“Julia was amazing! I needed someone sort of last minute and she was out of town but made sure to make it back and to our house for a meet and greet. She came and took care of everything, sent pics and an update which eased any worry about being gone long. Definitely will use Julia in the future!”

“Megan was absolutely wonderful!! She took great care of our dog while we were getting married! Our dog does not take to just anyone - but he took to her instantly! She’s reliable and passionate about dogs!! Frankie loves her!! 🤷🏼”

“Savanna was great with our two cats for drop in visits, with even our shy cat loving her by the end of the week! She was reliable and excellent with communication. We will pick Savanna next time we need a cat sitter. Highly recommend!”

About: I’ve lived with and taken care of cats, dogs, and exotic pets my whole life. I’ve been responsible for bathing, walking, giving them food and water, scooping litter boxes, clipping nails, and everything else your pet will need since I could walk. I’ve also pet sat for friends and family before, overnight or just for a check-in. I love spending time with my animals and I hope I get to meet yours too! I’m currently a student at USC, go Gamecocks! On MWF, my classes end at 2 so I am free anytime after that. Tuesdays and Thursdays are a little more spread out, however I should be able to stop in almost whenever to watch your pet! I am totally free on the weekends and can do anything but boarding your pet. Back at my house, I always make sure to be aware of my surroundings if I am outside, watching for other dogs, cars, other animals, or people. I will carry this same caution when taking care of your animals, whether in the home or outside of it!
About: My family has had dogs since I was young. I also pet sit for friends and family while they are away on trips. I will care for your pets as if they are my own! I am a teacher so I am off during the summers. I do tutor but am happy to work with you to see what times will work best for us and your pets :) I am more than happy to play with your pets inside (and outside if able) your home, crate if necessary and take walks as needed.
“Christine did a great job taking care of my two dogs. I had some late days that kept me away from home and Christine did drop in visits each day. She was a life saver and my dogs loved her. I will definitely be using her again.”
About: I’ve always had a love for animals since I was a kid. I’ve taken care of dogs and cats as if they were my own. Family and friends have entrusted me to care for their pets and I’ve given my full attention to them and their needs from playing with high energy dogs to making sure cats are comfortable and safe depending on their mood. I am currently working full time during weekdays but am available after 5pm. I do get every other Friday off and am off weekends. I am available after work for walks or during my days off. Also, for boarding I am available on Fridays and weekends. I have a fenced yard and no kids in my household. That way your pet has all the space and attention I will give him/her. I will treat them as if they are my own and to make sure they are offered the best service, I will accommodate if needed and ask owners all the preferences their pets have.

About: I have several years of experience caring for dogs through Wag!, including puppies, adult, senior, and special needs dogs, and have built strong relationships with many repeat clients. 🐾 What sets me apart is my calm, attentive approach and focus on quality care. I take time to understand each dog’s routine, behavior, and comfort level to create a low-stress, structured environment where they can settle in easily. 🐾 I use positive reinforcement for basic training, am comfortable administering oral medications, and follow care instructions closely. I’m especially mindful with dogs who benefit from a quieter, more predictable setting. 🐾 With a flexible schedule and time at home, I’m able to provide consistent supervision, regular updates, and a reliable, comfortable experience for both pets and their owners. I currently have a flexible schedule and spend much of my time caring for pets, which allows me to provide consistent supervision, attention, and companionship throughout the day. My home has a large yard and one friendly, well-behaved dog who is fairly independent and respectful of other dogs’ space. This helps create a calm, low-stress environment, especially for dogs who may need time to adjust. I can crate dogs if needed and always prioritize safety and comfort. I’m attentive to each dog’s routine, behavior, and personality, and I provide regular updates with photos so you can feel confident while you’re away.
About: I have been in this field for about 4 years so I can give medications if needed. I love my job, it’s very rewarding and I love all kinds of pets. Big, little, medium. I have always been a big lover of big dogs! I specialize in anxious dogs as I do have one of my own. I work full time 3 days a week 12 hour shifts Which gives me 4 days out of the week to enjoy my life and spend time with my pets as well. Our dogs in my home have free rage of the house. Water is out 24/7. They are constantly getting pets and play time with one of my family members.
About: I have had plenty of different experiences with dogs ranging from larger, lower energy breeds like a Newfoundland to higher energy breeds like German short-haired pointer as well as other breeds like English sheep dogs, Malinois, and shih tzu's. I engage with dogs whenever I can, and I simply believe that all they need to be happy is to have someone with them that wants to spend as much time with them as they do! I currently work part time, but I have lots of open time for walks, typically in the morning or later in the day (work shifts usually last from 3pm until 7pm). I have a very high energy dog (German Short haired pointer), and I have had him since 2020, and he was a nightmare to train, but now I feel like a super mom when it comes to dogs because I have yet to meet another dog anywhere near the craziness of this breed.
“Brandon provided exceptional service, and I would highly recommend him. He went above and beyond to ensure our pet, Bruno, was well cared for, and we truly couldn’t have chosen a better sitter. Despite the short notice, Brandon made himself available, which allowed us to proceed with our trip when we thought it might not be possible. He checked on Bruno in our home, and we felt completely comfortable and confident having him there. We are very grateful to have found Brandon and would confidently recommend him to anyone in need of a reliable, trustworthy, and dedicated pet sitter.”

About: Leave your pet in the hands of an expert! I’ve had my own dogs and cats since the day I was born! I’ve always had more than one dog at a time in my household so I know how to handle multiple personalities and any chaos that may arise. Leave it to me to care for them and not leave a worry on your mind. I’ll keep them safe and still have a great time whether it’s going for a walk around the park or house sitting and making sure things are all in order. I’m pretty open to early mornings and late nights. I don’t mind going on longer walks or shorter walks whatever you’re looking for. I’m pretty flexible when it comes to the walks and times!

About: I grew up on a farm and we've always had 3 dogs and 2 cats along with a plethora of other animals. I know how to ensure safety and have a clear head when things go awry. I absolutely adore dogs and cats of all ages and can competently take care of any range of behaviors. I'm a ballerina and a personal trainer. But I will absolutely check in, walk or play with your pet any chance that I get! Normally it would be in the morning or near the evening. My schedule is more open on the weekends. I am a very precautious person when it comes to the safety of your pets. I always double check instructions and make sure the door or cage is secure before I leave. I also will give them all the love and attention they could want.
About: I used to foster dogs, I helped my mom train dogs. I have delt with dogs with behavioral issues. I had dogs from puppies to senior dogs. I love to play and hangout with them. I am currently unemployed and I was in the Certified Vet assistant program at Joliet Junior College and i continuing into the vet tech program. I have a fenced in yard. Frankfort dog parents share their Rover experiences
Thanks for helping out last minute with drop in visits with our Staffordshire Terrier, J, while we were out of town for the week. It was nice having the piece of mind that he was able to go out during the day while the neighbors looked after him in the morning and evening.
