I currently have a 10.5 year old Golden Retriever named Nala. I don’t have a fenced in yard so we spend a lot of time going for long walks. I have had dogs my whole life and love to spend time with them. I'm a very nurturing person and I would make sure that your dog feels at home while they enjoy their visit with us. My dog gets along very well with other dogs so having an extra companion around for Nala would be great. I will make sure that your dog gets the attention and care that he/she needs !

I’m so grateful we found Megan on Rover. She and her pup Nala were great hosts for our Rocky. She was very communicative, transparent about things she noticed about him (licking his paws, loose stool, etc.) and sent lots of photos. Definitely plan to use her in the future.
Megan was great with my little Dixie. She took care of her as if her own. Loved the pictures with her and Nala. Will definitely use Megan again.

Schedule
I am a high school teacher, so right now I am gone from about 7-330 each day - but we take a nice walk in the morning before I leave & then go for several walks throughout the remainder of the day.

Safety, trust & environment
Dogs at my house are allowed on all furniture and free range of the house for their convenience! If your dog is not potty trained, I will request a crate to be brought over while I am out of the house.

A typical day
Your dog will be taken for several walks throughout the day. If there are any toys that your dog likes to play with, please make sure to bring them with. I have a nice neighborhood that is very dog friendly!
