Emily took wonderful care of my cat Mittens while we were on vacation. She was easy to work with and kept in constant communication with me throughout our trip. I will use her again in the future. 😺
Emily is patient and kind and speaks cat fluently. I won't hesitate to book her again in future. Emily updated me regularly with texts and photos of how Sweet Pea was doing and was transparent about any issues with adjustment (e.g. "still hiding but she's eating and drinking"). Emily kept Sweet Pea away from other pets to ease her anxiety and took such good care of my loved one.
We don’t board our dogs or have them watched outside of our home very often. When we do need help, it’s usually a family member or close friend staying at our house. Because of that, we were a little nervous about having them stay somewhere else, but Emily was absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly patient, loving, and kind with both of our dogs—especially our Labrador, who has become quite the homebody in his older years and needed a little extra time to adjust to being away from home. Emily handled it with so much patience and care, and we could tell she genuinely wanted him to feel comfortable and secure. When we picked them up, they were excited to see us but were clearly happy, comfortable, and well looked after. It’s obvious that Emily genuinely cares about the animals she watches and treats them like her own. We would absolutely recommend Emily to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring sitter, and we would not hesitate to book with her again in the future. I’m a stay at home mom so I’m pretty much always available during the week/weekend unless something comes up to where I am unavailable for services.
