable, hilarious, and detailed report of how our boys did while we were away. We have already asked Robin to come back for our next planned trip and would highly recommend her to watch your fur babies. Thank you, Robin, for going above and beyond! We can tell the boys already miss you.”

About: I grew up on a farm and we've always had 3 dogs and 2 cats along with a plethora of other animals. I know how to ensure safety and have a clear head when things go awry. I absolutely adore dogs and cats of all ages and can competently take care of any range of behaviors. I'm a ballerina and a personal trainer. But I will absolutely check in, walk or play with your pet any chance that I get! Normally it would be in the morning or near the evening. My schedule is more open on the weekends. I am a very precautious person when it comes to the safety of your pets. I always double check instructions and make sure the door or cage is secure before I leave. I also will give them all the love and attention they could want.

About: Longtime pet owner and animal lover here! Nice to meet you :) From one pet owner to another, I know the anxiety that comes with leaving your pet while you are on a trip. That is why I feel so passionate about easing those worries and taking the best care of others pets for them. It is so special to be able to spend time with your fur babies, and to assure you that they will be taken care of so you don’t have any worries! It is my mission to take care of your pets as if they are my own. I always make sure to include lots of play and cuddle time. I include daily walks as well. I especially love to play games with them to tire out those active brains and make things more fun! Hide the treat is a favorite. I am currently in school part time. 3 days out of the week I am gone for about 5 hours. Every other day I would be there most of the day, and never gone for more than a couple hours. During drop in visits I always make sure to spend a few hours with the animals. Playing with them, taking them for walks, and of course giving them all the pets and loving. I know how hard it must be to be away from their family so I make sure that they have the best time while you are away and do not spend too much time alone. Whatever safety measures you require in your home I can make sure to accommodate! I can crate your dog if needed. And I always make sure walks are safe.

“Emily was great! She stayed at our house for 5 nights, watching our 10 year old great Pyrenees. She was available to house sit with only a week's notice, which we are very grateful for. She had good communication on giving me updates and also very timely whenever I reached out. I had genuine peace of mind while we were out of state. House was just as clean as, maybe even cleaner than, when we left it, huge relief after our long day of flying. We came home to our happy sleeping dog! Our dog just required morning/evening feeding and morning/afternoon/evening potty breaks at a minimum, and Emily definitely put in more than the bare minimum. She gave our dog all the extra weather permitting outside play time and inside loves that I would have given my dog if I was home, so we are very happy with Emily! Definitely would rebook!
