About: Dedicated pet caregiver since childhood, growing up on a farm which provided me with extensive, hands-on experience caring for animals of all kinds. I am highly proficient and deeply comfortable with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and energy levels, from active puppies to senior dogs needing special attention. Friends and family have trusted me completely with their pets for years. My approach is rooted in reliability, positive reinforcement, and specialized attention, ensuring every dog in my care receives a safe, happy, and structured stay tailored to their individual needs. I am currently working part-time, which allows me to offer consistent and focused attention to my pet guests.I am generally available for walks and drop-ins after 2:00 PM. I have plenty of dedicated time to play, exercise, and cuddle with your pups! I manage my schedule carefully to ensure reliable, timely care that adheres perfectly to your pet's routine. I care for every pet in my home with the same dedication and high standards I use for my own animals. I am highly experienced in recognizing pet distress, administering medications, and following complex routines, skills honed both on the farm and in my own home. I ensure every stay is safe, structured, and stress-free, treating your pet as a valued member of my temporary family.
“We booked Michelle and Christy last minute because our usual sitter was unavailable. They were great with our cats and provided pics, videos, and notes while we were away. We would use them again if our usual sitter happens to be unavailable again.”

About: I have experience with all different dog breeds and sizes. I know great helpful training techniques. Also, I grew up living with dogs up until now. I have a full time Hybrid job. I work from home 3 days a week and the workload has been fairly light. I currently live with no furry friends and am missing the connection with them. I want to hold off on adopting right now so I thought the best way to fulfill my wants of having a dog will be through this app. I have no fenced in yard or much of a yard at all. My home is spacious though, so there is enough room for your pet to be comfortable and play indoors. I have 3 reptiles that will stay in their tanks and do not cause disruptions. They also love watching other animals from afar.
“We felt so good knowing Olive was in Art's hands while we were away. His friendliness and knowledge made Olive feel comfortable while we were gone. Art kept in touch with us and sent us pictures after having some great play time. We will definitely use Art again.”

“First time leaving our kitty & Victoria took wonderful care of him!! She also offered to do some extras while we were gone (mail & garbage) which was just so thoughtful!! So happy that our little guy was taken care of so well - highly recommend & will use again on our next trip :)”

“Samantha watched our 2 cats for a week, this was our first time leaving them this long and she was great with them. She was very communicative with us and active with our cats, sending great pictures. Should we need another sitter, we will definitely rebook.”

“Kat is AWESOME! If you need a dog person, definitely use Kat. She is the best! We recently relocated to the area and need a dog sitter. I interviewed several people and Kat was hands down the best!”

About: I’ve taken care of senior dogs who had trouble seeing and walking, cleaned up after them, and handled puppies as young as 1 week old. I’ve worked with dogs ranging from Chihuahuas to Great Danes, so no pet is too small or too big for me. I work part time so my availability changes week to week depending on my shifts, but I always know my schedule in advance so I’ll be upfront with you about when I’m available before we book anything. Pet care is something I take seriously so I make sure I’m not overcommitting if I say I’m available, I mean it. On days I’m not working I’m pretty much free for most of the day. Morning and evening availability is usually the most consistent for me regardless of whether I have a shift. I’ll always communicate with you ahead of time if anything changes and I’m not the type to leave you hanging last minute. I care for my own cat Simba daily, keeping him engaged and comfortable, the same attention and energy I’ll bring to your pet. In your home I’ll handle feeding, playtime, cleaning up any messes, and anything else your pet needs.

Your babies will be cared for and loved just as if they were my own. I have also volunteered to watch my family's pets in the past. My kids and I really love caring for pets and spend time with them. I will be providing them food, play time and lots of love. I had dogs in the past, currently I have a cat, my family have dogs and I watch over them alot. Especially when they go on vacations. I just grew up loving pets so much.
About: I have helped watch dogs for friends and family for multiple years, and I have been assisting my girlfriend with her Rover for the past year or so. I am taking an online summer college course that doesn't require much time out of my week and has no scheduled meetings. I also have a couple of weekend trips planned this summer and one week-long trip. Weeks are generally very open. I always like to keep the dogs' company and keep them entertained. I will always go on walks if needed and for fun. I love to do tricks and play games.
About: I’ve had a lifetime of experience with all sorts of animals. My mom is a vet and animal lover, and as a result I have grown up around many types of animals like dogs and cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, snakes, parrots, and more. I am also a huge animal lover, and will happily care for your pets, making sure they get plenty of love and attention! I work part time, shorter shifts 5 days a week, so I’m rarely available in the mornings except for Thursdays, when I’m always available! I’m happy to help take care of your fur babies, and I’ll always do my best to fit it in with my schedule and your own. Care and safety will always come first for me. I will make sure to meet your needs as well as your animal’s needs, all while ensuring safety and happiness by any means possible!
“Ashley was awesome! She took really good care of our dog and two cats while we were out of town for our wedding. We will definitely use her again! She sent lots of pictures and communicated everything. Great job Ashley!”

About: I’ve cared for dogs of all breeds and sizes for 18 years, from energetic puppies to gentle seniors. I owned a successful pet sitting business in Texas for 7 years before returning home to Palatine. Neighbors, friends, and family have trusted me with their fur babies for walks, feeding, medication administration, and overnight care. I treat every pet like my own and send regular photo updates so you have peace of mind while you’re away. I’m currently working part-time, so I have plenty of flexibility to care for your pets! I’m available for dog walking on weekdays (mornings and afternoons), boarding on weekends, and weekday evening drop-in visits. I can accommodate last-minute requests when possible and am happy to work around your schedule. Whether you need daily walks, vacation care, or regular check-ins, I’ll make sure your pet gets the attention and exercise they deserve. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. For boarding, I have a securely fenced yard where dogs can play safely, and my two friendly, well-socialized dogs provide great companionship for social pups. If your dog prefers alone time or needs to be the only dog, I can easily accommodate that with separate spaces and one-on-one attention. For in-home visits at your place, I follow your house rules exactly, keep doors/gates secured, and never allow pets outside off-leash unless you’ve specifically requested it. I’m experienced with crate training, feeding schedules, and medication administration. I always send photo/video updates so you have peace of mind knowing your fur baby is safe and happy. I live in Palatine with my grandmother in a pet-friendly home where your pet will be treated like family.
