About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember, and my very first job was walking around my neighborhood asking people if I could walk their dogs. I genuinely love the company of dogs and treat animals with the same level of care, patience, and attention you would give a family member. I’ve grown up around Boxers my whole life, but I also love small dogs and have always adored larger breeds like Mastiffs and Rottweilers. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes, personalities, and energy levels. Friends, family, and neighbors have trusted me to walk, feed, play with, and care for their pets while they’re away. I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, loved, and well cared for. I currently work part-time as a server, so my schedule is very flexible throughout the week. This gives me plenty of time to dedicate to walks, drop-ins, playtime, and making sure your pets get the attention and consistency they deserve. I’m available most weekdays and weekends and try my best to accommodate different schedules whenever possible. I treat every pet with patience, attention, and care because I truly believe animals deserve to be treated like family. I pay close attention to routines, feeding instructions, leash safety, behavior, and any special needs your pet may have so they feel comfortable and stress-free while you’re away. I also believe communication is important, so I’ll always keep owners updated with messages and photos so you can feel confident your pet is in good hands.

About: I have taken care of friends and family and fellow neighbors pets ranging from yorkies to bull mastiffs. I was responsible for taking them out, feeding, play time, walking, and just spending time with them. I love animals no matter how big or small they are. I work part time at night. About: Although I have no professional experience working with dogs, growing up I have owned several. As a result, I have turned into a huge dog lover, and I am very comfortable around all breeds and sizes. In addition, I have handled dogs with varying types of demeanor from some that are more nervous and submissive, as well as those who are more dominant. I treat and love every dog I meet as if they were my own. :) I actually did Rover for several years, but took a break as I moved to the UK for a bit. I'm back in the Chicagoland area now though as I figure out next steps, which means lots of time for walks, playtime, and snuggles as I navigate the minefield that is LinkedIn. I'm always happy to check in throughout the day with pictures and videos as I want to make sure you feel confident that your dog is properly taken care of while you're away. “Caroline kept in touch at least once a day and sent pictures of my dogs. My dogs did have several accidents that I found in other rooms and on my rug a few times. When I got home my dogs had no water and both were extremely thirsty. I did ask her to get my mail daily and put it on the counter, however, that didn’t happen and my mail box was over filled. Overall she did a good job, my little dog seemed a lot lighter because he doesn’t eat when I’m gone, they are both back to themselves today.”

“We cant find the words to express how grateful we were to have Jennifer watch our two furr babies, full blooded Labradors. We have never left our kids with anyone before, so it was a pleasure to have her in our home with the kids for 8 days and had not one worry! She sent us pictures and updates daily, which was wonderful to see how happy the kids were. Even with it being cold outside, she threw the ball for them and played with them. Not only did she take fantastic job watching our kids, she kept our home in tip top shape, and I have the worst case of OCD and I would have her back with no questions asked!!! If you want the VERY BEST, go with Jennifer, you will not be disappointed, worried or concerned about anything. She also did things in my house like vacuumed, mopping, and ran errands for me. She has the most upbeat personality and super likeable! We hit it off right off the bat.”

About: I have had a pug/beagle, chihuahua/doxen, and now a rat terrier growing up. I have dog sat for my family, who have a poodle mix and a terrier mix. While I do not have "professional experience," I love taking care of dogs and am quick to adapt to their needs. I'm currently working flexible hours, so I have plenty of time to get out and walk your dogs and play with them! I'll always make time for outside hours. My house does not have a fenced backyard, so my mom or I walk our dog twice a day because he has lots of energy. Sometimes, we go on trail walks, and oftentimes we take him to a nearby dog park.

“Emily was great! She stayed at our house for 5 nights, watching our 10 year old great Pyrenees. She was available to house sit with only a week's notice, which we are very grateful for. She had good communication on giving me updates and also very timely whenever I reached out. I had genuine peace of mind while we were out of state. House was just as clean as, maybe even cleaner than, when we left it, huge relief after our long day of flying. We came home to our happy sleeping dog! Our dog just required morning/evening feeding and morning/afternoon/evening potty breaks at a minimum, and Emily definitely put in more than the bare minimum. She gave our dog all the extra weather permitting outside play time and inside loves that I would have given my dog if I was home, so we are very happy with Emily! Definitely would rebook! About: Longtime pet owner and animal lover here! Nice to meet you :) From one pet owner to another, I know the anxiety that comes with leaving your pet while you are on a trip. That is why I feel so passionate about easing those worries and taking the best care of others pets for them. It is so special to be able to spend time with your fur babies, and to assure you that they will be taken care of so you don’t have any worries! It is my mission to take care of your pets as if they are my own. I always make sure to include lots of play and cuddle time. I include daily walks as well. I especially love to play games with them to tire out those active brains and make things more fun! Hide the treat is a favorite. I am currently in school part time. 3 days out of the week I am gone for about 5 hours. Every other day I would be there most of the day, and never gone for more than a couple hours. During drop in visits I always make sure to spend a few hours with the animals. Playing with them, taking them for walks, and of course giving them all the pets and loving. I know how hard it must be to be away from their family so I make sure that they have the best time while you are away and do not spend too much time alone. Whatever safety measures you require in your home I can make sure to accommodate! I can crate your dog if needed. And I always make sure walks are safe.

About: I grew up with animals my whole life. I have a passion for pets of all sizes and species. I am excited to be able to help you by caring for your pets while you are away. Your babies will be cared for and loved just as if they were my own. I have also volunteered to watch my family's pets in the past. My kids and I really love caring for pets and spend time with them. I will be providing them food, play time and lots of love. I had dogs in the past, currently I have a cat, my family have dogs and I watch over them alot. Especially when they go on vacations. I just grew up loving pets so much.

About: I’ve taken care of senior dogs who had trouble seeing and walking, cleaned up after them, and handled puppies as young as 1 week old. I’ve worked with dogs ranging from Chihuahuas to Great Danes, so no pet is too small or too big for me. I work part time so my availability changes week to week depending on my shifts, but I always know my schedule in advance so I’ll be upfront with you about when I’m available before we book anything. Pet care is something I take seriously so I make sure I’m not overcommitting if I say I’m available, I mean it. On days I’m not working I’m pretty much free for most of the day. Morning and evening availability is usually the most consistent for me regardless of whether I have a shift. I’ll always communicate with you ahead of time if anything changes and I’m not the type to leave you hanging last minute. I care for my own cat Simba daily, keeping him engaged and comfortable, the same attention and energy I’ll bring to your pet. In your home I’ll handle feeding, playtime, cleaning up any messes, and anything else your pet needs.

About: I am a fully licensed veterinary technician in the state of Illinois with an associates degree in Veterinary Medical Technology & I have multiple years of experience with house/pet sitting. I’m currently working full time four days a week until early-late afternoon in the Joliet area, therefore I am available for your pets early morning routine & evening routine. Depending on your location, I am available for mid-day check ins as well. I find myself to be strategic within my care for my own animals & client’s animals. My animals are kept on a consistent schedule & I expect myself to keep the same expectations for my client pet care. I offer stay-in home pet care & drop-ins dependent on your location.
