About: What sets me apart as a pet sitter is my hands-on experience working with dogs of all sizes and personalities. I volunteered for two years at an animal shelter, where I helped care for dogs by providing exercise, socialization, and daily attention. This experience taught me how to work with a variety of temperaments and how to make animals feel safe and comfortable. I am also a dog owner myself and currently care for two Doberman Pinschers, which has given me extensive experience handling large, energetic breeds and understanding their physical and emotional needs. I am available for dog walking, drop-in visits, and pet sitting throughout the week, including many evenings and weekends. As a dog owner myself, caring for animals is already part of my daily routine. I enjoy spending time outdoors, going on walks, playing with dogs, and making sure they receive the exercise, attention, and companionship they need while their owners are away. Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I take the time to learn each pet's routine, personality, and specific needs so I can provide consistent and personalized care. In my home and in clients' homes, I ensure pets have a safe, clean, and supervised environment. I carefully follow feeding schedules, exercise routines, medication instructions, and any special requests from owners. Having cared for my own two Doberman Pinschers and many pets for neighbors and friends, I am comfortable handling dogs of different sizes and energy levels. I also provide regular updates and photos so owners can feel confident that their pets are happy and well cared for.

I have a great deal of experience with senior pets and/or pets with a strict medication regimen. I understand that these animals often need additional patience and compassion and I am always striving to reliably provide such care. This includes administering edible, topical, and injectable medications. I have experience with dogs of all shapes and sizes as well as cats and small animals (birds, fish, reptiles, etc) so you can rest assured that your beloved critters are in good hands! I do my best to be communicative so I am always willing to discuss any additional details or concerns with my clients. My main goal in pet care is to provide reliable and respectful service that keeps your furry friend happy and gives you peace of mind in knowing they are properly cared for while you are away. I am extremely flexible with scheduling which means I will be available to do reoccurring visits or extended pet sitting if need be. I have my own transportation so I am happy to make visits that are a bit out of my area as well. I have worked in professional pet care for 7+ years which has including both daily dog walking and overnight house-sitting. Being respectful of my client’s pets and their homes is of utmost importance to me. As well as pet sitting I am more than happy to take on other house-sitting responsibilities such as watering plants and bringing in mail/packages. She responded very quickly to our request thru the app. She came for a short visit so we and our doberman could meet her. I wanted her also to feel comfortable with our large dog. We needed someone to come a couple of days around midday to fed, potty, walk and play our very active 8 month old 60 lb dog. We had her come for an hour each day. It was also the first time we were leaving her all day. Jennifer did exactly what was asked and says she looks forward to helping us out again. I know we will use her in the future.”

About: I’ve taken care of senior dogs who had trouble seeing and walking, cleaned up after them, and handled puppies as young as 1 week old. I’ve worked with dogs ranging from Chihuahuas to Great Danes, so no pet is too small or too big for me. I work part time so my availability changes week to week depending on my shifts, but I always know my schedule in advance so I’ll be upfront with you about when I’m available before we book anything. Pet care is something I take seriously so I make sure I’m not overcommitting if I say I’m available, I mean it. On days I’m not working I’m pretty much free for most of the day. Morning and evening availability is usually the most consistent for me regardless of whether I have a shift. I’ll always communicate with you ahead of time if anything changes and I’m not the type to leave you hanging last minute. I care for my own cat Simba daily, keeping him engaged and comfortable, the same attention and energy I’ll bring to your pet. In your home I’ll handle feeding, playtime, cleaning up any messes, and anything else your pet needs.

My current schedule includes dog walking, volunteering at an animal shelter, and taking care of my two wonderful sons. Thursdays are a busy day with activities with them so those days are currently closed for my schedule. Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays, and some Fridays are available to book. I am comfortable with whatever instructions you give me and what your preferences are whether it be letting them out in your yard, sitting down and hanging out with them, letting them sniff around, or taking them for a more structured walk.

About: I have experience grooming and administrating medicine to furry friends that don't enjoy the process. Big or small, quiet or loud, friendly or shy I accept all pets and treat them as if they were my own. I babysit full time which includes pet sitting. I have open availability to take last minute bookings. I have the luxury to do this full time and love to work with peoples schedules. I have a fur baby named Micheal Jackson who I found at the shelter. He is a 5 year old long haired cat. He gets fed a variety of different foods to maintain a healthy diet.

About: I’ve had such a variety of animal care in my life! I work as a wildlife keeper and have a zoo of my own. I have 3 dogs, 4 cats, a fish, and 2 birds! Elderly animals hold a special place in my heart and I’m comfortable with medications/clinic care as well. Hire me if your pets need an excessive amount of love! During the colder seasons, I have flexible hours and only work 30 hour weeks. I can’t get enough when it comes to animals and animal care in general. Everyday I find joy in taking care of animals, whether that means my own, my patients, or yours! Having so many animas of my own, I’m very familiar in animal behavior and safety. I’ve dealt with reactive dogs of my own and balancing cat dynamics. I have experience in doggy daycare as well and would have 20+ dogs under my supervision at a time.

About: I have minimal experience with cats but I can clean a litter, feed them and hey if your cat walks count me in! I am also very eager to learn I do have a full time job but I am available in the am from 6-7:30 or any time after 2:30. Times can be adjusted based on needs. About: I am a kennel technician at my local shelter and a current animal science student at the University of Illinois. I love all dogs and cats, especially those who need a little extra help! I’ve had great pet sitters for my past dog and would love to pass that on. I work part-time at the shelter currently. This is like my other part-time job. I am very flexible in my schedule and can most likely work around your schedule. I have two brothers in my home that also love animals. My dog also loves to have company. I do not have a fence, but I do have a large field and long tie-outs that I supervise the dogs on.

About: I've taken care of dogs both large and small. I've owned a small dog of my own for 13 years and am able to care for senior dogs with medication requirements. I regularly sit my sisters 2 very high energy dogs and will go for multiple walks a day. I have a 2 year old shih tzu who is the friendliest pup and gets along with almost all dogs! Im currently working part time, short shifts at a salon but am able to come home to take care of dogs. I also have a camera setup to be able to check in and get alerts when there’s movement. While visiting your home, Im always respectful of the rules you have set for your dog(s), as well as those set for myself. I prefer to keep a closer eye on dogs inside if they have a tendency of getting into things not meant for them. I love to be outside as well, so many walks, trips to dog parks or just playtime in the back yard will be a priority on my list when caring for your pet(s).
