About: I have been a dog lover since I was four years old. Throughout my lifetime, I have lived with and cared for a variety of different breeds. I’ve also worked with dog rescues doing meet and greets, dog handling at events, and home visits since 2014. I currently have a rescue pit bull that is special needs, so I am very comfortable working with dogs that may have behavioral issues or special needs. My dog is considered to be a family member and I would be happy to care for your pet(s) while you are away in the same way that I treat mine. I know how hard it can be to leave your pets in the care of someone else. I will happily provide pictures and updates throughout the duration of each walk/visit for you. While living in Las Vegas, I temporarily cared for a cat in my home, which gave me experience adjusting to the different needs and personalities of both dogs and cats. What sets me apart is that I genuinely treat pets like part of the family. I understand how important it is to have someone dependable caring for your pet while you’re away, and my goal is to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, loved, and well cared for. Pet care fits pretty naturally into my routine since I already have a dog of my own. I’m used to regular walks, feeding times, playtime, and keeping pets on a consistent schedule. I’m also flexible and can adjust based on each pet’s normal routine and needs. I always try to make pets feel comfortable and safe, whether they’re in my home or I’m caring for them in theirs. I follow the owner’s instructions closely, keep an eye on behavior, make sure doors and gates are secure, and stick to their normal feeding and walking routines. I also give pets time to warm up to me and don’t force interaction if they’re nervous or shy.
