About: I have the most experience caring for kittens and cats of all ages and temperaments. I currently have three cats, each with their own unique age and personality, so I’m comfortable understanding and adapting to different needs. I’ve also owned a dog in the past and have experience providing short-term boarding for both dogs and cats. I truly enjoy getting to know each pet’s personality and making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while they’re with me. I am currently at home full time, so I have plenty of free time to care for your fur babies. My weekend availability may vary from time to time based on personal travels but am available most weekends! I have 3 female cats in my home currently, all are spayed and up to date on shots. They all are cat & dog friendly - some more curious than others as to be expected but I can always separate my cats from the main living area if needed. I have a yard and plenty of walking paths but not fenced in so a leash will be needed.

About: I've taken care of dogs both large and small. I've owned a small dog of my own for 13 years and am able to care for senior dogs with medication requirements. I regularly sit my sisters 2 very high energy dogs and will go for multiple walks a day. I have a 2 year old shih tzu who is the friendliest pup and gets along with almost all dogs! Im currently working part time, short shifts at a salon but am able to come home to take care of dogs. I also have a camera setup to be able to check in and get alerts when there’s movement. While visiting your home, Im always respectful of the rules you have set for your dog(s), as well as those set for myself. I prefer to keep a closer eye on dogs inside if they have a tendency of getting into things not meant for them. I love to be outside as well, so many walks, trips to dog parks or just playtime in the back yard will be a priority on my list when caring for your pet(s).

About: I used to be a farm manager and not only took care of domestic pets, but livestock too! I know everyone says that animals love THEM the most, but pets are really drawn to me. I think it’s because I have a deep reverence for them and their ability to so easily love people unconditionally. I also respect their boundaries because I understand that they cannot communicate as easily as we do. I am currently unemployed and going to school part time so my schedule is very open right now! I enjoy nature, even when weather is inclement, and will be there rain or shine. I will follow whatever instructions you have for your pet! No matter how detailed. I would care for your pet in the same manner I care for my own, which is obsessively. As a former anxious pet owner (sometimes I still am), I will provide photos and updates whenever I am with them. I also respect your privacy, as I know allowing someone into your home can be intimidating.

“I was able to find Jennifer quickly on the Rover app. I chose her by her profile and her close proximity to where I live. She responded very quickly to our request thru the app. She came for a short visit so we and our doberman could meet her. I wanted her also to feel comfortable with our large dog. We needed someone to come a couple of days around midday to fed, potty, walk and play our very active 8 month old 60 lb dog. We had her come for an hour each day. It was also the first time we were leaving her all day. Jennifer did exactly what was asked and says she looks forward to helping us out again. I know we will use her in the future.”

About: Since being a little girl I have had many pets. I’ve taken care of parrots, bunnies, dogs, and cats which have given me so many wonderful memories! Thursdays are a busy day with activities with them so those days are currently closed for my schedule. Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays, and some Fridays are available to book. About: I am a kennel technician at my local shelter and a current animal science student at the University of Illinois. I love all dogs and cats, especially those who need a little extra help! I’ve had great pet sitters for my past dog and would love to pass that on. I work part-time at the shelter currently. This is like my other part-time job. I am very flexible in my schedule and can most likely work around your schedule. I have two brothers in my home that also love animals. My dog also loves to have company. I do not have a fence, but I do have a large field and long tie-outs that I supervise the dogs on.

About: I have experience giving a dog insulin. Friends have relied on me to take care of their pets for several days at a time at their house and I’ve hosted dogs before. I’ve had experiences with dogs ever since I was 9 years old. I currently have a medium sized, mix breed dog. I’m currently working part time and am an Occupational Therapy student.
