About: I grew up with dogs, worked at PetSmart for many years, continued dog sitting professionally, and raised my own current dog, Gizmo, from 5 weeks old. I have gone through extensive training and I use that to help others with training issues when I can. I've been through various medical issues and found the appropriate care, including for a choking dog. I am an artist and like to photograph or draw they dogs I care for - have done separate pet portrait work not included with dog sitting. I like to try to really communicate with and understand each dog in their own circumstances. I have a dog park available just a short walk down the street. I have the ability to schedule working from home if needed. Typically, if you would like your dog to stay at my home, they will be sharing space with my dog, Gizmo. So please communicate if you need special consideration for alone time. I take walks or visit the dog park in the mornings. I typically work 10 to 6 Monday through Friday at an office, but can schedule days to work from home if a dog is staying and can not be left for a long period of time. My dog is Gizmo. He is okay with other dogs and will typically play a little outside and leave your dog to have their own space inside. You will need to discuss your situation with me if your dog needs alone time with me as I would need to address Gizmo's care under those circumstances. My house is on the smaller side, but the yard is fenced in and is reasonably sized. There is a dog door available to allow easy access to the yard. Dogs are allowed on couches and the bed in my home. I have one large crate if you would like your dog to use one. Each room can be closed off if separation is needed. If I am caring for a dog in another home, I need to take the same consideration for Gizmo. Please share your needs so we can adjust as necessary.

About: I have been a dog lover since I was four years old. Throughout my lifetime, I have lived with and cared for a variety of different breeds. I’ve also worked with dog rescues doing meet and greets, dog handling at events, and home visits since 2014. I owned a rescue pitbull for 13 years that had special needs, so I am very comfortable working with dogs that may have behavioral issues or special needs. My dog was considered as a family member and I would be happy to care for your pet(s) while you are away in the same way that I’ve treated mine. I know how hard it can be to leave your pets in the care of someone else. I will happily provide pictures and updates throughout the duration of each visit for you. I work from home full time, own my own house, have a fully fenced in backyard, and no other pets. I prefer to only board one family at a time, so your dog(s) will have full run of the house and yard with no concerns of getting along with other pets. Your dog(s) will be happy and healthy with me! I work from home full-time. I leave my house to go to the gym or run errands 4 days per week (for about ~1.5 hrs). Other than that, I will be home with your pet. I have a fully fenced in backyard. I am happy to let your dog roam freely or crate them if you would prefer them to be crated. Pets are allowed on my furniture.

Stefany and her husband were super accommodating with my high-maintenance dog. He is a large pit bull and can be a little intimidating, but they were the only sitters who warmly welcomed him. He had a fantastic time going for walks, hanging out in their yard, and relaxing with them. Their communication was amazing—whenever I asked for an update, they responded quickly and sent pictures. They also made sure he took all of his medications right on time. They are wonderful dog sitters, and we will definitely be booking with them again!
Yu Wen and Allen looked after our dogs, Theo and Lucy, and did a wonderful job. The dogs got two hour-long walks of almost three miles each. Allen noticed Theo loves to run, so he also took him on a run of more than a mile while his son kept Lucy company. They sent photos and videos all day and answered every message quickly. Drop-off was a few minutes early, and both dogs came home happy. Allen called it a one-day summer camp, and our dogs would agree. You can tell this family loves dogs. We've already asked to book them again, and we'd recommend them to anyone looking for attentive, loving care.

Ann is beyond kind and sweet, not just to animals, but people as well. She makes you feel at home & comfortable right when you meet her. Maggie & Sparky were very well cared for and had a great time while we were away. So grateful and happy to have found her. Thank you Ann!
Trinity was fantastic with Brutus! She was super responsive before the stay, flexible with drop-off time, and asked great questions about his temperament. Throughout the stay she sent photos and updates so I never had to wonder how he was doing. Brutus settled in quickly, loved his walks, and from what it sounds Brutus was totally obsessed with her squeaker toys. It's clear she genuinely enjoys the dogs she cares for. Highly recommend and we'll definitely book again!
Normally I would leave my pups with family members but none were available so I went with Maureen. I made the right choice. Maureen came to meet my two older girls so we could discuss all concerns, including some recent medical needs. When I dropped them off Maureen made them feel comfortable and they settled in nicely. If the need arrives in the future I won’t hesitate to use her again.
Karin really came through for us and our pup on a last minute booking. After a meetup with her and her dog we determined that she would be a great fit to care for our little guy. Karin was responsive and sent photo updates regularly throughout the stay. This helped to put us at ease since it is a new puppy to us and a very young dog. Can’t recommend Karin enough and we are grateful to have found someone so close to us that we can hopefully use in the future! Thanks again!
